Storyline

Beneath the blazing African sun, young Simba lives a carefree life, destined to rule the Pride Lands under the guidance of his father, King Mufasa. But in the shadows lurks Scar—Mufasa’s jealous, power-hungry brother—who sees Simba as the only obstacle to the throne. Scar orchestrates Mufasa’s tragic death in a cruel twist of fate and tricks Simba into believing he is responsible. Overcome with guilt, the young cub flees, leaving Scar to seize control and plunge the kingdom into darkness.

Years later, Simba has built a new life far from home, unaware of the devastation he left behind. But when his childhood friend Nala finds him and urges him to return, he must confront his past. Simba must decide as the Pride Lands crumble under Scar’s rule—will he embrace his destiny and reclaim his rightful place as king? Best of the best!! Not only was Abba "there" but Céline Dion was in the audience on this wonderful evening. Stylish lighting and incredibly authentic that you could almost believe it was 1974 again. Good recharge before at Snoozbar outside the arena. Worth every €.

The booking experience was both quick and easy. One suggestion is that if you use the underground to Victoria which exit to use from the station as we chose the wrong one and it took some time to find the theatre.
