Our tickets to Dover Castle were delivered immediately & were easy to purchaae and were priced accordingly. I downloaded the headout app. so I could easily locate our scanbar tickets.

We arrived by train and took the 30 minute walk to the ticket booth at the castle. No problem exchanging the mobile ticket for a wristband. Decided to do the guided tours of the hospital and war rooms first, in case it got busy. They guide a maximum group size of 30. Guides were extremely engaging and enthusiastic. You'd think our tour was the only one they'd done that day! We then free roamed around the site. Plenty to see, the castle is very atmospheric, brought to life with tasteful reproductions of furnishings.
