• Ride photos: You can avail yourself of the Digi Pass feature to capture your photos for an entire day. 
• Baby-changing facilities: Baby-changing facilities can be found near the Lodge Gate, Vampire’s Burger Kitchen, Tiny Truckers, Tomb Blaster, and Sea Dragons for park and zoo guests.
• Free Wi-FI: The Cloud offers Wi-Fi practically everywhere in the park and resort.
• Pushchair hire: If you want a stroller for your child, you can rent one at the Lodge Gate for £10 for a single buggy or £15 for a double buggy. 
• Baby food and feeding rooms: You can buy baby food from the First-Aid Center. There are feeding rooms near the First-Aid Center, Vampire’s Burger Kitchen, Adventure Point Hot Dogs, and Tomb Blaster.
• ATMs: Cash machines are found near the Lodge entrance.
• Lockers: Lockers are available for luggage storage at Adventure Point, Wild Woods, and the Land of the Dragons.
• Toilets: Toilets can be found near the Tiny Truckers, Tiger Rock, Tomb Blaster, Sea Dragons, Captain’s Fish & Chips, and near the Lodge Entrance.
• EV charging: EV charging is available in the main hotel car park on a first-come, first-served basis. However, you will need your own cable to charge your EV.
• First-aid: There is a first-aid center with a cold storage for medicines in Forbidden Kingdom, next to the entrance to Zufari.

• Ride Access Pass: Guests who are unable to stand in queues for long periods due to a disability or a condition can avail of the Ride Access Pass, allowing them to access a separate queue. 
• Wheelchair access: The Chessington theme park premises are completely accessible to wheelchair users.
• Wheelchair hire: You can hire a wheelchair from Lodge Gate for £10 per day, plus a £50 fully refundable deposit, subject to availability. You can also hire a mobility scooter from Lodge Gate for £35 per day, plus a £50 fully refundable deposit.
• Free carer tickets: Guests with disabilities can bring a carer with them for free.
• Toilets: Accessible toilets can be found near the Lodge Gate, Shipwreck Coast, Adventure Point, Wild Wood, and Forbidden Kingdom.
• Parking: Accessible parking for Blue Badge holders is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the Lodge Gate Car Park.
• Assistance dogs: Assistance and guide dogs are allowed on the theme park premises but not on the rides or in the Zoo.

• What to wear: You must wear appropriate clothing, including a top and shoes, at all times. Visitors wearing indecent or offensive clothing will be refused entry or removed. Stilettos and loose clothing are not allowed on some rides.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises. However, there are kennels nearby where you can leave them.
• Security check: All bags will be thoroughly checked at the entrance.
• Outside food and drink: You can bring a packed lunch to the theme park. Leave them behind in your car or at one of the lockers, so you don’t have to carry them all day.

• SEA LIFE Shop: Buy water toys, fact-filled books, pirate props, and mermaid gifts, among other souvenirs, after your visit to the SEA LIFE Aquarium.
• The Gruffalo Gift Shop: Treat yourself to some exclusive Gruffalo-themed goodies here.
• Adventure Point Gift Shop: Shop for an exciting array of souvenirs, treats, gifts, refreshments, and supplies.
• Explorer Supplies: Here, you’ll find all the essentials you'll need for a wilderness-filled day, as well as fun souvenirs to remember your day.
• Chessington Shop: You can also shop online for animal games, Gruffalo merchandise, collectables, key rings, books, blankets, and more.
