We really enjoyed the guided tour of the Harry Potter studios. It was worth booking the private tour. They explained things very well and we avoid some queues. The staff was very friendly. 🙂
Communication was very clear with where we would be picked up. Totally no questions, friendly tour guides and we really had ample time inside the HP studios themselves! I've been a Potterhead for a long time, but I still learned many new things! And spent too much money, of course.

Incrediable to learn all the details of making the movies
Wonderful adventure with Harry Potters world!
We had booked mainly for our grandson, but in the end we discovered the fabulous sets, costumes and make-up ...... A must-see! The only downside for connoisseurs of the famous beer buttermilk is that 7 pounds a plastic glass is expensive (the contents are very sweet and disgusting).

We doubted for a moment that someone was actually coming to pick us up at the pick-up spot because the one who was there was a little later. But fortunately there were more waiting. The guidance was good from the starting point to the studios. Via this route very pleasant to get there. Once there we were guided in a small group by an enthusiastic gentleman. Highly recommended! Costs a bit but you have more value for money and day.

Always a pleasure to dive into the world of HP films. Good communication from Headout. Just a small problem with the pick-up information (several indications).

We had a great time at the Harry Potter studio. The shuttle service was perfectly organized. A great experience!

I've seen other Harry Potter exhibits before, but this is the best as it includes major sets as well as costumes. I thoroughly enjoyed the interactive aspect of some of the exhibits as well!
Incredible, fascinating place, my daughter who loves the saga was very impressed, there is nothing in the world related to Harry Potter that comes close to this experience, it's worth every pound spent...

It was simple, although the instructions are not sooooo clear, instead of giving an example I think they should indicate the particular instruction for each case and the photo is not up to date with reality.

The studios were informative, interactive and fun. Staff helpful and all but one appeared to enjoy their work. Fantastic range of souvernirs. I loved the butterbeer too.
My kids have grown up and become. adults by reading the story of the wizard Harry Potter, my daughter now a teacher has read and seen the movies then times, now a beautiful tour inside the Worner Bros studios well organized thanks to your collaboration brought the Harry Potter saga back to life

The Warner bros studio was fantastic and we have a sunny weather. This was such the best moment to visit even if I would like to spend more than 4h for visiting to enjoy a maximum
The tour itself was very good so the bus was great and also the people from Evan Evan Tours very nice and the studio was absolutely amazing but there wasn't enough time....we didn't even make all the photo points, couldn't get anything to eat and had to rush the second half of the tour to get to the bus on time..... we were inside at 12:50 but by the time you are inside the actual tour after queuing it is already 13:20 and you have to be on the bus at 16:20....3 hours for the performance at the beginning + free exploration + food + souvenir store + walk to the bus is just too short at least with the amount of people and we were outside the vacation season...I would do it again anytime if I had not 3 but 5 hours available and would also pay more for it....

We ran a bit late by wrong directrions from the visitor centre at the train station. I called the Evans-office and they kept the bus waiting especially for us. I'm so grateful for that! The outside of the bus was absolutely STUNNINGLY designed in Harry Potter theme and the interiour of the bus was comfy and nice. Both drives were comfortable and the driver was very friendly. Thank you so much! :)
Everything! Specifics - Will our tour guide was great! Specifically his insight into everything. - Being in the actual locations of filming - Seeing how things were done (props / designs) - All the interactive elements of the displays --- Only issue the whole day was there were too many people going home at once for the shuttles running.
Everything went well via Headout, well organized, friendly drivers - the meeting point was a bit awkward for us because of our hotel in Bayswater. But... the studios are very large and extensive. Four hours is not enough time to do justice to everything and try it out - and maybe even take a short break. So if necessary, book a happy tour and then organize the return journey yourself. No problem.

It has been very comfortable to arrive with the bus, very punctual both on the way there and back. Going early in the morning is great because it is not crowded and the photos can be taken without people. The experience in WB is wonderful for fans of the saga, feeling literally inside the movies.

The driver informed us in advance via Whattsapp when he would pick us up at the hotel. He was super punctual. The 4 hours at Warner Brothers Studio were very impressive.

Everything was in order. Arrived and departed on time. Organized. Let yourself be guided. 4 h on site gave us time to see everything. Bus signage. Shame we didn't get a Harry Potter bus. USB plug in bus if needed. Guide with anecdotes. Difficult to understand when you speak English learned in college.

Ticketing was easy and our guide Sion was fabulous! Nice tour around the palace area first with Sion and then went thru the state rooms as advertised with an audio headset which was well done!
The whole experience was very straight forward and very interesting. You wasn't being rushed to make your way through. You could take as long or as little time in each room. I would definitely go again 😊
Everything was great! Thanks for hospitality!
Better than expected and good value for money
It's really a must-see, it's grandiose and detailed.

Easy booking via web page. But bad organising at the spot. Namely on the spot there were no directions where Gate A is and it took us some time in the rain to find it. After we had changed web booking ticket for official ticket at Gate A, we had to move again to the quee in Gate C where the entrance was.
Ticketing was easy using app and found headout with a google search. Gorgeous paa as lace....wish I could have some picture memories
Too much historical background from the tour guide in which, some aren't really interesting to foreigners. Would prefer more time either on watching guards changing or touring the state rooms.
I don't speak English and that's why it was difficult for me with tickets. I bought them online, but I didn't know that I had to go to the ticket office at the place of the tour. I thought an electronic ticket would be enough.

It was quite easy to redeem our tickets and we loved viewing the staterooms at the palace. The ticketing staff outside the palace were very friendly and helpful. Great experience.
Ticketing went quite easily. The day we saw the palace was okay but the guide never announced that we wouldn't see Changing of the Guards. It was also quite a long walk around in circles to get to our entry point.
The place is beautiful, and the idea that they are standing there during ceremonies and receptions made me feel special. However! If you do not know, where to go, you can have many embarrassing conversations. I even asked help from the guard of the palace to help me, where the tour starts. Good to know: do not wait at the Victoria Memorial Fountain. If you stand at the front of the palace and the fountain is behind you, than you have to go to the left, turn right at the corner of the palace and go a ca. 1 minute walk. There will be the ticket office and the start of the tour as well. I suggest to add this little information to the description as well. This was the most disappointing thing during my entire stay in London - that the exact starting place was not specified on the Headouts site!
To get to know the palace from the inside. They don't let you take pictures so I can't upload any. The tour is very interesting and I liked the idea of being able to visit the same places that the kings and princes visited.

The ticketing was fine. The experience was once in a lifetime! It ws a very fitting end to our trip to London. The incredible elegance of the Palace State rooms can not be adequately put into words. I recognized many of the rooms for pictures I have seen. Our tour guide was geat, very funny. The whole day was very enjoyable.
Once we got to the palace it was good. There was no changing of the guard because of "horse vacation". No reduction in price offered
The visit to the palace was phenomenal. Buying the tickets with your company was fast and I had no problem getting in. The disappointing thing was that they don't let you take pictures or videos of such a beautiful place.

I was impressed to see where the royal family live. I liked the gallery of paintings of the royal family descendants. Everything is very beautiful!
Our guide was extremely pleasant but she gave out (at times) very inaccurate information on the tour....e.g. she called Horse Guards parade "the arena" and said Queen Victoria never left Windsor castle after Prince Albert died and had died at Windsor.... and other minor/major errors. As our group consisted of a lot of foreign tourists (mainly American) I felt they deserved a better more accurate tour which unfortunately our guide was unable to give. The tour consisted of a LOT of walking which wasn't anticipated and we never actually saw the changing of the guard, rather, we were "positioned" at a great distance to catch a glimpse of the parade passing by. We thoroughly enjoyed Buckingham Palace but on reflection it would have been better to book entry directly with the Palace and wait at the Palace railings to actually see the changing of the guard.
I will start by saying that there were so many people everyhere that it is somewhat difficult to give it an honest review. People pushing, jumping line, shoving, etc made for a not so nice event. The state rooms were absolutely gorgeous and I loved them but the crowds made it for a not so enjoyable experience. Obviusly they are open only a short period of time so everyone wants to get in in 6 weeks?
A beautiful experience. Very informative guide. Aron. An awesome guy with great atitude and a lortof info delivered in a pleasant way
This experience was truly superb! We visited a dozen rooms, each more beautiful than the last!

Exchanging vouchers for tickets was easy. The tour was informative and not too crowded. The food and bevrafe offetings at the end were nucc as well.
Excellent tour, touring the palace is a fascinating experience! The person who received us "The Tour Guy" is excellent; only that the application generated an error, sent us to the wrong meeting point, but The Tour Guy located us by phone and we arrived on time.
View original review in Spanish
Enjoyed the state rooms but the Audio could be improved maybe detailing more about the life of the royals in the castle etc. Also your instructions on where to find the ticket office were really poor with the google link pointing to the front gate. Also surely when you issue a digital ticket you should be able to scan these att the entrance and not have to go and wait in a big queue to obtain what you have already purchased with the people buying their tickets there.
The number of rooms accessible to the public is remarkable! One negative point: there should be toilets at the beginning of the tour!

Brilliant experience had by 2 adults and 2 kids. O like the way the staff are passionate about the team and that it's a family oriented club. Would definitely recommend this tour
The guides and the Service people are exceptional. They answered all our questions and helped us find our ways. Super experience.
I like the city of Liverpool and the stadium your was well organised.. Unfortunately I was alone tats why I not remained more in the city of Liverpool
The purchase of the tour was easy on the app. The tour went to all the important places..dug outs, tunnel, dressing rooms, press area and stadium view. The tour guide was excellent and very knowledgeable with his stories.
Everything was perfect I have to say thanks to the staff because my boyfriend proposed me at the stadium it was a suprise and the staff helped my boyfriend to do it, it was awesome .
The friendliest of Ian and Matt and the knowledge of the club . A Newcastle supporter I am and wow I loved it many thanks
It was efficient from start to finish with guides with knowledge and you could take your own time with the personal headset audio
I arrived early and was welcomed and invited to join an earlier tour. The tour guides were friendly and funny and made an exciting tour even more memorable. The final pitchside and Kop visits were amazing and my camera is full of great memories. Thank you !!
The experience was fantastic, the Liverpool staff were most helpful, friendly and informative. The only negative was having driven up from Bedfordshire we had extreme difficulty parking near the stadium as the Everton match had taken over the car park. But even though we were really late for our tour slot the staff couldnd't have been more calming and welcoming.
My partner and I booked our tickets to Anfield and were pleasantly surprised that we came under the consessions bracket so it only cost £20 each. We arrived by public transport. Went straight to the tour entrance where everyone working there was very cheerful , helpful and friendly. We got out headphones and then the tour began. All around the ground there were things to see and people to talk to who knew everything there was to know about Liverpool FC and Anfield. We went round all the dressing g rooms, back rooms, down to the pitch side, sat in the stands and dug out. It was fantastic. I'm not a football fan particularly but thoroughly enjoyed the tour, as did my partner. Exceptional value for money. Highly recommend
What an experience, so well organised, loved every minute of the tour, already planning another trip with an elderly relative, would highly recommend this tour to anyone.
The stadium tour was amazing. Staff were brilliant at every step of the way, explaining the experience at each stage of the tour ensuring we had an amazing time. Dave was especially helpful and took our photos on pitch side ! Thank you so much. My husband absolutely loved his tour of Anfield and the staff made his day. The information they gave him about the difference of the dug outs for home and away players amused him immensely! The difference between the home and away team changing rooms was surprising too and very interesting!
Being able to see the ground and information about the history. We had the best day my son was pleased to see the players dressing room and to sit in Kop which was a big dream of his.
Easy to book. Wasn't going to do it but had to check the stadium out. Buying tickets was straight forward and redemption once at the stadium was easy. Tour was great.
It was the best!! Really interesting. Staff were so helpful
The staff were brilliant and very helpful. Great experience.
Very straightforward, arrived at Anfield and was on the tour within minutes, great experience for the kids
Easy to book. Well organised tour. It takes about 2 hours.
The Best Day off are Live. We are first time to Liverpool. From Germany Liverpool Fans all are live. My Sohn love
Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Everybody were very knowledgeable
Everything was amazing staff were brilliant
Just to see Anfield and how deticated the people from the stadium are and they live for the club
it was an amazing experience and enjoyed everything
Fantastic tour of the ground and such friendly people.

We thought the commentary was poor. Not enough information about all the sights. I understand you are catering to a broad band of customers. But we learned little about London
I liked everything, however at the time of booking you should make more emphasis on the fact that the hop-on hop-off Bus Tour company is Tootbus.
View original review in Spanish
It would be better if you had a human guide pointing out what you were talking about. On a crowded bus it was hard to tell which building the guide was talking about or even where in the route where you were. No one announcing or display of what stop you were at so you could keep up.
The experience with the bus was very good. Not so much with the cruise that was included.... According to the indications that came in the reservation the cruise departed and arrived at the same destination. But no... they made us get off at the last stop and pay again to return to the port of departure... a robbery...

The bus and the commentary were generally very good. However, compared to other hop on/hop off buses, the buses arrived infrequently and very irregularly.

Due to the extreme traffic the three hours turned into five which included an unexpected 1/2 hour stop to change drivers. Maybe put this changeover could happen in a spot where there is something for the passengers to look at or to buy some refreshments. We were kind of stuck on the bus for the 30 minutes without anything to do.
It was great being able to see the iconic features of London. The bus tour was a long one and we needed to plan for just a couple of stops a day. We loved the Thames boat cruise. We had perfect weather to see so many different places.
Long wait between 2 buses (2 times 1h) and the audioguide is very short compared to other competitors.
View original review in French
The price was great. We saw the whole of blue line which was 3 1/2 hrs. Great view of the city and short spurts of history thru headphones. River cruise was a different perspective of the city by water. The guide was funny on the water cruise. Tower of London was the 2nd day for us. We stayed about 3 hrs and did the guided audio tour. We really enjoyed it. Always nice to find deals on vacation to save a buck or two.
I previously gave Tootbus a poor review. However, they have been very good about getting back to me with the problem. Apparently the problem is with who I bought the tickets from which was not Tootbus directly Tootbus has been very good about trying to solve my issues. Beware of who you buy your tickets from.
The mixture of an open top bus tour and a boat tour was a great experience! Buying the ticket online was easy and hassle-free.

Great combined ticket for Tower of London + bus + Thames river. Of note : it is possible to embark on the cruise from the Tower of London and the go to Westminster Pier (not necessarily the other way round as indicated).

Especially the boat trip from the London Eye to the Tower with City Cruises was very entertaining, our narrator was a real entertainer! The bus trip was also very nice, hop-on and hop-off worked well, there were always at least 5 languages (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish) available for the audio explanation during the trip, sometimes even significantly more languages. A clear recommendation!

I visited London with my 12-year-old daughter. We had a combo ticket hop-on hop-or bus, london eye and canal cruise. The hop-on hop-of bus is the best way to see a lot. We were able to see many major tourist attractions without walking through the helex city. A ticket combined with a ticket to the London eye is great. What a spectacular view we had of the city and for 30 min! The canal cruise was also wonderful. The guide could tell great stories. Really enjoyed it!

Was able to see all the best parts of the capital in a short amount of time whilst enjoying the open top views on a beautifully sunny day. The commentary was also helpful.
Thames River tour was awesome! Excellent tour hosts who provide a wonderful description of what you are seeing. Big Bus tour was good but there are many many more buses from other tour companies that pick up passengers while we waited for the Big Bus. We got off at one stop and had to wait one hour for a Big Bus tour bus to come back to pick us up. This prevented us from getting off at stops in the city as we were concerned that we would not be picked up and would not see the remainder of the blue or red route. We thought we had the evening tour included but our tickets printed "does not include night tour".
The best thing to do is to buy tickets for the tour from the vendors located at the stops. You receive good information and treatment, considering that we seniors do not always speak the language.

Ricer trip was great & crew superb, wonderful commentary The Big Bus tour had lots of off route time due to so many toad works around the Museum area & did not go past Buckingham Palace due to road works. At Tower Bridge there were no busses for more than 1/2 hour - staff said all the buses were bunched together. When the bus arrived it was too full to get on so we waited another 10 minutes for the next bus. Meanwhile loads of the other competitors busses went past. It's a lot of money to not provide a regular service, would not recommend Big Bus & would try another company next time
The lady at the St. Paul's Cathedral bus stop was fantastic. She was the best part of the experience! We booked online, but she was still incredibly helpful even throwing away my rubbish for me. And HOHO buses are always a fun way to see a lot lazily.
Seeing the city atop the 2nd level was great. The audio didn't always match up to the sites. Better. Communication of stops is needed, particularly on the later afternoon runs. We had to take the tube to get back to our hotel as the bus ended the route before we were back at our stop.
It was very difficult finding some of the stops/pickup locations even after asking several "agents" where they were located. One was busy on his phone and just pointed "over there "& another, also on his phone pointed to a completely different location, both annoyed with being interrupted. This caused us a lot of running around & missing busses. Also the blue bus in particular seemed to cross over one of the bridges multiple times causing us to sit in traffic for long periods of time. I would take cabs next time. Much more efficient and costs less.
Very good for getting an overview of the city when you're short on time. Signposting and map to find stations could be improved

This specific bus line, although there are many, seems to have the most stops and covers nearly every inch of the city. The drivers seem to have magical powers to get the bus through the very busy traffic and narrow streets of London. Easily a half day ride perhaps more if you ride the entire main loop. Multiple days if you use it to get on and off at stops.

Great time. Has a good laugh with the live commentator, he was so enthusiastic and joky. We had great wwather and it was not to busy. It was worth very peny.
It's a fun trip by itself, but the crew make it even better. Sharp, fun puns all the way to Greenwich, definitely recommended!
The guy commentating had a great sense of humour with some good one liners i.e. the beach/research . TBH I definitely would prefer this than the pre recorded commentary, be aware he advised passengers to get the APP to listen to commentary and also in different languages. The boat was clean and very smooth sailing, loads of space on our trip. The only reason I didn't give it 5* was the cost of the drinks but it was my choice whether to pay it or not I suppose. Would go again. My grandson loved it.
Value for money, good multimedia guidance on app. Too intrusive live one on the other hand, definitely high speaker volume.

Superb just loved the journey from Westminster to greenwich the view of london is just awesome from top deck excellent commentary by crew explaining everything and where you are reasonably priced making it a smashing experience highly recommend
Ticketing was easy. The duration of the trip was just about right and the weather cooperated. The narration was hilarious.
It was really good time on boat, you could sing inside or outside depending on weather conditions, inside were a lot windows so you could see the view very good. But the best was a man who guided us, tell us funny and also many interesting stories about the buildings we actually see. He was proffesional and funny. It was way batter than the recording. I highly recommend the Thames Sighseeing Criuse. My trip was from Westminster to Greenwich. It took around an hour. The speed of the bout was ideal not so fast so you could realy enjoy the view. Than I went back to city by regular bus.
The ticketing was easy...... the tour itself used the same stories as 4-5 years ago..... we have taken it now with friends and family quite a few times. The ride was good. On our return from Grenwich the tour guide had the volume up incredibly high in the bottom part of the boat.... we mentioned it to the bar staff..... like very high and we give him a 10/10 for enthusiam but he was very difficult to understand with his accent for us. We are older and do not have "apps" on your phone so maybe? ear phones for the public that you can hand out like at the galleries? just a thought
It was easy to get the tickets online. The two captains gave a great tour with loads of information. I would definitely recommend this trip.
Weather was amazing , boat was packed and the boats crew very helpful and informative. The views along the river Thames were amazing and the little bits of information the unofficial tour guide ( crew member ) provided were funny, witty and really helped the journey fly by.
My complaint: I paid for 4 tickets 9not cheap!) for a live tour for our USA visitors; only to find out when we were on the river that we were supposed to use audio guides because of a company requirment that the audio commentary is used on some trips. Two members of our group did not have phones and I was not able to download the app. What I loved: When I complained to one of the captains and requested that the second leg of the journey have the live commentary, he graciously agreed to and did an excellent job. I suggest that you clarify on your website that the live commentary is not guaranteed.....so we can pay a service that does guarantee a live tour.
A Thames cruise is always high on our list of things to do when visiting London. Short notice this time, with a family member who hadn't had the pleasure of a river cruise. It was great all the way around. Narration was good, the weather cooperated nicely and there were drinks/food available to order. Price was right, too.
Thank you Bill! Your commentary and mini tour was amazing! So funny and made the experience! The sites were beautiful! Thank you again!
The whole experience was overall great since I was able to be on the Thames and look at all the gorgeous architecture, but sadly from the seats inside the boat and not actually on top but maybe because of the weather. Also, I wished there was more commentary about which buildings were seen but I had luckily sat next to a tourist guide unknown to me and was able to hear such rich facts about the history ! Overall pricing is perfect and it's something fun to do.
I have been to London many times but I had never been on a "cruise" on the Thames. The truth is that I really liked being able to see the city from the water. With children it is a very pleasant experience. Perhaps it is missed that the boat goes a little slower to appreciate the views. Both embarkation and disembarkation went very well.

The ticketing was a little confusing because the ticket did not state the company name. The ride was nice. Beautiful day on th river.
The comentry from one of the crew was absolutely brilliant , gave us useful information about the history and also made it funny aswell
Very good commentary given. Unfortunately the whole trip from Westminster to Greenwich (and back) took much longer than expected - the process of berthing, disembarking and embarking passengers at each stop was very slow.

Our tour guide "Babs" was wonderful. Perfect spots chosen for us to get the best view, lots of great information and tips for the rest of our trip. Definitely worth doing!
The tour of the various places around Buckingham Palace. The changing of the guard. Too bad the guide didn't speak French. For such a touristy city, it would be nice if the guides were multilingual. So we didn't understand the various explanations. We followed the group.

Our tour guide Margrete and the great information about the royal house and changing of the guard

There was mention of Big Ben and seeing the changing of the Horse Guard during the tour and neither of those truly happened. Big Ben was talked about from a distance, outside and I believe given the amount paid for the ticket we would at least walk inside and do a brief tour after the Abbey. The tour guide was great for what we did see but felt mislead
Knowledgeable guide (Allen) got us in great position plus made it possible to see the king!!! Great tips on other experiences when the tour was up.
The tour guide, David was so interesting with his knowledge of the history. We had a great experience! Highly recommend it.
The whole experience was very well planned. Babs was an EXCEPTIONAL guide. She was knowledgeable, funny, entertaining and got us to all the perfect spots at the right time to see the action! We would recommend this experience for those new or experienced London visitors.
The tour was exceptional, and our tour guide David was "top shelf whiskey" in my book. His energy, knowledge, and care for our group on such a crowded day, combined with his humor and professionalism, exceeded our expectations! If you get David, ask him about his one experience meeting the Queen....EPIC!
Very difficult to find our meeting point. This needs to be simpler for tourists who are not familiar with the city. Even locals were not sure where our meeting place was! We found it just in time as our group was ready to go. So glad we gave ourselves the extra time to navigate ourselves. Once our tour started it was all worth the trouble. Our tour guide Sara was charming with a sense of humor. She was lovely. Well explained walking tour and excellent areas chosen to see the changing of the guard's marching band. We highly recommend this tour.
Jeremy was a great guide and we learned so much from him! His pacing was great--not overwhelming, but still imparting a ton of information.
Well placed . Too bad the guide didn't speak a word of French and only looked after the English children. I was able to translate for our children and the other French people in the group, but she spoke too fast 🥵

Jeremy, our guide, was super friendly and explained all the important points of the changing of the guard in easy-to-understand English. He also knew where to get the best view of the ceremony. Top!

Babs was THE BEST tour guide!! We had the most amazing experience, learned so much, had so much fun, and even saw the King leaving his residence because of Babs! 10/10!!! Must do if you are visiting London-- be sure to request Babs!!
Good handling of arrivals, good relay to inform where our guide is. Very interrzctive, interesting and friendly person

The tour guide was perfect she really knew a lot and it was wonderful for changing the guard. The Tower of London was great because you got to go in and just go at your own pace. I was there for hours. Great price for the combo tickets and a wonderful afternoon
Paul, our tour guide, made sure we had the best views and his many anecdotes made the tour more enjoyable. Thank you Paul, from the Canadian Canadian contingent on Friday March 7/25.
The changing of the guard guide was good, although he left us and we had to look for him. They sell the tour as one but they are two different providers, there is no one to tell you where to find the next provider. The boat was good but they didn't explain anything in Spanish.

Awsome, like child always want to be here (Stoneage)
No enough time at site. Thought we were going to have until 130. Told be back at bus by 1250. No time before leaving to get something to eat. Felt rushed. Driver drove through two red lights on way there.
Beautiful experience, magical and surreal. We arrived by bus traveled one km and arrived at the stones. We downloaded the audio guide and listened to the explanations took photos, time to take the shuttle back buy souvenirs and return to the bus. The driver very nice. We were given a sort of packed lunch which was very welcome.

All good organized Timing should be 2,5 hrs Coach on time
The ride, the landscape, kind driver, helpful people, great snacks!
The whole process of purchase and the activity itself
What I liked about my experience was the sight, but having to rely on a tape during my visit felt too cold. The bus driver's helper was nice but didn't add up much to my experience.
No one was at the indicated meeting point at the meeting time. We and another family were nice place indicated by 9:10 a.m. ( departure 9:30 a.m.) yet no one was on site. We almost missed the bus. Fortunately at 9:27 we called and were told to go to Gate 1, but this was not written anywhere.

Together with 10 other people with the same reservation, we were waiting exactly at the meeting point as per the instructions, since around 09:00 am (30 minutes before instead of 15 that was recommended). Nobody was there. Around 09:27, when we started to worry, someone (a tall guy) came very fast with a sign, “Evan Tours,” and immediately went inside. With the other people, we ran fast towards him and saw him with a lady at the entrance of the bus parking. The kind lady told us, “Come guys, we don’t have time,” whereas the other guy told us that he was outside and 10 people did not see him… of course, this was a lie. Profoundly, he never came, being unprofessional and just waiting for us to find him inside, far away from the meeting point. The exaggeration was that he lied in front of the faces of 10 people, trying to convince us that he was there… This attitude from that particular employee is totally unacceptable and untrustworthy, and such employees should be immediately fired since they can jeopardize the reputation of your company and the value of your services. The rest of the staff on the bus were exceptional. The day before, we booked the WB Harry Poter tour, and everything ran smoothly.
They cancelled my reservation because there was not the minimum number of people, I tried to see another tour that included going to Windsor and Bath and they never responded, finally I could only get a refund of the money paid. Lack of seriousness of the agency. Lousy.

The relaxing and instructive aspects of the visit are very much appreciated. We let ourselves be guided through Westminster with pleasant little poses. The guide was diligent, very friendly and naturally conveyed her London culture in French! The discovery of Westminster Abbey was fascinating, and some details would have gone unnoticed without Carole. It's a pity that the tour specifies a visit to Big Ben and Buckingham Palace when it's not possible to enter them in April. The descriptions of these buildings from the outside were very interesting. I'd recommend

Sehr gut Führung von Mila! The stories were very interesting and she kept us fascinated. She knew answer to every question
Lucy was an excellent and energetic guide on a freezing afternoon. Lucy was extremely knowledgeable about the British monarchy and broke up the monotony with stories about the royals. She took pride in teaching my kids British history, which tied in nicely with the Westminster Abbey tour.
Natasha was a terrific guide, always trying to give you more informatión and with a lot of patiente when we do not speak english fluently.
Ulrich was an excellent guide. He made it very entertaining and told lots of stories about Westminster and the royal family. Everything was very coherent at the end and he had a common thread the whole time. Many thanks for the wonderful experience.
