The sights were spectacular. I bought my ticket from the app, which did not make it clear that I had to buy another ticket to tour the Roman Baths, so all I did was walk around and admire the architecture of that pretty little city. More time needs to be given to the visit at Windsor Castle because I only had time to see two things: the chapel and Queen Mary's apartment.
The guided tour methodology . The punctuality and the orderliness
The entertainment on the tour by Peter
The guide Richard was very good, had lots of good information

I lost the opportunity to know ed town of bath, wich was de first important point to meet inthis tour. I will write mi bad experience in the WEB
A full day of interesting historical commentary by Kevin as we toured Windsor Castle, Stonehenge and Bath. Jody our driver was excellent and cheerful. Booking was so easy and convenient to have the tickets on my iPhone wallet.
Everything went smooth. I would have liked more time in Windsor. I was not given the option when I p urchased the trip for the Roman Bath tour.
VERY WELL ORGANIZED TRIP WITH ON TIME DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL. OUR TOUR GUIDE PHIL WAS EXCELLENT AND PROVIDED THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT OF INFORMATION AND A VERY PLEASANT WAY. oUR DRIVER SAM DESERVES A "WELL DONE" SHOUT OUT FOR RESPONSIBLE DRIVING AND PROFESSIONALITY.
Windsor Castle and Stonehenge were excellent. But very disappointed at Bath as unable to see the baths . Many tourists from the same same tour in our bus were able to book tickets to enter the baths and it was included . But our booking on the same day with same tour did not offer it at booking . So while they went off to see the baths we were left on our own without guide to do our own thing . No tickets were even available to buy . Not happy at all and spoilt it for me . Why was it not offered to all the tour ? Missed out !
Tour guide Simon did a fantastic job! Funny and punctual.
Excelente guide and driver, beautiful places visited, thank you
I enjoyed the places visited, the attention of the guide and the driver.

Very nice experience discovering three wonderful sites Competent, knowledgeable and kind guide

The overall tour was good how ever the guide we had was terrible. Kevin left us at the Windsor castle he left early without realising he left 4 of us stranded at the castle. We reached on time as asked by him to meet. Then the support team asked us to go back to London or reach Stonehenge on our own. This was pathetic never had such experience in tour before. Luckily another bus of the same company helped us , the tour guide made efforts to accommodate 4 of us by offering his seat to us and made our tour complete. Can't stop thanking James tour Guide for helping us out of the way. This was highly unprofessional on part of Kevin and the company for not helping us at all when needed the most. I would not recommend to book a tour who has such guides.
One star is too much!! This experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish Guide is terribly curt, bordering on rude. He stated he sleeps well leaving people behind and he wants to instill dear (those are quotes) and true to his word, he left people behind at Windsor. Also, this was not advertised as a bi-lingual tour, yet the Guide, Godfrey, spent more time speaking Spanish than English. As an English speaker, in an English-speaking country, this was confusing, annoying and frustrating. I absolutely did nor pay for, nor want, a tour in Spanish. Lastly, the tour was tremendously rushed. There was not enough time for anything. We all literally raced through, barely having time to see Stonehenge by the time you either wait for shuttles or walk. And given Gidfrey's threats, we didn't dare be late so we couldn't see anything of Windsor castle and barely saw Stonehenge. This tour is a huge disappointment and waste of money. I will be leaving a very poor review, especially since he mostly spoke in Spanish, which seemed mostly like he was showing off that he's bilingual. Guide was also unavailable during stops like in Bath. Instead of being visible or acting like a guide and offering suggestions of things to do, he immediately left us to change clothes and go for a run. Then he slept on trip home, leaving passengers to Google and try to figure out if/what sights of possible interest we were passing.
The experience was INCREDIBLE in every respect, from the reception to the end. Great guide and driver, friendly, attentive and helpful. Very pleasant and surprising tour We loved every detail

Comfortable bus. Driver Patrick and guide Chrissie friendly and Chrissie knew a lot about all the sights. Everything was well organized. Despite not being able to go to Oxford due to a blowout on the highway. Fortunately Patrick was able to stop the bus on an emergency lane. Waiting for new transportation took time and it was too late to go to Oxford. Even so, we were still on the road for 11 hours. We were to receive a refund from the bus company. This was also arranged the same day. Too bad v Oxford, can happen and handled well and quickly.

Ana the tour guide and Gary the bus driver were great. Gary kept us all on time to the different location. Ana's wealth of historical information made the trip exciting. Ana spoke both in Spanish and English to keep the participants engaged throughout the day. Ana added in humor and made us laugh. She is a gem. I would certainly go on another tour with Anna and Gary!
The tour attractions didn't disappoint and Chrissy was an AMAZING and FUN TOUR GUIDE!!!!
Time management and an engaging tourist guide
Stonehenge!! And our wonderful guide Omar.
Pablo was great!! Mike was a great driver, very conscientious and safe.
We had a great day on the day trip to Oxford, Windsor castel and Stonhenge!
The place had good shuttle buses and good organisation. Unfortunately we had really a little time to enjoy it :(
Liked Stonehenge because we had time to circle the stones and not worry the coach would leave without us. No time to visit shop😢 The rest of the tour was very challenging. She walked so fast we couldn't keep up if we were delayed by foot or car traffic. Felt so rushed to get back to coach on time didn't really see Windsor castle Missed the Oxford tour as we could see the guide or hear her after we were delayed by traffic. Overall the tour was most unsatisfactory . The itinerary didn't include note about running to keep up. Sorry can t not recommend your services
Beautiful locations, symbols of British history ,the only flaw the too much hurry in the timing, I would have preferred to know how to do just Stonehage and Windsor and spend more time in these places

It was a very good experience, the transportation was excellent. Robert was an excellent guide, very cordial, even told us during the trip a lot of information about the places we were passing through, all very well organized and synchronized. It would have been nice to spend more time in Windsor because it is worth it, but it is understandable that the times are according to the development of the day, I recommend it!

My tour was on Monday, Jan 6th. Our giude was Kevin. He was amazing! Very professional and very nice! And everything else in general was amazing, but Kevin deserves the most awesome reviews...he is the best!
the trip was well organized, the guide Kevin was very nice and friendly and told a lot about the history of England and the places visited. It was a great trip
Our guide Seúl was amazing, he did an awesome Job, he deserves a 10. The visit was also very nice, i recomend it.
The sense of humor of the tourist guide. He was kind, symphatic.
too much was inlcuded in one day - windsor castle was too much of a rush, Stonhenge was fine and Oxford Walking tour was a joke - totally dark and insufficient time to see anything much. the guide had to operate in English and spanish which delayed the tour as one language would have left more time to actually see the places we had paid to see. Overall an unimpressive day with the exception of Stonehenge.

I liked Oscar. He is a great guideman! I am sorry we didn't stop and walk throwgh the Cotswolds. Mabe you can include that in the tour. A walking tour.
The actual trip was great and the guide was fantastic. But on the "headout" webpage you advertised this tour as "cotswold" but it did not stop at any of the villages. Althou Oxford and Stratford upon Avon are within the cotswold location, your advert was misleading to state "cotswold" in the tour and this should be made clearer.
Very good guide, Pauly, who helped me out throughout the journey.
The tour guide was very friendly and helpful. She gave us useful and interesting information. Drop-off was in a centric area.
The tour was smooth and the transportation was clean. Ample time was given to explore places. The bus guide also became our tour guide explained the history while we were in the bus. However it would have been great if we could get down at cotswold to take pictures....
Our guide was super nice and knowledgeable!

Extremely disappointed! The title explicitly says "Full-day tour of Costwolds" yet it does not include that, we just pass by between Stratford-upon-Avon and Oxford.
Just busy enough without feeling rushed. Very good pace.
Ticketing was ok except the requirement to print the tickets - I got a QRcode, so why to print? The best thing was the guide - Mel. As a guide myself I can assess his work. Professional, friendly, helpful a knew really everything. Hope the guide on our next trip will be the same quality.
The places were as expected, but we really liked the guide - Stefan - who was knowledgeable and funny. Wouild go with him any time again!

almost new coach bus by mercedes, EXCELLENT tour guide (james), very timely with our destinations, loved all the sites on this tour plus our tour guide knows so much about england very impressive. we had no issue finding the bus station and location spot.
Not only was the guide knowledgeable and pleasant, but she was also helpful and kind. Needless to say that the bus driver in turn was hilarious. They both made my experience unique. Claps Claps Claps.
It was great! Manon was a great tour guide and Greg an excellent driver. I will definitely do another tour.
Nothing as my tour was cancelled! I therefore missed out on seeing the Cotswolds and where Downton Abby was filmed, which I had booked my visit around. I was not given other options for the same tour. I ended up taking a train to Blenheim Palace on my own. I requested a refund immediately upon notification of cancellation and received a response that they would work on it, but have not received a refund yet. And now you are asking how the tour went? This is nuts.
You guys are super cool! Amazing skills.
