The train wa quiet . Staff at the station were very helpful as all the tickets were on my phone and they helped us to navigate this and our luggage.

Absolutely fantastic experience on the Stansted Airport Express! The train was modern, clean, and perfectly climatized, making the ride comfortable. It was fast, efficient, and surprisingly uncrowded, stress-free travel at its best. Highly recommend!

The buses were very accurate in their schedules, were very clean, and the drivers were very good at driving. At the airport and at the stops, the operators were always very polite and thorough to our inquiries.

We had just flown from the United States and it was a simple and quick trip to London. After that exhausting flight it was nice to get to Paddington station and walk one block to our hotel. Sadly, Paddington station has no elevator AKA lift. Be sure to buy your tickets online ahead of time to save a bit of money. It was a very simple effective transfer.

The internal terminal transfers are convenient, moreover the communication thru signs are on point. Directions are always the key point and the transfers were safe. Don't have any pictures as didn't know were to share pictures .. cheers

The service was good, within the normal expectations, I had no problems with the tickets, I suggest that the instructions be easier to follow to avoid confusion.
