ZSL London Zoo Tickets

It was fantastic, thank you. My favorite momet was seeing lions and baby lions. All the family was napping and a baby lion left from the bed. Bhanu went trouhgt him and bringed him to bed again. He was so cool.

What an amazing place, in all its details. The very sweet and passionate staff, the quality of services, the variety of animals, some of them we never heard of, the overall experience is so enjoyable. We loved it so much.

We enjoyed visiting the zoo. I like the animals but specially the Giraffe. Was amazing experience for me.

Well worth £35. We saw the tiger prowling and eating, the lions sunbathing, the rainforest experience was excellent with monkeys overhead, enjoyed penguins and lemurs being fed, the hippo swimming, giraffes being put to bed. The new African hunting dogs were active, and the gorillas were playful. Listened to a talk on capybaras. The volunteers were brilliant, with help when we got lost. Able to exit without going through the gift shop. Advice would be to find out times of activities with the different animals and focus on a few star items, and gently take in the rest, especially on a hot day.

It was our last day in London after a great 2 week stay. We love animals and wanted to visit the London Zoo before we left. It was great! The animals were active and being playful and moving around. It was a little cooler when we visited right away in the morning, by the time we were about done seeing everything the animals were starting to lay down for a nap around 1:00 pm. We would recommend this zoo to all that love animals.

First of all, loved the simpicily of getting in with the online tickets! The lady just asked for the code on the online ticket and we were in in a minute. I also loved that there are pavillions where the animals are free and getting around amongst the visitors!

We had SOO much fun at the zoo! It's lovely for visitors with children — there's lots to see and do. My favorite spots were the petting zoo, where the kids got to feed and interact with friendly goats and watch the giraffes eat— such an unforgettable experience being that close to those gentle giants! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the whole place was clean and well-maintained. We also loved how there were so many options for food! Highly recommend for a fun day out!

The five stars was for this platform and the ease with which we got and used our tickets. The visit itself was boring. The Zoo isn't what it used to be. Fewer animals than nine years ago (my last visit). And the few available all seemed overly subdued. Just a thoroughly underwhelming experience!

Unfortunately, many exhibits were under construction. And sadly some habitats are in disrepair and/or too small. We did enjoy watching the penguins and baby gorillas. The staff was very friendly and the food was good.

It was raining most of the animals were inside , couldn't get the best experience for my kids , I still walked all the park

It tooks from me less than 5 minutes to book the ticket and one minute to enter ZSL, highly recommend 👌.

I loved the London Eye because you could see all over London with a bird's eye view. Unfortunately, my timing was a little off and I was unable to ride the boat on the Thames.. I had thought I could ride the boat back to London Eye, but due to a concert, I was unable to do that.

The ease of ordering tickets on line, not standing at a booth, being able to schedule my visit on line and getting a discount. Everything done online. The people who I dealt with at each stop were so wonderful. I truly appreciate that. My experience was an excellent one.

The flexibility of being able to space the activities over different days and to get on and off the boat at different stops. The London Eye, despite the long lines, is very agile and the air conditioning is very good inside the Ferris wheel.

Combi ticket was ideal for us! We were in London in August and there was still plenty of room! You had to click a time slot, I really advise you to still be there half an hour in advance during busy periods. Inclecken went quickly, then another 20 min wait until you could board (both on the boat and the London Eye) because of the line of people. On board everything was there, free neat toilets, food and drinks for sale and sweet and funny crew. Top experience!!!

The London eye was awesome. As a person with many hidden disabilities the staff, especially Asha, was super helpful and very friendly. I loved this experience. The rover cruise is a must also, the views were beautiful and the commentary so funny I was giggling the whole time

All the staff were very polite, easy to understand and everything went very quickly and smoothly with the online tickets.

I loved the boat ride more than London Eye. We had a funny "tour guide", I believe his name was Pascal/Mascal. He make the ride so fun and seeing London from the boat was amazing!!

We were able to circumvent the long line of people waiting to get on the eye. It gave us more time to visit the other venues in london.

It was a great experience,both London eye and Sea life,everything was top notch.I like that they really care about safety,cleanliness and the cabin on London eye is air conditioned.My 7 years old son was really excited and so was I.

We had to queue but it didn't take long and once we were on the wheel it was brilliant a really hot day but air con and fabulous views then we headed for sealife and we really enjoyed it especially the penguins!! My favourite ❤️

Amazing my son loved the petting section very well run and had the best day :) the monkeys loved him and played with him through the glass the food was not bad priced and was delicious same as the ice cream even got few bits from the gift shop for memories :)

In general the experience was good, we were only surprised that they didn't let us in at the right time... they asked us to wait (where did the famous English time go?).

It was simply super. Me and family really enjoyed. The staff were very cooperaive and smiling. We took london eye first then River cruise and then tower of london. This is the best order. Weather was excellent. We enjoyed the view from top of london eye. It was amazing. My son Ayman and wife Yasmin was very happy. Yunus Lebbar Riyadh

No logistical problems. Tickets purchased 48 hours before went through! "Cruise" on Thames not really exciting, and short-lived. Ride on London eye as planned. Thanks to the weather I was able to enjoy both experiences!

Seeing the gorillas....that was the only reason i went

Headout is really simple to use, in most cases you just have the QR code scanned as your ticket. It saves you a lot of money and gives you so many options. I would definitely recommend this to anyone going to London. You can check all the attractions included prior so you know it will suit you. Possibly the best way to see London!
