London Eye Tickets

We pre-booked our tickets and upon arrival, it was just a few minutes, and we were on our way. Beautiful photos of Big Ben, Parliament, and Westminster Abbey. This was my fifth trip to London, and my fifth time riding the eye

Great experience, a few too many people on our car, but managed to make our way to all sides to see the views, which were amazing!! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Got there late after trying the train for almost 4 hours. They made no promises but said we could wait to see if anyone was late for the next appointment. We got there at 7:15 for a 6:30 appointment. With no hope of getting on and only one day in town we waited. What a wonderful and totally unexpected result when Jordyn gave us the news we could get on at the 7:30 time slot. Was a joy seeing the sights from the eye we thought we missed out on and we are still in awe that they didn't turn us away after missing our appointment. Thank you so very much for being so kind to 2 weary travelers. Would do it all over again but next time hopefully on time.

If you are in London for the first time it is great oportunity to see it from this angle. Nevetheless I enjoyed it even it was not my first visit. You have to stay in the queue (we waited appx 30 mins) even you have ticket for the exact time. The bubble itself is not full as I feared. You have enough space to take fotos you like or sit if you are tired.

We were able to change our ticket to an earlier time. A fast ticket is highly recommended, you can go straight through without queuing for hours! We really enjoyed the London Eye, the view is fantastic!

We booked online and were able to board a short time later. It was a mega great experience, the weather was perfect and you could see everything quite far, all around 👍

Very well organized, despite the queue it goes quite quickly. We were under a bright blue sky in the late afternoon and the view was a real experience.

We had chosen the option with Coupe de Champagne and as soon as we arrived on site we were taken care of. Everything was absolutely brilliant, from arrival to departure :-)

Getting tickets was easy, had choices to pick general admission or fast track. We were on a schedule so I went with fast track and I was able to pick our boarding time. We arrived about 15 minutes early but didn't need to wait for the appointed time, we went right in and was seated with other fast track riders, only 12 in our group so lots of room to get a great view of the area! Fast track tickets are more expensive but we were accommodated perfectly so it was worth the price of admission!

Our attraction was well organised. We paid for fast pass tickets and although expensive it was good to be able to not have to wait which would have been difficult for one of our party members. The ticketing was easy and smooth, just open the app and scan your tickets very easy way to access the attraction. We had a great time.

Arrived early and having booked for 12.15 expected to have to wait but we were allowed to board early. We were lucky our pod was sparse with other guests - other pods were much more people. Loved every second and then visited the gift shop with 10 and 11 year old. They loved it and bought some souvenirs.

I think it very expensive and not worth the money. We could of spent a day at a theme park for the same price or theatre tickets. It's not value for money

Although we were very early at the London Eye, we were able to get in immediately and didn't have to wait for our booked appointment! Very flexible! It was a great view over London and we had time to look at everything in peace.

Booking the London Eye and river cruise through Headout was very convenient online. The day itself was brilliant, thanks!

I'm not just writing a positive review here, but a general one. The boat was easy to find, but it certainly wasn't a 40 minute round trip and we had to get off at a station which we didn't want to do. Then we went on the way home (London Eye Pier) and one stop before that the boat was probably broken and everyone had to get off. At this stop, the guests who were already on board were only told that we should get a new ticket (there was a meter-long queue), although we had a ticket and we got it in advance to avoid these queues. We then went downstairs and nobody said anything. In the end we took the Undergroud back to the London eye because we were already 20 minutes over our timeslot. Luckily we got into the London eye and didn't have to queue, but we were really unlucky with the group inside the eye because they were children who couldn't behave at all and kicked the windows etc. However, this had nothing to do with the ticket from Handout. As a tip, if you book it, allow at least 3 hours between the boat and the eye in case something comes up. It was still nice and you got a perfect impression of London on the first day.

We had the best of both worlds... a visit to the Tower of London and then a great cruise to see all the other attractions in the area.

The commentary was funny - even in the face of a difficult audience. There was no asking of ID so all that bring ur photo ID seemed to be a waste of time

Good price and timing for the combo package. We liked the offer of free cancellation 24h before the event in case of bad weather. Lucky for was it was not the case. The 10:00 boat was very nice as we had live presentation of the main sites along the Thames river. However we didn't realize at the moment of the booking, that the boat cruise was actually a one way cruise. It started at London Eye and ended at the Tower bridge. So we had to run back to London Eye for our next appointment at 11:15. Obviously we missed the appointment and the line grew considerably till we entered the London Eye. But , at the end the weather was gorgeous so we were happy.

I thought the river tour would have dropped me back at the starting point considering the combo tickets I purchased said it was a 10 minute walk from the end of the tour to the next stop. Other than that, it was absolutely fabulous.

The ticket's name was "flexible" and I expected to be able to go off the vessel at any pier and go on at another at a later time on that day. But it was only a simple trip and we could stay on the boat for only 30 minutes as we had other reservations at different venues and could not continue the river trip.

Finding this bus stops were confusing and we didn't know we had to get a printed ticket. It took us more than an hour to find a Big Bus bus and the man printed out our ticket and brought us to a stop point to wait for the bus. However, the bus stop we were at we were there prior waiting for what felt like an hour and saw zero Big Bus busses. We kept seeing other bus brands stopping which made us wish we chose a different company to do the hop on hop off bus tour. Overall if I can do this again I would choose a different company.

The river cruise was excellent but a bit too short for me(We are planning to book a longer cruise) . I especially enjoyed the live commentary by the boat crew. The London Eye experience was well organised and the wait was not too long. BUT we found the recorded bus commentary not great and the volume of the recorded music , too loud and repetitive!

The Hop-on Hop-off Tour was great and the guys that are available at the different stops were very helpful with providing maps and information. The boat tour was also really nice. I was a little disappointed however in the London Eye experience. I didn't realize I was going up in such a large group. It felt like I was being pushed into it like cows/cattle. One little girl tripped into the container because of that. Also, I could tell several people in our container were uncomfortable because of the amount of people. It was hard to space out and get all the pictures we wanted and some people smelled. I would not recommend it to anyone unless they book it with a group size that takes up the whole container of just people they know and want to ride up with.

We took advantage of the combo in the perfect way...bus from Trafalgar square to london tower bridge, walk to london tower and board the Thames. Finished the river cruise, immediately london Eye and then...bus for the rest of the day with various stops to visit other London neighborhoods...pretty much full day. Beautiful

As the Tower and Tower Bridge are close together, a morning and afternoon combination of the two sights is a good idea. We had planned 2 hours for the Tower with two children (aged 7 and 10), which was adequate. We spent the whole afternoon at the Tower. Especially in Tower Bridge, the tour through the museum and the engine room is very entertaining for the children with an accompanying activity.

The tickets were easy to purchase, we chose a dual ticket option with a reduction for seniors. At both places, the staff was very flexible allowing us to enter early. 2 to 3 hours in the Tower is required as there is so much to see. The audio guide is very worthwhile, Beefeater guide attracts large number. Our trip to Tower Bridge was fascinating, worth visiting the engine room, very interesting.

The VIP treatment was kind of a surprise. I expected to show up and just basically get head of the line and a couple glasses of champagne but was treated to something much nice. Stephie-Jo was a wonderful hostess.

Smaller group and good,guide, VIP lounge and expedited loading were great. Was surprised Champagne was single glass, barely half full. Would appreciate forewarning that second glass was extra and how much it would cost.

The VIP experience of the Champagne ride was very pleasant. We met our guide (Tia) in the VIP lounge and she lead us to the "fast" lane for boarding. Once in the pod, we had champagne toast and Tia was available for questions. Tia did a great job.

We were the only two VIP Experience Guests and we were alone with the two Hosts. It was an absolute owerwhelming experience. Thank you sooooo much !! The hosts were so kind and nice. We had a lot of fun :-)

The champagne experience is unique, waiting in the champagne lounge, you are picked up, past all the queues and directly into an extra gondola with a few. Super friendly guides, you feel like a VIP, highly recommended

Using Headout was incredibly easy. The Tower of London was wonderful. We loved all the history. The Crown Jewels are, of course, exquisite. However, be prepared for a line outside and load of people indoors crowding to see the jewels. Tower Bridge was incredible. We were fortunate enough to see the bridge raise from the glass bottom floor. The Cat activity for kids was a hit and my daughter really enjoyed it.

Being able learn while walking up the stairs. Seeing my kids get excited with their workbooks and following along. Simple and easy facts to learn (I hate reading paragraphs). Walking above the bridge with the glass floor. Having little windows to take nice pictures. The mirrors above were neat also. The engine room was great at demonstrating how the bridge used to operate. My son had some questions and the lady working there was able to help. Would definitely recommend to others. Thank you!

We went 30 minutes before our booked time and let us anyway. It was a great experience. It is better to book in advance so it will be cheaper and early in the morning so it won't be too crowded.

At the end of May, I had the opportunity to experience on the London Eye. I really appreciated the smooth and precise organization. Nice view of the part of the city and especially the Parliament building.
