It was so much fun from the minute that you walked through the door, not to mention the amazing, lifelike wax people. The museum just has this wonderful energy all the way through. My favorite of all the places that I visited while in London. I strongly suggest that you purchase the fast track tickets!
We ordered the champagne bar experience for our honeymoon.and I Was disappointed. The glass of champagne was half a glass and not sparkling because it wS a bottle already open. The waitress did offer me a top up ince I had drunk the half glass. However this was just half a glass . I would have preferred a full glass if sparkling champagne. Also my husband only got a small bottle of peroni which didnt meet the same cost.
Everything was very beautiful ..the only negative point is that you don't take the species and for visitors who only have the species it's a shame.

Very enjoyable experience. Most of the figures are very t true to the person. VERY dissapointed in Princess Diana's statue . She was such a beautifull woman and had such lovely dresses. Her statue does her no justice.
An exhibit, models, background sounds and decors. The train with London's history was amazing! And the scariest floor too.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Booking the combo through Headout was super easy and smooth. The hop-on-hop-off bus tour gave us a great overview of London, the Thames river cruise was relaxing with beautiful views, and Madame Tussauds was a real highlight—especially for my granddaughter! Everything went perfectly, and it was great value for money with the 10% discount. Highly recommend!
We were there a few years ago and we have noticed that the figures are changing. Formerly there was an exhibition with the construction process of the figures that is no longer there, although attractions have been added, such as 3D cinema (it is not what we liked the most .....). I liked the previous one better (15 years ago...).
