The FRIENDS Experience London Tickets

It was very nice. I would suggest the golden frame to be adjusted to the photos which you offer to buy ( sofa ones) photo is in landscape and frame can only stay on vertical position;) I would also appreciate to have some kind of folder or paper where I can put my photos. I didn't have anything in my bag to protect it and if I will put it lose I would damaged the photo. Big thanks to the gentleman who served me on the till and gave me some spare damaged bag so I could put into there. Otherwise experience was very nice and pleasant. Thank you

The Friends route is great It brings back the good times of the show. It was really great. Everything is memorable, especially the photos taken in front of the fountain on the orange sofa.

It was good seeing the 'set' the flats, cafe etc etc but really lacked something. Maybe holograms if the characters walking around? Or some VR like the Tutenkhamun experience?? I think this would improve it.

I wasn't sure what to expect but when the doors opened all the nostalgia came flooding back. It is really worth going to see.

I couldn't find the venue it's not clear enough where to go and then because of arriving late my ticket wasn't acepted I followed signs and they took me through a building then to a dead end

Every detail was so well thought out, it felt like I was truly in the show. The central perk cafè and the "pivot" couch picture were the cherry on top! Wonderful experience!

There was photo opportunities at every section and the help from other visitors was sweet. At the end you had to pay for a photo for £12 so that you can pay for the digital photos for £7.

It was a great experience,both London eye and Sea life,everything was top notch.I like that they really care about safety,cleanliness and the cabin on London eye is air conditioned.My 7 years old son was really excited and so was I.

We had to queue but it didn't take long and once we were on the wheel it was brilliant a really hot day but air con and fabulous views then we headed for sealife and we really enjoyed it especially the penguins!! My favourite ❤️

Had a very special day out with my son 😊. The app made the whole experience easy to navigate out trip . And the two attractions we went on were amazing. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Very happy 😊

In general the experience was good, we were only surprised that they didn't let us in at the right time... they asked us to wait (where did the famous English time go?).

It was simply super. Me and family really enjoyed. The staff were very cooperaive and smiling. We took london eye first then River cruise and then tower of london. This is the best order. Weather was excellent. We enjoyed the view from top of london eye. It was amazing. My son Ayman and wife Yasmin was very happy. Yunus Lebbar Riyadh

No logistical problems. Tickets purchased 48 hours before went through! "Cruise" on Thames not really exciting, and short-lived. Ride on London eye as planned. Thanks to the weather I was able to enjoy both experiences!

I loved the London Eye because you could see all over London with a bird's eye view. Unfortunately, my timing was a little off and I was unable to ride the boat on the Thames.. I had thought I could ride the boat back to London Eye, but due to a concert, I was unable to do that.

The ease of ordering tickets on line, not standing at a booth, being able to schedule my visit on line and getting a discount. Everything done online. The people who I dealt with at each stop were so wonderful. I truly appreciate that. My experience was an excellent one.

The London eye was awesome. As a person with many hidden disabilities the staff, especially Asha, was super helpful and very friendly. I loved this experience. The rover cruise is a must also, the views were beautiful and the commentary so funny I was giggling the whole time

All the staff were very polite, easy to understand and everything went very quickly and smoothly with the online tickets.

I loved the boat ride more than London Eye. We had a funny "tour guide", I believe his name was Pascal/Mascal. He make the ride so fun and seeing London from the boat was amazing!!

We were able to circumvent the long line of people waiting to get on the eye. It gave us more time to visit the other venues in london.

It was way to get tickets, have prompts just before to remind you and then just to show tickets. Made it so easy for us, just needed to turn up

London eye were great with great personal. The staff on the themsen cruise were also great, but we only got 20 minutes on the boat.

Great price- incredible views from both experiences. Fast pass was perfect for going right to the front and skipping the muggles.

Very good experience on London Eye. I was disappointed with the cruise because it was not clear where the boarding was and I spent less time than expected on the boat because I thought I could get on at London Bridge Pier and get off at London Eye Pier.

Loved the express entrance tickets. The cruise was relaxing, boat comfortable, refreshments, and boat guide very humorous.

There is nothing good about this experience whatsoever. The boat ride was dangerously overcrowded. You could not understand the guided narration. If there is an emergency on the boat it would most likely result in the injury and death of many people. It was not worth the time, energy no money. I would definitely recommend against.

Site says to do the river cruise first. However it is one way and ends at rower of london. Then you need to take underground/subway back, cross the river and then take the Eye. The river cruise was misleading on timing. We booked 11am as that was an option. However boats dont leave at 11am, so we stood in 32 degrees (90F) for an extra 30 minutes (boat was late). River cruise was nice. London eye was good-overpriced but thats part of the tourist trap, so its fine. Just the misleading and bad suggestions from the site for planning purposes.

The trip to Greewich was great. However, it was a one-way ticket. It would have been good to know how to get back to London from there

The boat trip and the London Eye were both great ways to get a feel for the city. The London Eye is very exciting and although I was frankly terrified to do it (only persuaded by my son), I got over my fear after a few minutes and enjoyed it very much
