  • The pass is available in German and English.
  • You can visit each attraction only once.
  • Some attractions require prior reservations. Look out for the 'reservations required' stamp in the app when browsing attractions and click on the attraction to find all the info you need! Please check the official websites to book.
  • Children aged 4 and under do not require a pass as most attractions allow free entry.
  • Please select your departure date to ensure that you receive your London City Pass in time before your departure. Usage of the London City Pass is independent from this date.
  • You will receive your digital pass in your email with a guide providing information about attractions with operating hours, special terms and conditions, security checks, and more.
  • When you receive an email, you'll find a link to your pass. Clicking this link only opens the pass but you need to activate it for the date you want to use it. Once activated, you can make pre-bookings where necessary. Remember, you can only scan the QR code at attractions after activation.
  • You can use your pass at the first attraction or tour by simply showing it, you can use the digital pass, or carry a printout of it.
  • Depending on the option selected, the pass is valid for 1 to 5 respective calendar days: beginning from 12am to 12am on the last valid day.
  • If you have not received your Turbopass, please check your spam or junk folder.

Validity

  • Before activation: The passes are valid for one year from the purchase date.
  • After activation: Your pass is activated as soon as you visit your 1st attraction.
  • Get full refund if you cancel 24 hours before the experience start time.
  • These tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
