• When you receive an email, you'll find a link to your pass. Clicking this link only opens the pass but you need to activate it for the date you want to use it. Once activated, you can make pre-bookings where necessary. Remember, you can only scan the QR code at attractions after activation.
• You can use your pass at the first attraction or tour by simply showing it, you can use the digital pass, or carry a printout of it.
• Depending on the option selected, the pass is valid for 1 to 5 respective calendar days: beginning from 12am to 12am on the last valid day.

Validity

• Before activation: The passes are valid for one year from the purchase date.
• After activation: Your pass is activated as soon as you visit your 1st attraction.
