Very pleasant outward and return journey, friendly and attentive driver. Pick-ups and drop-offs were on time. We had 3 hours to visit Windsor, and we were very satisfied with this activity.

The issue we had was being dropped off 40 minute from our hotel. Were we took it was walking distance and due to this we had to incur the taxi charge. Also the bus had no leg room
Punctuality, visit full of interesting accounts of the lives of the British royals, a thank you to the 'driver who was very good both in driving and in illustrating and guiding us to the tour of the castle

It was much better than ticketing and boarding the Virgin Atlantic flight the next day! We really enjoyed the tour of the palace but would have liked to take photographs.
Nice visit, well organized, the weather was pleasant.

Absolutely punctual and reliable

The tour was supposed to return us to Victoria Station. Instead we were dumped in Kensington at the height of rush hour. My wife and I are familiar with the Underground, so other than extremely crowded cars, we managed. But some customers were using wheelchairs and walkers, and had never used the subway. This should have been stated when buying the tour.
Having been picked up at the designated meeting point we were NOT dropped off at the same location. We had to catch two trains to return to our hotel. Not very professional at all. Very disappointing.
An unforgettable experience! We booked the tour from London to Windsor Castle and were absolutely thrilled. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. The tour guide/coach driver was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and provided us with exciting information. The journey was pleasant and the coach was modern and comfortable. We had plenty of time to explore the majestic rooms of the castle and visit the impressive St George's Chapel. At least from the outside, as we didn't know it was closed on Sundays. We were particularly impressed by the splendor of the State Apartments - the architecture and artwork are simply breathtaking. The timing of the tour was ideal: we had enough time to see everything at our leisure without feeling rushed, and we were back in London in good time. The stress-free process was also a big plus - no queues, no organizational problems. Everything ran like clockwork. I can recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience a special piece of British history. It was a highlight of our stay in London and we would do it again any time! 5 out of 5 stars!

The entertainment on the tour by Peter
The guide Richard was very good, had lots of good information
View original review in German
The sights were spectacular. I bought my ticket from the app, which did not make it clear that I had to buy another ticket to tour the Roman Baths, so all I did was walk around and admire the architecture of that pretty little city. More time needs to be given to the visit at Windsor Castle because I only had time to see two things: the chapel and Queen Mary's apartment.
Guide Richard and places, especially Stonehenge.
The guided tour methodology . The punctuality and the orderliness
The sites we visited were remarkable, but we didn't have enough time to enjoy them all. At Windsor Castle, we could only see the apartments and didn't have enough time to visit the dolls' house, as there were far too many people queuing up and we only had 1 hour's time on site. For stonehenge we only had an hour's stop: 30 minutes out and 30 minutes back on foot, i.e. 2 minutes and 30 seconds to admire the site. Visits to Bath, a charming city, but we ended up paying £60 for 2 even though I had already booked our tickets for the Roman baths when we booked the excursion. What's more, there was no time to take the time to eat. It would have been more correct to say that we would have taken a picnic when booking the ticket. And the audioguide could not be used in French.

I lost the opportunity to know ed town of bath, wich was de first important point to meet inthis tour. I will write mi bad experience in the WEB
A full day of interesting historical commentary by Kevin as we toured Windsor Castle, Stonehenge and Bath. Jody our driver was excellent and cheerful. Booking was so easy and convenient to have the tickets on my iPhone wallet.
Everything went smooth. I would have liked more time in Windsor. I was not given the option when I p urchased the trip for the Roman Bath tour.
VERY WELL ORGANIZED TRIP WITH ON TIME DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL. OUR TOUR GUIDE PHIL WAS EXCELLENT AND PROVIDED THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT OF INFORMATION AND A VERY PLEASANT WAY. oUR DRIVER SAM DESERVES A "WELL DONE" SHOUT OUT FOR RESPONSIBLE DRIVING AND PROFESSIONALITY.
Tour guide Simon did a fantastic job! Funny and punctual.
Excelente guide and driver, beautiful places visited, thank you
The experience was INCREDIBLE in every respect, from the reception to the end. Great guide and driver, friendly, attentive and helpful. Very pleasant and surprising tour We loved every detail

Windsor Castle and Stonehenge were excellent. But very disappointed at Bath as unable to see the baths . Many tourists from the same same tour in our bus were able to book tickets to enter the baths and it was included . But our booking on the same day with same tour did not offer it at booking . So while they went off to see the baths we were left on our own without guide to do our own thing . No tickets were even available to buy . Not happy at all and spoilt it for me . Why was it not offered to all the tour ? Missed out !
Our tour guide Therese was exceptional! She kept the day interesting and fun. She had great knowledge of the various sights and beyond. Very Good!
Guide, Mr. Omar, who did not give clear and precise directions. Spoke little, òtalked only about history but gave no other indications during the trip of what to see, nor of other things in the places we stayed, like nearby restaurants or other nearby attractions. Omar was always unavailable. Then the audio guide was not working. Not only to us but to the whole group who in fact did not use it. It only worked to notify us when the tours were over and to go to the bus.

The directions to the meeting point were unclear. We were told to enter the station and ask about the boarding gate. In fact, it's not a meeting point but the bus station to catch the bus. I almost missed the bus because I was waiting for half an hour at the "meeting point" indicated. Visits to the sites are very quick. The tour was a rush. They ended up putting my friend on another bus and at one of the stops they almost dropped him off, although he was less than 5 minutes late.

Had a great experience in general. Our tour guide and driver were pleasant, knowledgeable and communicated well. Our main issue was with the instructions. When you have directions that show a picture of the front of the station and say meet here, that is where we stayed. We were not the only travelers that made that mistake. Can you just add enter here at that corner of the station and find your gate or such? We thought someone would come out and get us and line us up in one of the buses outside. Again one of your very helpful employees flagged the bus down at a stop light and we were able to get on board. Tragedy averted.
Amazed ng experience. Very attentive staff
The meetup point was incorrect on the app and confirmation email I received for my tour. This led me to miss the tour. When I tried to call the number on the app and confirmation email, the phone number was disconnected. I had to google the company to reach customer service. Overall, very dissatisfied with my experience. I am requesting a refund. I have not received it yet.

Comfortable bus. Driver Patrick and guide Chrissie friendly and Chrissie knew a lot about all the sights. Everything was well organized. Despite not being able to go to Oxford due to a blowout on the highway. Fortunately Patrick was able to stop the bus on an emergency lane. Waiting for new transportation took time and it was too late to go to Oxford. Even so, we were still on the road for 11 hours. We were to receive a refund from the bus company. This was also arranged the same day. Too bad v Oxford, can happen and handled well and quickly.

A packed day out, starting on time and well organized from Victoria Coach Station. Richard scored with charm, wit and excellent knowledge. All in all - two of the three destinations would be completely sufficient, as otherwise it would be very stressful and there would be hardly any time to take a closer look at one or the other (e.g. @ Windsor - State Apartments and Cape Town). @ Windsor - the state apartments and the chapel can hardly be visited in the short time available - it's more like running through).

Ana the tour guide and Gary the bus driver were great. Gary kept us all on time to the different location. Ana's wealth of historical information made the trip exciting. Ana spoke both in Spanish and English to keep the participants engaged throughout the day. Ana added in humor and made us laugh. She is a gem. I would certainly go on another tour with Anna and Gary!
The tour attractions didn't disappoint and Chrissy was an AMAZING and FUN TOUR GUIDE!!!!
Time management and an engaging tourist guide
Stonehenge!! And our wonderful guide Omar.
Pablo was great!! Mike was a great driver, very conscientious and safe.
We had a great day on the day trip to Oxford, Windsor castel and Stonhenge!
The place had good shuttle buses and good organisation. Unfortunately we had really a little time to enjoy it :(
Liked Stonehenge because we had time to circle the stones and not worry the coach would leave without us. No time to visit shop😢 The rest of the tour was very challenging. She walked so fast we couldn't keep up if we were delayed by foot or car traffic. Felt so rushed to get back to coach on time didn't really see Windsor castle Missed the Oxford tour as we could see the guide or hear her after we were delayed by traffic. Overall the tour was most unsatisfactory . The itinerary didn't include note about running to keep up. Sorry can t not recommend your services
Beautiful locations, symbols of British history ,the only flaw the too much hurry in the timing, I would have preferred to know how to do just Stonehage and Windsor and spend more time in these places

It was a very good experience, the transportation was excellent. Robert was an excellent guide, very cordial, even told us during the trip a lot of information about the places we were passing through, all very well organized and synchronized. It would have been nice to spend more time in Windsor because it is worth it, but it is understandable that the times are according to the development of the day, I recommend it!
