very interesting to realize how these very clever men successed in making cards, counting time, tides , making machine, instruments and tools etc... but we shouild have booked a guided visit to get some more explanations as we're not used to this scientist astrnomy world.
The basement of the museum was the most interesting - but the hardest to find and practically at the end. The atmosphere from the boring apartment building and the disappointing time ball drop was already very bad. Expectations are raised that are not fulfilled.

It was a great way to spend half of a day. Lots to see
Nothing! No value for money at all. I was expecting to pay for a proper observatory experience not a museum experience.
I would like to express my concern regarding the delay in receiving our tickets. While I understand that immediate delivery may not have been guaranteed, my family and I waited in front of the venue for over an hour before we finally received them. Unfortunately, by the time the tickets were delivered, the designated usage period had already passed. This caused significant inconvenience and disappointment for all of us.
The observatory itself and the surroundings are stunning. Whether you are an astronomy freak or not, you will for sure find the visit quite engaging. Everything is really good preserved and placed in a way that tells a comprensible story of how events and breakthroughs followed.

The history behind, the accessibility for children to interact, and the spacious ground floor where the cafe is situated; my 10 year old grandson loved it.
On the day we went they were doing repairs to the deck and were extremely noisy, very loud bangs that reverberated inside the hull. My grandson was not feeling well anyway and this just made it worse, so much so one of us had to take him out thereby missing most of the attraction. Could they not have done these repairs after 5 pm when it was closed. I complained at the time but nobody seemed to take any notice.
It was easy to book and straightforward on the day
I was denied entry to the Planetarium. The others were okay.
12000 steps and very pricey. Most were free.
I had trouble to redeem my ticket at the Cutty Sark box office. The attendant told me the ticket wasn't valid. I had to tell her it was a day pass to Cutty Sark and Greenwich. Morever, she was supposed to provide a proper solution. Apparently, the code wasn't working. After a while, she decided to give me a ticket. But it wasn't linked to mine. It was probably a regular one. At the Greenwich Observatory I had no trouble whatsoever.

Excellent presentation by a brilliant young scientist.
Presentation centered on linking stars and showing you the figures they are known by. This could have been shorter. Zooming in on a planet and showing what the surface looked like was really interesting. As too showing the milky way.
The event was very informative and personally I really like going to planetariums!

Great time. Has a good laugh with the live commentator, he was so enthusiastic and joky. We had great wwather and it was not to busy. It was worth very peny.
It's a fun trip by itself, but the crew make it even better. Sharp, fun puns all the way to Greenwich, definitely recommended!
The guy commentating had a great sense of humour with some good one liners i.e. the beach/research . TBH I definitely would prefer this than the pre recorded commentary, be aware he advised passengers to get the APP to listen to commentary and also in different languages. The boat was clean and very smooth sailing, loads of space on our trip. The only reason I didn't give it 5* was the cost of the drinks but it was my choice whether to pay it or not I suppose. Would go again. My grandson loved it.
Value for money, good multimedia guidance on app. Too intrusive live one on the other hand, definitely high speaker volume.

The onboard commentary was very good. I think it would be a good idea to have a digital way to tip the guy who did it cos most people don't carry cash these days We had an awesome time 😁
Well-marked departure point, Westminster/Greenwich cruise started on time, pleasant and competent staff, spacious boat, interesting and humorous English commentary, small downside: dirty windows, had to go outside to get unmarked photos.

It was a really nice experience but in a very cold day!!!
We took the Thames River cruise from Westminster Pier to Greenwich. It was really lovely sitting on the top deck in the sun, even with the seagulls keeping us company. The tour commentary was really interesting, informative and at times humourous. Id definitely recommend this, and by booking online we also got a discounted price for tickets.
Such a worthwhile thing to do, and a great way to see the magnificent architecture of both old and new alike. The crew and staff were great and the whole process from ticket ordering to boarding and disembarking was well organised. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would definitely recommend as well as do again ourselves.
Plenty of punters but not over crowded. The commentary both ways was informative and fun. We learned something - enough - and had a giggle or two.
Great cruise, very practical, allowing you to see London's iconic monuments in a different way, even better when you have Anthony's comments and his very British sense of humor.

Superb just loved the journey from Westminster to greenwich the view of london is just awesome from top deck excellent commentary by crew explaining everything and where you are reasonably priced making it a smashing experience highly recommend
Ticketing was easy. The duration of the trip was just about right and the weather cooperated. The narration was hilarious.
It was really good time on boat, you could sing inside or outside depending on weather conditions, inside were a lot windows so you could see the view very good. But the best was a man who guided us, tell us funny and also many interesting stories about the buildings we actually see. He was proffesional and funny. It was way batter than the recording. I highly recommend the Thames Sighseeing Criuse. My trip was from Westminster to Greenwich. It took around an hour. The speed of the bout was ideal not so fast so you could realy enjoy the view. Than I went back to city by regular bus.
We enjoyed the cruise. The guy driving and doing commentary was the perfect combination of knowledgeable and humorous. He made the sailing a lot of fun.
Weather was amazing , boat was packed and the boats crew very helpful and informative. The views along the river Thames were amazing and the little bits of information the unofficial tour guide ( crew member ) provided were funny, witty and really helped the journey fly by.
My complaint: I paid for 4 tickets 9not cheap!) for a live tour for our USA visitors; only to find out when we were on the river that we were supposed to use audio guides because of a company requirment that the audio commentary is used on some trips. Two members of our group did not have phones and I was not able to download the app. What I loved: When I complained to one of the captains and requested that the second leg of the journey have the live commentary, he graciously agreed to and did an excellent job. I suggest that you clarify on your website that the live commentary is not guaranteed.....so we can pay a service that does guarantee a live tour.
A Thames cruise is always high on our list of things to do when visiting London. Short notice this time, with a family member who hadn't had the pleasure of a river cruise. It was great all the way around. Narration was good, the weather cooperated nicely and there were drinks/food available to order. Price was right, too.

On the list of attractions linked to my ticket there was the London Eye, but once I got there, I've received the information that your pass is no longer supported there. There was already late, so I couldn't use my pass for any other attraction.
Nothing I couldn't take advantage of, 300 euros down the drain

The snapping turtle was my favourite and sharks my husbands , fabulous
We couldn't use the big bus during the whole day because of the demonstration
Nothing was special. You sold me tickets to got to sea life the day I baught the ticket. Sea life was fully booked that day so could not get in. I also wanted madam tussauds that's why I got the 2 attraction ticket and madam tussauds wasn't included in hat ticket so couldn't use the ticket at all. You robbed me it's a pure scam. I've asked for a refund and been told I need to give 24 hours notice before the attraction time to get refund. I bought the morning of the day I wanted to go so how can I give 2r hours notice to get refund when tickets didn't work due to sea life being fully booked that day and the ticket not cover the other attraction we wanted. I feel robbed and scammed. My 6 year old daughter had the worst day she cried all the day amd all ay home on train back to Surrey. I'm fuming I want my money bacj
I am waiting on a refund as the app wasn't working kn the day , therefore I paid a lot of money for nothing , very disappointing
nothing. I demand a refund.
Hello I can't use my tickets. I would like my money back

It was great vacations in London.
We chose 3 because we only had 1 day. It was great because it did not require reservations for Westminster Abbey which was sold out for the day.
The exhibition was phenomenal. Well worthy of a trip to London. 5 stars Like nothing we have ever seen before Great value as well Best wishes Oliver Nash Author of The Primate Puzzle
