Heathrow express was the smoothest journey to london central i've experienced. 15 minutes train ride with a view of London's sunset / sunrise depending on your departure. Platform was easy to find and directions were clear.

Train Transfers: Heathrow Airport to/from London Paddington by Heathrow Express were easy and helped take the stress out of getting back to the airport.

The Heathrow Express is highly recommended. Fast and uncomplicated, for a good price, to and from central Paddington station.

Service was prompt, punctual and quick . Only felt that we came down from Paddington main entrance afte rthe taxi dropped us and had to carry our heavy bags . Perhaps a ramp would be better since escalator ot Elevator is not easible

The best way to get to the center from Heathrow, fast, comfortable, very regular shuttles. Staff on hand to deal with any queries. 👍

The Bus is great, there's always a bus passing by. But the app should be modernized and show via GPS the points where the bus stops.

Our first attempt to get on the bus at stop 13 was denied 3 times. The driver wouldn't open the door. You were clearly oversold for that time of day yet accepted our order around the same time. A suggestion is to advise anyone placing an order be notified of which stoppa were heavy. Other companies were picking up people at the same spot without issue.

Everything around the buses was very good - the timings, the routes, the commentaries, and the staff. Was disappointed the the river cruise was just one way.

The cruise portion of the excursion was sub par. The boat had issues and could not board passengers. We had to wait nearly two hours for the next boat. This subsequently affected are schedule.

Lea the live guide and Trevor the driver made our complete Red line tour absolutely wonderful! What a great experience!

The audio guide was really good and clear, and done in a humerus way. The only thing bus waiting time was too long, We waited for bus for over an hour, The waiting time was too much. Not 15-20 as informed.

It was fine until mid day when three stops were not operating without warning and disrupted our plans. End of the day at Tower of London we waited for over 45 minutes and finally decided to pay to ride the river boat back.

Great deal.. Easy n flexible schedule to plan our visits. Almost last minute plan.

One way, Heatrow-Paddington, was ok. Home travel, nothing succeeded. No entry to train, no entry to fast track! Scame you!

I forgot to change my schedule and by the time I realised I couldn't change it anymore, that was $70 down th deain

The Heathrow Express is the perfect connection from the airport to Paddington! The signs at the airport are clear and easy to follow, the train comes regularly, is reliable and reaches its destination quickly. I can highly recommend it.

The ease of all mostly. I had no trouble buying tickets, nor did I had getting to the London Eye on time, to wait in line probably 10 minutes or so.

To see all the stunning views of London is just amazing and I never tire of it. 3rd time in 20 years I've been on the London Eye.

Great views and air conditioning was a major bonus on the hot day we visited. Loved the 360 viewing, room to move comfortably around the pod, and plenty of seating space as well.

We pre-booked our tickets and upon arrival, it was just a few minutes, and we were on our way. Beautiful photos of Big Ben, Parliament, and Westminster Abbey. This was my fifth trip to London, and my fifth time riding the eye

The views were incredible. A very small wait and then onto the eye . Plenty of room for photo opportunities

Went quickly, wasn't too crowded in the Eye, good view over the whole of London.

Very organized. Staff was clearly very well trained. The "pod" was very clean and comfortable. Security was very good but not overly intrusive. Good variety of souvenirs. And even the souvenir photo book was not ridiculously priced. And the views...fantastic! Definitely glad we went.

Nice experience even though we faced some technical issues! But the engineers were very prompt in their efforts to keep our experience as smooth and hassle- free as possible! Well co-ordinated and efficient staff!

Beautiful 360-degree views of the city and , very pleasant surprise, the cabins have air conditioning. Perfect indoor climate that allows you to fully enjoy the experience. Great slow speed that gives you time to admire everything around you and not feel jerks or a sense of emptiness.

The cabin windows were dirty, so I couldn’t see outside clearly. They especially blocked the view when I was recording with my phone.

Easy to book tickets and a time slot that suited us for our visit to Londaon. The Eye was a great experience to share with family, and spotting the various landmarks from above was fantastic.

Great experience. There was a slight hiccup with my booking, my own fault, and the staff was super empathetic and accommodated me. The carriers were spacious and we had a great time.

I'm still on crutches after a hip replacement so I'm happy to say the experience was spacious, not too many people and the check in staff were very chilled, helpful and friendly. It was a lovely atmosphere. I was directed to the lift and we, my friend and I were offered a couple of free fold up seats which made all the difference. The staff seemed to take care to assess our needs and offer what was needed or asked for. There was a secure cloak room where you made a charitable contribution of £1, so you didn't have to carry around stuff. The exhibition itself was a lovely experience, especially the leaves on the floor that moved and 'reacted' to people's footsteps. All in all, a really good visit of variety. If only Van Gogh knew how much we would be enjoying. his art and HOW we'd be enjoying his art!

I enjoyed the visuals, you got a real feel for what the artist was trying to convey , the atmospheric music made it even better.

Not just an exhibition, but an experience where you stand inside the canvas. Where the sky, the colours, the light, and the music matter just as much as the subject itself. I found myself almost sitting on the steps of John Atkinson Grimshaw’s Reflections on the Thames, listening to the violinist and the city sounds of the past. I felt the wind in Caspar David Friedrich’s The Wanderer above the Sea of Fog—his coat billowing, the clouds beneath him shifting. I was wrapped in the light of Monet, the dramatic skies of Turner. Frameless is not something you simply “visit”—it’s something you live. And once you’ve been inside… you will never see these works the same way again.

There was alit of though out into this collection .how it all blended the scenes so well .very clever how everything was thought of

What a wonderful experience. Very clever and unique with moving art. Beautiful colours and clever, with small colourful circulating bits coming together to create well known paintings. Not too many people though some children were running around which was a little distracting.

Everything, only problem the lack of education of people, especially about the behavior of children/youth, there should be more control.

It is unique in this size and type. It is something special that not every city has to offer. With globalization, it is becoming increasingly rare to be able to offer something special, but Frameless is still something special and can remain something unique. It's good to know that not all Goggle maps lead to the right place. Find out in advance.

absolutely gorgeous rooms, such a fun and cool experience! they do need to make some sort of rule for running children in all the non interactive rules though.

Very well organised, clean toilets and lovely cafe. It's just great with no over crowding, there are seats in some of the rooms which means this is a superb activity for family members of all ages. No queuing to get in and the place was meticulously clean. A great experience

I took my 12 year old twin grandkids and they loved it. Chasing the light/paint around the floor, immersing themselves in the waves and avoiding the lava. I was able to give them info about the artists and painters as I'm a retired art teacher, but they also enjoyed reading more about each piece. Excellent experience they have talked about it non stop since.

Honestly was an incredible experience for us. My baby (15months) absolutely loved the sensory nature of this experience and was crawling around everywhere exploring, so excited. The music and displayed made my husband and I emotional at points. An all round amazing morning in London

It was fantastic, a far better and meaningful experience than I was expecting. The quality of the light projection was stunning and so imaginative. The Impressionist room had interactive leaves/colour spots on the floor which amused adults and children alike and the way the images formed was quite uncanny. The room with the Japanese waves was incredible, enough to feel as if you were actually in the water. Best advice? Visit early morning before it gets too busy to really experience the awe and wonder without the crowds.

An amazing experience to be able to be part of the art I love and watching the wonder and childlike enjoyment on the faces of grown adults. Would definitely recommend.

I did not realise that you had to site on the floor to optimise the experiance, you will need some kind of cushion to sit on if you are not a young person

It was easy to book the tickets. There was no queue at the entrance. The show - lights, 3D, music - was great. Our kids - 8 and 12 years - also enjoyed it. Unforgettable experience, thank you Frameless!

I liked the last room best, but everything was wonderful. Booking the tickets was easy without any problems. What I didn't like, was people waving their hands in the air taking pics with their mobil phones. It was very disturbing. It shouldn't be allowed.

I didn't know anything about the experience but it was totally awesome. What an amazing concept to bring masterpieces to life.

It was definitely a different experience. Something which I've never seen like this before. It is as worth it. It didn't took too long, it wasn't too full and the people there were friendly. It was just a bit cold in there but not too cold for me or something.

Frameless London completely blew me away. It’s unlike any art exhibition I’ve ever been to—you’re literally inside the artwork, surrounded by light, sound, and movement. I left feeling inspired, calm, and honestly a bit emotional. If you’re in London, don’t miss it—it’s pure magic.
