We had to queue but it didn't take long and once we were on the wheel it was brilliant a really hot day but air con and fabulous views then we headed for sealife and we really enjoyed it especially the penguins!! My favourite ❤️

During the check-in and security inspection at the Sky Garden, I was treated disrespectfully by the security staff. They spoke to me in a rude and impolite manner, which I found unacceptable. Unfortunately, this behaviour resulted in a verbal argument. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and appropriate action be taken.

Very well managed with everything running so smoothly and the wonderful staff added to the experience. A great opportunity to see the sites of London in all directions and with a lovely pastry and drink a lovely way to begin a Friday morning

Nice view! But very bad tasteless coffe and not appeling croissants. The balcony was not open to the visitors. The staff were very friendly :)

This is such an excellent experience. London as u can't imagine from ground level and fabulous staff and merchandise. Refreshments at the Viewing floors are not exorbitant cost either. Arrival and exit are smooth and easy too. Highly recommend!

The whole impression was super nice ... The view was breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We walked past the entrance when leaving the subway station ...🤭 But then quickly found it... right at the exit of the station. We had ordered our tickets online at short notice via our partner, Headout ... It worked wonderfully. A visit is worthwhile in any case.

Micheal, the shard knowledgeable guide. Micheal answered a question that my grandson asked him, of which fancinated my grandson. He told us lots of things that we would not have known if he hadn't told us. He captivated our attention with his kind way and being informative at the same time We then had to leave for our Chinese meal booked on the 33rd floor and again if it wasn't for micheal we would not have found how to get there Michael made such a impact to my grandson Jesse that he wants to do his job when he's older This was a birthday treat for Jesse on his 12th birthday. What a truly amazing day we had at the Shard From the guides on the way in,the bar people of course Micheal and our Chinese meal it was truly fantastic Kaz

Viewing the city from the highest point give a different perspective of the landmarks viewed on the ground. And everything seen in a nice sunny sunset after a British rain. Remarkable.

Climbing the o2 was the most exhausting but incredible experience ever a must do put on your list. Second time up the shard and it is absolutely stunning drinks are a little experience but a once time treat is definitely worth it.

The whole day was amazing the day was beautiful and the skyline went on for miles.

Too good, the only drawback is that there aren't enough stools to sit and have a drink on the rooftop.

Amazing my son loved the petting section very well run and had the best day :) the monkeys loved him and played with him through the glass the food was not bad priced and was delicious same as the ice cream even got few bits from the gift shop for memories :)

Well worth £35. We saw the tiger prowling and eating, the lions sunbathing, the rainforest experience was excellent with monkeys overhead, enjoyed penguins and lemurs being fed, the hippo swimming, giraffes being put to bed. The new African hunting dogs were active, and the gorillas were playful. Listened to a talk on capybaras. The volunteers were brilliant, with help when we got lost. Able to exit without going through the gift shop. Advice would be to find out times of activities with the different animals and focus on a few star items, and gently take in the rest, especially on a hot day.

It was fantastic, thank you. My favorite momet was seeing lions and baby lions. All the family was napping and a baby lion left from the bed. Bhanu went trouhgt him and bringed him to bed again. He was so cool.

My grandson adores animals at 6 years of age he teaches me everyday being able to name many animals I have never previously heard of . As such we are working our way around zoos in the UK. We arrived Friday stayed in a hotel in marylebone then took a short bus journey to the zoo really easy to navigate the route arrived just after 11am then spent the next 6 hours touring the zoo. He loved everything about it and didn't want to leave. The only downside was he fell asleep on the journey home meaning I had to carry him and our bags at the end journey but worth every moment to watch his joy. Thank you

It was our last day in London after a great 2 week stay. We love animals and wanted to visit the London Zoo before we left. It was great! The animals were active and being playful and moving around. It was a little cooler when we visited right away in the morning, by the time we were about done seeing everything the animals were starting to lay down for a nap around 1:00 pm. We would recommend this zoo to all that love animals.

First of all, loved the simpicily of getting in with the online tickets! The lady just asked for the code on the online ticket and we were in in a minute. I also loved that there are pavillions where the animals are free and getting around amongst the visitors!

We had SOO much fun at the zoo! It's lovely for visitors with children — there's lots to see and do. My favorite spots were the petting zoo, where the kids got to feed and interact with friendly goats and watch the giraffes eat— such an unforgettable experience being that close to those gentle giants! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the whole place was clean and well-maintained. We also loved how there were so many options for food! Highly recommend for a fun day out!

It just remarkable how London zoo has changed since I was a child. It appears to be much more educational with helpful staff

The five stars was for this platform and the ease with which we got and used our tickets. The visit itself was boring. The Zoo isn't what it used to be. Fewer animals than nine years ago (my last visit). And the few available all seemed overly subdued. Just a thoroughly underwhelming experience!

Disappointed that there was nothing on the modern day royal family. We assumed the tour would include history upto present day. There was no mention of Diana Princess of Wales or her son's

The three tours (King's, Queen's and Victoria's childhood apartments) and the "dress code" exhibition are interesting. On the other hand, I didn't like the self-congratulatory tone of the commentary on the audio-guide, which I took in English. The restaurant offer could have been more extensive, but the setting is pleasant and the store fairly well-stocked.

Was able to see Kensington Palace as expected. Booked to have tea at the Orangery. Found out it was closed for a private event when we arrived.

St. Paul’s Cathedral is one of the most breathtaking places I’ve ever visited. Its majestic dome, beautiful architecture, and peaceful atmosphere leave you speechless. The view from the top is absolutely unforgettable — a moment that stays in your heart forever. A truly inspiring and soul-touching experience.

The cathedral is simply wonderful. I had no problems validating the tickets. They ask you to show the printed version. I took the tour with an audio guide, which was very well explained. I took my time and climbed the 528 steps to enjoy the view from the top. It took me about an hour. Very worthwhile. Money very well invested.

Paul was a knowledgeable, humorous and caring tour guide. He was enthusiastic about his subject. He showed concern for my wheelchair bound spouse.

The cathedral was beautiful. Ticketing was easy but did not realize until after we purchased them that you had to print the email to present to the ticketing desk. It was a bit confusing because we received tickets to scan with our confirmation but kept reading we had to print it. I think if the directions explained why we had to print the ticket it would avoid some confusion. Luckily they can print them there if you email the confirmation to them at the desk.

Tickets were easy to purchase and St Paul's Cathedral was awesome. We took the guided tour which was very informative. We really enjoyed our visit.

St Paul’s Cathedral asked me to forward the confirmation email to their email address before issuing the Admission Tickets. It took around 15 minutes to wait for them to receive the forwarded confirmation email and another 3 minutes to issue the tickets. The admission QR code provided by Headout should allow the visitors to enter the Cathedral directly.

I found myself almost sitting on the steps of John Atkinson Grimshaw’s Reflections on the Thames, listening to the violinist and the city sounds of the past. I felt the wind in Caspar David Friedrich’s The Wanderer above the Sea of Fog—his coat billowing, the clouds beneath him shifting. I was wrapped in the light of Monet, the dramatic skies of Turner. Frameless is not something you simply “visit”—it’s something you live. And once you’ve been inside… you will never see these works the same way again.

absolutely gorgeous rooms, such a fun and cool experience! they do need to make some sort of rule for running children in all the non interactive rules though.

I took my 12 year old twin grandkids and they loved it. Chasing the light/paint around the floor, immersing themselves in the waves and avoiding the lava. I was able to give them info about the artists and painters as I'm a retired art teacher, but they also enjoyed reading more about each piece. Excellent experience they have talked about it non stop since.

I'm still on crutches after a hip replacement so I'm happy to say the experience was spacious, not too many people and the check in staff were very chilled, helpful and friendly. It was a lovely atmosphere. I was directed to the lift and we, my friend and I were offered a couple of free fold up seats which made all the difference. The staff seemed to take care to assess our needs and offer what was needed or asked for. There was a secure cloak room where you made a charitable contribution of £1, so you didn't have to carry around stuff. The exhibition itself was a lovely experience, especially the leaves on the floor that moved and 'reacted' to people's footsteps. All in all, a really good visit of variety. If only Van Gogh knew how much we would be enjoying. his art and HOW we'd be enjoying his art!

Ticketing process was easy we did it on line. The cafe was clean, efficient , friendly and the food and drinks very good. Toilets were also very clean. Van Gough and around the world were our favourites. Would fully recommend to friends

The visual effects are fantastic. Young children loved running through and interacting with swirling leaf effects on the floor in one of the rooms. I would recommend this as the first for young children to visit. Then follow with the others, some of which are quite intense at times with big impact on the senses.

Much enjoyed pictures appeared around the walls which were absolutely amazing , Famous art work from Monet Van Gogh and more. Four rooms to keep you inthralled for 1 and half to 2 hours. Definitely worth the money and the visit. Loved it!!!

Lack of fuss! The rooms were huge, the images incredible. How did you make the people in the paintings seem to come alive? Magic!

I enjoyed the visuals, you got a real feel for what the artist was trying to convey , the atmospheric music made it even better.

What a wonderful experience. Very clever and unique with moving art. Beautiful colours and clever, with small colourful circulating bits coming together to create well known paintings. Not too many people though some children were running around which was a little distracting.

It was very nice. I would suggest the golden frame to be adjusted to the photos which you offer to buy ( sofa ones) photo is in landscape and frame can only stay on vertical position;) I would also appreciate to have some kind of folder or paper where I can put my photos. I didn't have anything in my bag to protect it and if I will put it lose I would damaged the photo. Big thanks to the gentleman who served me on the till and gave me some spare damaged bag so I could put into there. Otherwise experience was very nice and pleasant. Thank you

Friends was part of my teenage years, and today I am 47 years old. The museum brought back a large part of my memories. I smiled a lot in front of its parts and my eyes teared up between its sides.

It was good seeing the 'set' the flats, cafe etc etc but really lacked something. Maybe holograms if the characters walking around? Or some VR like the Tutenkhamun experience?? I think this would improve it.

Check the weather before you go—London’s weather can be unpredictable, so picking a clear day will make the views even more spectacular. I loved the boat ride more than London Eye. We had a funny "tour guide", I believe his name was Pascal/Mascal. He make the ride so fun and seeing London from the boat was amazing!!

In general the experience was good, we were only surprised that they didn't let us in at the right time... they asked us to wait (where did the famous English time go?).

It was way to get tickets, have prompts just before to remind you and then just to show tickets. Made it so easy for us, just needed to turn up

It was simply super. Me and family really enjoyed. The staff were very cooperaive and smiling. We took london eye first then River cruise and then tower of london. This is the best order. Weather was excellent. We enjoyed the view from top of london eye. It was amazing. My son Ayman and wife Yasmin was very happy. Yunus Lebbar Riyadh

Great price- incredible views from both experiences. Fast pass was perfect for going right to the front and skipping the muggles.

Everything was very well and professionally organized. The Dungeons was wonderfully scary with great actors. The view from the London Eye was also great, it was also the right choice to choose the Fast Track

The boat trip and the London Eye were both great ways to get a feel for the city. The London Eye is very exciting and although I was frankly terrified to do it (only persuaded by my son), I got over my fear after a few minutes and enjoyed it very much

It was a good experience. No issues in booking and the whole experience was really smooth as we completed London Eye before taking the cruise.

I'm not just writing a positive review here, but a general one. The boat was easy to find, but it certainly wasn't a 40 minute round trip and we had to get off at a station which we didn't want to do. Then we went on the way home (London Eye Pier) and one stop before that the boat was probably broken and everyone had to get off. At this stop, the guests who were already on board were only told that we should get a new ticket (there was a meter-long queue), although we had a ticket and we got it in advance to avoid these queues. We then went downstairs and nobody said anything. In the end we took the Undergroud back to the London eye because we were already 20 minutes over our timeslot. Luckily we got into the London eye and didn't have to queue, but we were really unlucky with the group inside the eye because they were children who couldn't behave at all and kicked the windows etc. However, this had nothing to do with the ticket from Handout. As a tip, if you book it, allow at least 3 hours between the boat and the eye in case something comes up. It was still nice and you got a perfect impression of London on the first day.

We had the best of both worlds... a visit to the Tower of London and then a great cruise to see all the other attractions in the area.
