We thought it was a REAL FIGURE cabinet, but it's actually a cardboard marchee.... you had to be careful that the figures didn't topple over in the crowd with the super celebrities because they are so light... had imagined it to be a bit different, but we had a good time there for 2 hours... We quite liked the gondola ride through the history of England, otherwise it's a good alternative in bad weather, especially for young people

What did I NOT experience that was not a HIT! Oh my hat, it was worth a million times over to visit and money well spent!

Very enjoyable experience. Most of the figures are very t true to the person. VERY dissapointed in Princess Diana's statue . She was such a beautifull woman and had such lovely dresses. Her statue does her no justice.

An exhibit, models, background sounds and decors. The train with London's history was amazing! And the scariest floor too.

I was shocked at the entrance with the lady with a camera, thought she was real 😆 but generally had an wholesome experience

Great selection of wax figures, so realistic and the detail is amazing. Nice added touch to be able to take photos of yourself with QR code and other photo screens. Had so much fun on the taxis. The marvel 4D movie was very well done and had such a laugh with 4D effects.

It was really amazing through out the time I spent visiting various celebrity figures because I felt as if I am shaking hands with each and everyone and hugging with all known and unknown celestars . All three floors and eight zones made my mind float in wonderland of dreams of unknown with known and unknown millennial of the world enjoying there

The museum was very, very loud, overcrowded, far too much music next to each other. Chaotic atmosphere on the upper floor. The train and the movie theater are a pleasant change

A little too crowded to enjoy the full experience. I admit I would prefer a longer queue and waiting time instead of being shoved around by a multitude of people. However, the museum was beautiful, a lot of famous people from all over the world! My personal favourite was the Star Wars part, since I'm a hugeee fan! Overall a great time!

Dear all, I was there for the third time at the age of 45 and I think it's terrible what it's become, too loud, too garish, too fast, but that's my problem. You did a good job.

Everything was beautiful and mysterious. I especially liked the scenes, places and characters I saw on the train ride as a taxi.

It was realistic, cheerful and you felt when you were changing seasons and living with the people of the past, and when you were living in the future and being part of a movie.

It was a extraordinary wax museum i have ever visited. It was a little crowded . But all the wax statues were mind blowing .i would definitely visit again.

This was my first time at Mafame Tussauds Museum in London and the entire family thoroughly enjoyed it! Even my 18 year old son had fun and took lots of photos. We had no idea that there was a ride to go on. Being that it's the middle of July, I have to say it was pretty crowded. Also, if you can afford the fast pass to get in, it's definitely worth it.

Getting the tickets was so easy, definitely Getting fast track tickets, the exhibition was amazing I took my 14 year old granddaughter she that it was the best thing she has seen

Was really good, paid for fast track tickets but staff didn't pay much attention to this, the staff in the venue were great though! Just need some air con as far too hot in there!

It was so much fun from the minute that you walked through the door, not to mention the amazing, lifelike wax people. The museum just has this wonderful energy all the way through. My favorite of all the places that I visited while in London. I strongly suggest that you purchase the fast track tickets!

We ordered the champagne bar experience for our honeymoon.and I Was disappointed. The glass of champagne was half a glass and not sparkling because it wS a bottle already open. The waitress did offer me a top up ince I had drunk the half glass. However this was just half a glass . I would have preferred a full glass if sparkling champagne. Also my husband only got a small bottle of peroni which didnt meet the same cost.

Honestly, the whole day felt like something out of a movie. Going up on the London Eye was insane – seeing the whole city laid out like that made me feel so small but in the best way. Madame Tussauds was so fun, we kept running around taking silly pics with the figures, like they were actually celebrities we bumped into. And SEA LIFE… wow, walking through that tunnel with sharks and stingrays literally swimming over my head was unreal. Everything was so easy and well organized, I didn’t have to stress about a thing. It’s honestly one of those days I know I’m gonna remember when I think about being 21 and exploring London.

We were amazed by the statues ay Madam Tussads, awesome marine life and the London eye. Overall the experience was refreshing.

My family love Madame Tussauds a lot. Specially the kids when we watch the super heroes in 4D. We enjoyed taking pictures with different famous actors and the royal family too.

The London Eye was an enjoyable experience, no fuss, and the queue moved quicly, so no long wait. A nice bonus was the photos and video. Madam Tussauds was brilliant and part of a great day in London.

Booked the London Eye for the morning and queuing was well organised despite South Banks crowds. Couldn't get a suitable time slot for the Aquarium on the day but a helpful staff member booked Madam Tussauds for us so was able to go over and enjoy that in the afternoon. Still have our third attraction to use in 90 day limit.

The London eye, it was a sight to remember an amazing view of the city called London, would love to do it again with loved ones.

It was my first time in london and experience in London eye was outstanding ! Every minute worth it. The view from the top was really amazing. Madame Tussads experience was also stunning, 2 to 2.5 hours was gone like a rocket and very crowded and very nice place to enjoy, the 4D experince was a stand out thoughtout. Sea life was also very good i would say. Specially the shark tank. Overall experince was Excellent.

It was so easy to book online. These 3 places we had on our list when we came to London and was worth every minute. I've been given recommendations before we left and these were 3 of 4 this trip was for my daughter's birthday and she was over the moon. Next trip I want to do London Eye in the evening to see the beauty from above when the sun goes down. Will be recommendations to others.

Had a fantastic day with my daughter in London. We had no problems using the tickets was super simple. I called Headout day before just to make sure it was all correct and one of the team emailed me confirmation so that was very reassuring I had it all correct. London dungeons was excellent and so interesting my daughters learning about Jack the Ripper at school so this was great for that. We actually arrived earlier than I had booked on the second one at Madam Tussaud's but had no issues going in early probably because it wasn't majorly busy which was great for us. We made some fun and happy memories yesterday and I will be coming back in August to do something else with her. And I will be using Headout again for the discounts! Brilliant 🤩.

Both the london dungeon and madame tussauds were very good attractions. I would recommend them to anyone who is visiting London. The combo ticket saves you money and is a great idea.

Easy and simple booking. The London Dungeon was very entertaining and a history lesson as well. Tomorrow we're going to madam Tussauds for my first time so Im excited to see how that is

I booked a two in one ticket for 2pm however, I wasn't advised that both places closed by 3pm and 4pm so I could only access one so I missed out on Madame Tussaud's which was upsetting as I had travelled all the way from Wales to visit the both. Unfortunately due to the cancellation policy they were unable to give me a refund or re-issue tickets for another time. I was given 6% off my next order but that won't really make much of a difference. The London dungeons were good though and highly recommend.

The service was excellent at the London Eye and Madame Tussauds. In the London Eye we had hardly any queue (5-10 minutes) The application should improve in the section of changing the time of the museum, because it led us to a mistake because it was not well specified, and we booked the museum for 15.30 when it closes at 15h. The Madam Tussauds employee very kindly explained to us that there was a confusion and we had changed the time to visit the London Eye, but in the application it was not well specified. We were able to visit it the next day and, in addition, due to this error, an employee named Chris very kindly accompanied us to the fast track. Thank you Chris for your attention and to all the employees of the two attractions. They are very worthwhile, although I recommend buying them separately, since the entrance to the London Eye is 31 pounds and when you leave the London Eye they offer you the entrance to Madame Tussauds for 10 pounds more.

We thoroughly enjoyed Moco. It had a varied range of exhibits in a spacious air conditioned building with some windows over looking Marble Arch. We particularly liked the interactive ones.

I got the tickets cheaper at Headout 🙌 and from the age of 65 even a discount. The exhibition is very entertaining and easy to get through in an hour. We were particularly impressed by Robin William's pictures and insights ❤️.

I enjoyed the balance of exhibits. The I teractive ones were very different. Well laid out with plenty if space, not cluttered. The only thing missing was a little cafe to get a drink and be able to sit a while and take everything in

Firts of all, i really enjoyed how easy was to puchase the tickets and how polite and welcoming the staff was. Second of all, i found myself completely emerged in all of the artist's works. I was mesmerized with the way artists express themselves and adress various issues that surrond the world at this moment.

The experiences were good. The frameless experience was ruined by parents, who sat on their phones, completely uninterested in the experience themselves, and who let their children run around the floor area screaming the entire time. Kind of ruined the mood for others. The security at the experience did speak to the parents and ask them to calm their children but their request was completely ignored. Selfish parents ruined experience for others. I think security should have been able to do more but understand it's a difficult situation, but they maybe need to prioritise other customers who have paid to visit also.

Could get in a little earlier than the hour stated, not that many people I the morning. You had handy lockers where you could store your extra stuff. Beautiful exhibition!

The exhibition is really very interesting and well organized,. The staff at the ticket office was friendly and welcoming, we had a problem with the bag storage box which they professionally solved for us.
