The day was filled with interesting information walking over the sharks at the beginning was excellent. The larger array of fish was impressive It was very busy but taking your time you got to see all of the exhibits. The penguins were great but the jellyfish exhibit was my favourite
Some aquariums were empty and animals were missing but it was still very nice. Sharks, penguins, jellyfish's we had a good time
We spent about 2 and a half hours there. The kids were fascinated and loved it. The best sea life centre we have been to by far
I bought two tickets for the London Aquarium and had no problem, I showed the ticket with the qr code directly from my phone and I could even change the date of entry by anticipating the time through the app.

It was my first Aquarium visit, So i thought everyhing was interesting. I loved The tortoise and The jellyfish. I think it would of been Better without The people stoping in random places, blocking The view, to eat. There were 2 places with a bit more space for rest where people stayed like in a picnic place.
Everything in the aquarium was awesome. I was very excited to see creatures. Well organised environment and it has proper ventilation. Security wise was good.
There was so much to see and my 4-year-old grandson is obsessed with sharks. And we loved the Nemo fish!
Close up of a shark 👍 and all those underwater animals 👍

Took 2 hours to complete the tour, amazed at the size of sea horses, how tiny and delicate they were.
A very neat and immersive aquarium , beautiful seahorses

All of it we've been planning this trip for years and everything was amazing though the bobba tea could of been cheaper and queuing to get through by the green screen when we didn't want a photo was a bit much.
A School trip of around 30 children made the venue rather tight for space perhaps schools could book certain days rather than with the general public.
Not too busy so didn't have to queue for anything. Knowledgable and informative staff member talking at the shark tank. Overall it was a great morning - the whole place feels a little tired though and could do with a bit of a face lift but didn't detract from the enjoyment for my children! Felt quite expensive for what it was - we were there for 2 hours and for a family of 4 it cost £141. Compared to other attractions where you spend much longer I don't think this is as good value for money.
It was a special visit becasue my Great Grandson who lives in Manchester came up for the weekend with his mummy & daddy. They took him to the Sea Life up North but this one was bigger and better. It was a lovely visit. My own personal treat was seeing the Penguins.
The ambiance is breath taking. The difference spieces of seas animal and the jungle life exwas great. Looking forward for another awesome experience.
The announcements on the big bus were very entertaining and at the sametime, very informative. The drivers were helpful and courteous.
It was nice but was very disappointed when I found out the penguin enclosure was shut for refurb, do I think it was worth over 70 quid for two people no, way to expensive fir what you get
The variety of exhibits...the beautiful music that matched the atmosphere of the sea....the children were thrilled with the vr...

Sea life was amazing. London eye broke when we were high up and we were there for over 30 minutes until it was fixed. When you have a small child it's not very convenient.
It was very easy and smooth on entry. Customer service was amazing and we were lucky with the sunny weather to enjoy the attractions!🥳
It was easy to get in to both venues and we were able to move the time slightly to get on the London Eye. It was a lovely day , to be a tourist.
