What to bring

• Carry a printed or digital copy of your ticket for each attraction and tour.

What’s not allowed

• Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed on the bus or at most attractions.
• Due to tour restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.
• Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises and during tours.
• Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted on buses, boats, or inside attractions.

Accessibility

• Not all attractions and tours included in the Golden Pass are fully wheelchair accessible. Please check individual attraction accessibility before your visit.
• Walking tours may involve uneven surfaces and are not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Additional information

• Arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time for walking tours.
• The Hop-on Hop-off bus tour can be joined from any Golden Tours stop, clearly signposted.
• Buses operate from 9am to 5pm; frequency varies by season and route.
• Some attractions have specific opening hours and may be closed or have special hours on holidays. Check individual attraction schedules for exceptions and last entry times.
• Walking tours depart from specific bus stops; check your ticket or the official website for departure points and directions.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Golden Pass

• Book your Hop-on Hop-off bus tour. Your bus tour date is confirmed at the time of booking.
• Select dates for other attractions. Once your bus tour is booked, you’ll need to reserve your time slots for the other attractions included in your pass. Simply go to the booking portal using the link provided on your voucher: www.goldentours.com/redeem
• Choose your attractions & times. Pick the attractions you’d like to visit and select your preferred dates and times. Please note that availability is limited, especially during peak seasons.
• On the day, present your voucher or digital ticket at each attraction for seamless entry.

Validity:

• After activation: Your Hop-on Hop-off bus tour is valid for 24 hours. You have 30 days after your Hop-on Hop-off bus tour to visit your chosen attractions. Your pass is activated as soon as you visit your 1st attraction and is valid for 30 calendar days after first use until you visit the number of attractions chosen. For example, if you select a 3-attraction pass, you will be allowed access to 3 attractions over 30 days before your pass expires.

Tastecard voucher

• All instructions and your unique code can be found on your Hop-on Hop-off bus tour voucher.
• Download the Tastecard App and enter the code provided. Please present the e-voucher on-site.
• Once activated, you’ll unlock access to all offers and discounts, including 2-for-1 dining, up to 50% off meals, pizza delivery deals, and cinema savings.

Validity:

• The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; it is invalid after expiration.
• Your Tastecard membership is valid for 30 days from activation.
