We booked the Fast Pass for Sunday at 11:45 AM on 11May, for the London Eye. We walked right up to the Fadt Pass lane with nearly no queue, scanned our two QR codes we printed and were directed straight to the ride. The total time from arrival at the Fast Pass to stepping onto the ride was less than three minutes! Well worth the extra cost for us.

the tower of london was ama inv so much to see and our three grandchildren loved it all ,especially the crown jewels and the mint collection ton ,can't belive we are londoners and have never been before ,the poppy displays were stunning ,that was the highlight for me so beautiful we all had a fab time ,the children loved chatting with the friendly yeomans as well , ,we had lunch in the cafe which was all plentiful & delicious ,we will definitely go again

Purchasing tickets was easy. The tower was beautiful. Exhibits were informational. There were a lot of people! So many people that sometimes it was hard to move freely and see exhibits. My only real complaint is that there were so many people, that the wait to see the Crown Jewels was at least an hour. Unfortunately, we were unable to see them , which was the one thing I was most excited about seeing. I was disappointed about that. Overall, a good experience.

Ticket booking and admission were super reliable. You should plan enough time for the Tower; this is actually a day program. The jewels are beautiful and can be viewed in peace despite the crowds. The crowds are hardly anyone's fault, as we were there too. Apart from that, the Tower is a great and really worth seeing site with lots of small exhibitions and attractions. Overall, London is impressive. You can't see all the highlights with peace, quiet and a sense of culture and art, and it's better to pay the entrance fee selectively. We would rather come back and would be happy to be your customers again. Many thanks and best wishes to the funny ravens.

Azacquiring tickets was very easy, ditto accessing the Tower of London by simply showing the QR codes on your smartphone. We were able to enter without any problem as much as an hour and a half early, perhaps because it was not too crowded, and we visited the site for about 8 hours, availing ourselves of an audio guide in Italian for only £5 each.

The London Eye gave us great views - we enjoyed it. We were put in our space with a large group and that was not ideal. It was hard to move around to see different areas due to so many people taking up most of the window space and places to sit. We were not able to do our river cruise. The boat captain said the operation of the combo ticket had changed and we could only take the boat one way to the Tower of London. I was disappointed to not do this part of the ticket and to forfeit my money since we were unable to reschedule in the short time we were there. Maybe I should give this a lower rating since it was not really good!

The London Eye is good with the skip line, good service, but the River cruise ticket was confusing me. First, I don't know how to get to the entrance to the cruise, the ticket is not clear what is the cruise name and it was only one way ticket. From the main entrance, the whole experience was mind blowing. The kids were absolutely excited. We took loads of pictures with our favourite celebrities. Will definitely be back again. I have recommended it to so many of my friends who were fascinated with our pictures. Nice place to be!

We were very surprised that all the wax figures are accessible, can even be touched and are not separated from the visitors! We missed Mr. Besn, Michael Jackson, Hugh Grant and Julia Roberts. The Royal Family is the center of attraction! However, the staggered entry means that there are rarely crowds. The 4D cinema is also worth a visit. The cab ride could be a little slower for our taste because there is soooo much to see! Overall, it's a destination that was well worth a visit! The Regentspark behind it should also be visited!

Overall it was a great morning - the whole place feels a little tired though and could do with a bit of a face lift but didn't detract from the enjoyment for my children! Compared to other attractions where you spend much longer I don't think this is as good value for money.

This place I would definitely recommend to everybody who likes hight and good view. It is quite windy out there. There is no roof on the top floor. There was no queue so we easily got up without delay. It was a bit complicated to find the entrance, but we did it. It is near the underground station.

The fast track line was well worth the extra money. At about 1:00 we saved at least 30-45 minutes of wait time with our slightly impatient 4 year old. The Eye was easy to get on and off despite it not stopping for us to load or unload even though we could have asked for a stop if we needed it. We didn't realize that there would be a long wait to go through security so we were late and our guide was patient about that. The other couple was late as well. Maybe let attendees know ahead of time that the security line can be slow and to show up 20 minutes early. Our guide was pleasant enough but appeared unprepared for the tour. She had difficulty coming up with fairly simple English words and didn't seen as familiar with the museum as one would expect. If your customers prefer the guide speak in english, maybe you should hire a native speaker.

But they sold me tickets for 15.30 and the museum asked us to leave at 16.50.... so we could not go through even half of the enclosure....even at a rush.... That should be clarified or at least not to offer tickets at a time that you know you will not get to visit...as a tourist you can not foresee it....

Two hours before the booked appointment we were contacted we were contacted by your local representative by phone and also by WhatsApp and told the meeting point (Russell Square fountain). Then the group gathered there and we were led to the back entrance of the Brit. After a short wait, we were able to enter the museum quickly.

Wow 🤩 We absolutely loved our whole experience with Headout. My Harry Potter friend flew in from Adelaide and was keen for the tour. Easy booking system, we were kept up to date with notifications and reminders. Easy coach transfer to Harry Potter World. We doubted for a moment that someone was actually coming to pick us up at the pick-up spot because the one who was there was a little later. But fortunately there were more waiting. The guidance was good from the starting point to the studios. Via this route very pleasant to get there. Once there we were guided in a small group by an enthusiastic gentleman. Highly recommended! Costs a bit but you have more value for money and day.

Everything! Specifics - Will our tour guide was great! Specifically his insight into everything. - Being in the actual locations of filming - Seeing how things were done (props / designs) - All the interactive elements of the displays --- Only issue the whole day was there were too many people going home at once for the shuttles running.

The coach ride was good and the coaches were clean. However we realized that you had considerably reduced the price after we had booked our tour and paid for it. This left a bad taste for us since our experience has always been that if we book a tour in advance we would pay less. But in your case we ended up paying more by booking in advance. Please don't do this.

The studio was very interesting, but the bus transport from london via a touroperator was very expensive, with tablets that didn't work or worked very poorly.the bus is decorated in the colors of "HARRY POTTER" on the outside, but there's nothing in the way of decoration or setting in the bus. The studio, yes, but the transport is overpriced and abused. Coaches can be new at this price. One-way transport brings in an average of 3,000 euros per trip. That's exorbitant.

It was great experiences ! London Eye gives an amazing view of London, it was ideal for us to start our journey. We have also loved Tower Bridge, with a mix of historical explanations and beautiful views from the bridge; the transparent part the bridge is impressive, and machine room is great !

It was not overcrowded. We had an evening ticket for 7pm. We read beforehand that up to 28 people can get into the capsules. We were actually 8 people in total. It was very pleasant and you could walk around. I would definitely book it again.
