It made it seamless for me getting into the play with your tickets. Very easy to pick out a seat and pay, and I loved it! You can't take pictures during the performance so I just took a picture of the stage
It was a truly amazing experience, the actors and dancers were awesome and the whole musical was just incredible. All the songs, the drama, the jokes, the dynamic of the show, everything was perfecf. The theatre staff was friendly and helpful.
The Hamilton show was amazing. The cast was outstanding and we even got to meet some at the end. They was so friendly and pleased to meet there fans. Loved how it was all played out through singing and the wording was very cleverly done. Had an absolute blast and would definitely recommend going to see this. As for booking the tickets was very simple and easy to do. Was literally done in seconds. The website was very easy to use.
This was my third time to experience Hamilton and it was my favorite. The first two were in the US. Loved the small intimate setting. Great performance!
Incredible show, really enjoyed it! Our seats were in the stalls row P and the view was great but not a lot of legrooms.
The show, performers, everything was outstanding, except the air conditioning in Victoria Palace Theatre. It was uncomfortably warm to the point that we were swaeating and anxious to get some fresh air when the show was over. Again, the show itself was spectacular.
We went to the theater because my daughter is an unconditional fan of Lin-Manuel Miranda. She loved the experience, enjoyed the show and came out saying that it was the best money she ever spent. For that alone it was worth going.
The ushers were extremely professional and definitely knew how to handle a busy crowd in a smooth manner. For a first time theater experience, definitely impressed!
It was entertaining, funny at some point, cried at the end.. my kids 11 and 14 loved it .. we were not allowed to take photos to share here.

Ticket, admission all worked perfectly and I would book through Headout again at any time. The musical wasn't my cup of tea, but that's a matter of taste.
Quality of the show was great. Chairs less great, line at intermission to use the toilets was super long. Theatre looked clean and nice.
Everything was fine, excellent, except for the show itself. All that rap and chanting! Not sure there was a real tune in there anywhere, much less a memorable melody. I left at the intermission.
I think the overall production was good but the sound mixing was really bad, especially in the first act. The actors seemed like they were screaming or whispering, and in high notes it was pretty noticeable. That really made it hard to appreciate the whole thing. (I chose a random sub category to be allowed to submit the review, because otherwise it wasn't possible)
