There was no line to enter but you do have to download the headout app to show your tickets. The London dungeons were really fun. Me and my 11 year old had a really fun time walking through the various creepy rooms. The actors were great, the special effects were great and the decor was great! We would love to do it again some day.

Things to know before you book your London Dungeon tickets

  • Pregnant people are very welcome in the London Dungeon. It is primarily a walking or standing experience, so it can be exhausting. However, Drop Dead is not suitable for expecting mothers.
  • If you suffer from claustrophobia or anxiety, the London Dungeon may not be the best place to visit, considering it is smelly, noisy, and darkly lit. So, keep that in mind.
  • The Drop Dead is not suitable for people suffering from heart ailments, neck or back issues, broken limbs, epilepsy triggered by photosensitivity, or under a height of 1.4m.
  • If you do not arrive in time for your chosen slot, you might not be accommodated for a later slot, especially if it's rush hour. So, try not to be late for your tour.
  • Children under the age of 5 are not allowed in the Dungeon. Kids between the ages of 5 and 12 can only enter at the discretion and under the vigilance of their guardians.
  • If you are a wheelchair user, it's recommended that you book your slot in advance since only one wheelchair user is allowed inside per hour.

Frequently asked questions about the London Dungeon Tickets

Are there any discounts for groups?

Absolutely! Bring your gang of 10 or more, and you'll score some sweet discounts and fast-track entry. Who doesn't love a good deal when you're all in it together?

Can I change my ticket if I freak out and bolt?

Totally! You can reschedule up to an hour before your visit—don't worry about the staff's judgment!

What if I show up late for my time slot?

No worries! Just hustle on over, but remember, if you're way late, the London Dungeon can't guarantee your entry. Better hurry—those ghosts won't wait for anyone!

What if I want to leave halfway through because I'm too scared?

No problem at all! If the scares get a bit too real, just let the friendly staff know, and they'll happily guide you out to safety.

Do I have to don a Victorian costume to blend in?

As much as the Dungeon adores a good outfit, casual modern wear is excellent! Just skip the corsets and top hats—save those for a fancy dress party!

Can I bring my own snacks?

As tempting as it sounds, outside food isn't allowed at the London Dungeon—unless you're sneaking in a meat pie from Mrs. Lovett's shop!

Is there an age limit for the tavern drinks?

Absolutely! You must be 18 or older to sip on our adult beverages—sorry, pint-sized pirates, but there are no exceptions here!
