From the main entrance, the whole experience was mind blowing. The kids were absolutely excited. We took loads of pictures with our favourite celebrities. Will definitely be back again. I have recommended it to so many of my friends who were fascinated with our pictures. Nice place to be!

We were very surprised that all the wax figures are accessible, can even be touched and are not separated from the visitors! We missed Mr. Besn, Michael Jackson, Hugh Grant and Julia Roberts. The Royal Family is the center of attraction! However, the staggered entry means that there are rarely crowds. The 4D cinema is also worth a visit. The cab ride could be a little slower for our taste because there is soooo much to see! Overall, it's a destination that was well worth a visit! The Regentspark behind it should also be visited!

The tour was top-notch. We enjoyed the animations along the way (4D cinema and merry-go-round). The characters are very well done. We were a little disappointed not to see British legends such as the Beatles, Mr Bean, Harry Potter, etc., but we really recommend it. But definitely worth recommending

In all honesty I didn't think this museum was so much fun. The statues really well done but the closing with 4d cinema and tour in old London really super top, especially for those with kids. Definitely the ticket is not cheap but at least you spend 2 fun hours.

I was very upset with the quantity in the audio guide. Not all the artists were included and I think there could have been more informatoin provided. Several of the descriptions next to the artworks were difficult to read - especially the Elton John one which could not be read at all. i would have liked more explanatoin of Marina Abrmovic's pieces . I very much enjoyed the museum but there were things that could have been improved.

There are two entrances at Madame Tussauds London:
Standard entrance: Guests with a valid ticket and a designated time slot can enter here. Arrive at the time of your booking to minimize waiting time. When you arrive, simply show the staff your ticket so it can be scanned.
Fast-track entrance: If you have a fast-track ticket, simply walk to the fast-track entrance at the time you have booked and show it to a staff member, who will ensure you get in as quickly as possible.
- Toilets: Restrooms are available on every floor.
- Cloakroom: Store pushchairs, strollers, or buggies for free in the cloakroom near the exit. For an additional charge, bags and personal belongings can also be left in the cloakroom.
- Gift shop: You can pick up memorabilia of various fandoms to remember your trip to Madame Tussauds at the gift shop.
