The kids had an amazing time. It was brilliantly interactive, really funny and pitched right for a range of ages. Centrally located so really easy to get to and great to have all the joys of the Southbank within reach. It would have been even better if it was a little longer.

My daughter enjoyed it but I struggled with the amount of people as the actors didnt have mic's on and i am hard of hearing.

Attended with 2 kids under 4, they both enjoyed it tremendously. Myself and my partner enjoyed it as well. the characters completely engrossed themselves in their role and the bus ride was a hit.

It was easy to get into the the London eye and sea life I will look to see if there is another package I can book like Madam Tussaud and London dungeon

Sea life was amazing. London eye broke when we were high up and we were there for over 30 minutes until it was fixed. When you have a small child it's not very convenient.

It was a great experience,both London eye and Sea life,everything was top notch.I like that they really care about safety,cleanliness and the cabin on London eye is air conditioned.My 7 years old son was really excited and so was I.

The views from the eye are absolutely stunning! Staff was friendly, made sure we were safely aboard and ready to go! Highly recommend!

We had to queue but it didn't take long and once we were on the wheel it was brilliant a really hot day but air con and fabulous views then we headed for sealife and we really enjoyed it especially the penguins!! My favourite ❤️

I am very happy about London eye, but tower of London ticket was scheduled for 23rd, instead of 28th and that made me loose extra money to buy the tickets again at the spot.Also, the team did not even agree to re schedule it. This was a very bad experience. The rating is for experience inside those places..

Even though thete queues, we moved along really quickly. So well organised. The dungeon was completely unexpected, great experience and highly recommended

In general the experience was good, we were only surprised that they didn't let us in at the right time... they asked us to wait (where did the famous English time go?).

It was simply super. Me and family really enjoyed. The staff were very cooperaive and smiling. We took london eye first then River cruise and then tower of london. This is the best order. Everything was very well and professionally organized. The Dungeons was wonderfully scary with great actors. The view from the London Eye was also great, it was also the right choice to choose the Fast Track

No logistical problems. Tickets purchased 48 hours before went through! "Cruise" on Thames not really exciting, and short-lived. Ride on London eye as planned. Thanks to the weather I was able to enjoy both experiences!

My 4yr old grandson recently started watching the movies on Prime. They make him laugh so hard I'm sure the whole street can hear. He's very familiar with the characters so coming here brought it all to life for him. So much so we had problems getting him to leave. Therer wasn't anymore people going in after us. He went all the way back to the station platform on his own without being stopped determined to spend the night with Paddington. After a lot of tears we were able to coach him out. He's still insisting though that he wants to go back.

What made my museum visit memorable was the way it transported me straight into Paddington’s world. The attention to detail, the warmth of the storytelling, and the interactive elements made me feel part of the adventure rather than just a visitor. It wasn’t only nostalgic, it was also joyful and immersive — the kind of experience that stays with you long after you leave.

Such a great idea for all of us but especially a child. Wonderful acting from the characters really brought the Paddington book story to life.

Absolutely brilliant, very easy to book and using the app to get into the invidual experiences was flawless, absolutely no problems whatsoever. We made the booking for our daughters birthday (7 y/o), she thoroughly enjoyed the eye but the Paddington Bear Experience was the highlight of the trip for her. Once you're past the ticket booth the staff/characters are brilliant, they interact with the children very well getting them involved (and even the adults to an extent). It's a shame you can't take pictures until the end, but I understand the reasoning as they need to keep the flow of attendees moving. Would definitely recommend and might even consider it again if the daugther is keen the next time we're in London. But I would definitely book through this format again.

Easy to download tickets for entry. Good pricing and easy website when ordering. Paddinton experience was undeniably brilliant. The interaction with the characters and story telling both amazed and mesmerised our 5year old. In particular the Mrs Bird was very charming and spent a lot of time chatting with my daughter in the party area. Even posing for extra photos too. The staff on exit were brilliantly accommodating and made sure she found the perfect Paddington to take home and even allowed us back in after exit when she realised she needed the bathroom one last time. Thank you! A great family attraction for all bear lovers!

The experience itself was fun, the actors were great, it's just that for the amount we paid ticket wise we expected it to be a bit longer, maybe a small ride... basically something else other than a few rooms.

Great vaule for money £10 cheaper per ticket booking witg Geadout. Easy to use, have QR code and in you go! Paddingdon Bear experience was better than I thought, kids loved it aged 3,5, and 8. Really fun, as indoor I would recommend booking on a rainy day as you see no sunlight once in.

Our grandson was not kean 5 yrs , but when he got inside and it was hands on he was mesmerised. And throughly enjoyed it as we did his grandparents

I loved the London Eye because you could see all over London with a bird's eye view. Unfortunately, my timing was a little off and I was unable to ride the boat on the Thames.. I had thought I could ride the boat back to London Eye, but due to a concert, I was unable to do that.

There was a crowd but staff got people moving fast only waited about 10 minutes when the line was full. All staff were very friendly and kind. Definitely worth the trip!

The flexibility of being able to space the activities over different days and to get on and off the boat at different stops. The London Eye, despite the long lines, is very agile and the air conditioning is very good inside the Ferris wheel.

Combi ticket was ideal for us! We were in London in August and there was still plenty of room! You had to click a time slot, I really advise you to still be there half an hour in advance during busy periods. Inclecken went quickly, then another 20 min wait until you could board (both on the boat and the London Eye) because of the line of people. On board everything was there, free neat toilets, food and drinks for sale and sweet and funny crew. Top experience!!!

I loved the boat ride more than London Eye. We had a funny "tour guide", I believe his name was Pascal/Mascal. He make the ride so fun and seeing London from the boat was amazing!!
