Our hostess Diana was amazing! She is totally charming and engaging. The Champagne service was great. The sights were fantastic, a very enjoyable experience overall.
Tickets did exactly what we expected. Nice to avoid the long line. Extreamly satisfied with the London Eye. Very clean, knowledgeable staff, well maintained.
We booked the Fast Pass for Sunday at 11:45 AM on 11May, for the London Eye. We walked right up to the Fadt Pass lane with nearly no queue, scanned our two QR codes we printed and were directed straight to the ride. The total time from arrival at the Fast Pass to stepping onto the ride was less than three minutes! Well worth the extra cost for us.
We enjoyed the vip Champaign experience and our fabulous host was Sammy! He was amazing, funny and knowledgable. We would highly recommend!!
J'ai adoré notre expérience 😘🥰♥️😍😘🥰
Buying tickets online was quick and easy. The queue cutter was really worth it, we easily saved a 45-minute wait. The tour of the wheel takes about 30 minutes and at the top the view of London is magnificent. A must when visiting London.

Upgraded to the champagne package. Arnie was our guide and we had a fun trip with a small group of people from Poland, Canada and Luxembourg
The highlight of my visit was riding the eye.
Was Excellent Service and Fast Entrance

Eveything was all set and ready for us upon arrival. Easy , fast, no lines access.
The views were incredible and there was not a long wait to get on!
Was Great to see all the places we had been in a comfortable environment! Liked that we didn't have to be there at any specific time and didn't have to wait in line!!
Everything! The experience beginning with check in then to the lounge and from there to the champagne experience on the pod was fantastic and lots of fun! The host was awesome! Highly recommended!
The fast track line was well worth the extra money. At about 1:00 we saved at least 30-45 minutes of wait time with our slightly impatient 4 year old. The Eye was easy to get on and off despite it not stopping for us to load or unload even though we could have asked for a stop if we needed it. The car was not too crowded in the car and the views were amazing.
Beautiful view of the city from the Eye! Fun time with Mia enjoying a Champagne toast as she pointed out historic places!
It was great! Skipped the line got on fast. But the email it tickets never gave a window of time we can use it. I had to fight with the ai on the chatbot and finally got a person that said we have to be there by 545. We rushed from our previous attraction to find out it's open til 8. And we didn't need to rush. Otherwise was great! Loved the photos and videos they offered bought them all.
We had booked the London eye with champagne - everything was well organized and didn't have to queue in the crowd... the arrangement is highly recommended, it costs a bit more - but it's worth it!!!!

We loved the views of London on the Ferris wheel. The purchase and acquisition of tickets was very easy. we did not wait. No queue and we even got in a little early.

We really enjoyed visiting these 2 monuments, the Tower for the building and everything it contains, and the bridge for its glass floor in particular! Like everything else we visited, the only language was English 😏

Simply it IS the Tower of London. Iconic, historic, atmosphrtweather wasn't good but inside the displays were very informative.
The attraction was very informative and the wardens were helpful and very accommodating. Loved the ravens! And the crown jewels were A-MAZ-ING! Lots of steps to contend with on site so wear comfortable footwear if you go. Booking online made tickets and entry easier. Would highly recommend
the tower of london was ama inv so much to see and our three grandchildren loved it all ,especially the crown jewels and the mint collection ton ,can't belive we are londoners and have never been before ,the poppy displays were stunning ,that was the highlight for me so beautiful we all had a fab time ,the children loved chatting with the friendly yeomans as well , ,we had lunch in the cafe which was all plentiful & delicious ,we will definitely go again
Brilliant day out, lots of interesting things to see and it was lovely to see the Poppies cascading around the Tower. Would highly recommend anyone who hasn't visited to go ahead and buy a ticket, you will not be disappointed.
I had no idea of everything that was in the Tower. We would have allotted much more time. Fanscinating. The Yeoman, AJ, was an outstanding guide - mixing humor with the history. You should allot 3 hours for the tour!
It was obvious from minute one that the most entertaining part of the experience of the Tower of London was going to be the Yeoman who led the tour. He knew his stuff and educated as well as made us laugh.
The tickets were easy to buy, download and use. Great experience. The Tower itself was extra crowded due to VE Day celebrations. We paid for the headphones which are definitely NOT worth it. The headphones are not user friendly and do not improve the experience.
10 a.m. visit with a light flow Very nice exhibition Very interesting site I highly recommend However, from noon onwards, monstrous queues !!!! Prefer early mornings

Absolutely loved the Toer of London. Fantastic place to visit, we visited on a bank holiday weekend and as you can imagine it was busy but the queue flowed very quickly. Lots to see and do, coffee shop, gift shop. Audio tours. An excellent attraction with the Crown Jewels to top it off.
Arriving at 8:30am, the tour of the jewels was carried out in excellent conditions; afterwards, the historical explanations on the use of the different places were very well done; the armor room was extra with pieces in very good condition.
View original review in French
Easy scanning of the tickets on the cell phone, smooth processing. You can stay on the grounds as long as you like The only drawback is that nothing depends on the time slot you have booked, you queue as normal and there is a huge queue at the Crown Jewels.
View original review in German
Purchasing tickets was easy. The tower was beautiful. Exhibits were informational. There were a lot of people! So many people that sometimes it was hard to move freely and see exhibits. My only real complaint is that there were so many people, that the wait to see the Crown Jewels was at least an hour. Unfortunately, we were unable to see them , which was the one thing I was most excited about seeing. I was disappointed about that. Overall, a good experience.
Ticket booking and admission were super reliable. You should plan enough time for the Tower; this is actually a day program. The jewels are beautiful and can be viewed in peace despite the crowds. The crowds are hardly anyone's fault, as we were there too. Apart from that, the Tower is a great and really worth seeing site with lots of small exhibitions and attractions. Overall, London is impressive. You can't see all the highlights with peace, quiet and a sense of culture and art, and it's better to pay the entrance fee selectively. We would rather come back and would be happy to be your customers again. Many thanks and best wishes to the funny ravens.

Super convenient to book from home. I would recommend it to anyone. Otherwise the queues can be quite long or you don't even get in. Everything worked great and the tower is really very interesting and worth seeing.

Azacquiring tickets was very easy, ditto accessing the Tower of London by simply showing the QR codes on your smartphone. We were able to enter without any problem as much as an hour and a half early, perhaps because it was not too crowded, and we visited the site for about 8 hours, availing ourselves of an audio guide in Italian for only £5 each.

We really enjoyed the tour guide, the speaker was informative and funny. The Bloody Tower was our favorite to visit.

Wow 🤩 We absolutely loved our whole experience with Headout. My Harry Potter friend flew in from Adelaide and was keen for the tour. Easy booking system, we were kept up to date with notifications and reminders. Easy coach transfer to Harry Potter World. Amazing experience that we will definitely be recommending to friends and family. We also loved trying the 'Butter Beer' on the studio tour.
We did arrive early in the morning which was alot better because after 12 it was so crowded. It was a great experience even if your not a Harry Potter fan it is great to see the behind the scenes.
The studios were informative, interactive and fun. Staff helpful and all but one appeared to enjoy their work. Fantastic range of souvernirs. I loved the butterbeer too.

We loved the venue, but we dident have enough time to se everyting and getting lunch so it ended up being quit stressfull.
Hello, everything went well: the pick-up, the transport, the explanations. The only problem was that we didn't have enough time to visit the Harry Potter studios... In the end, we had 4h30 on site, we had to have lunch on top of that, with the children, which takes time, and we had to finish the visit at a run, we were frustrated... It's a shame. Cdlt

Coach arrived on time and because it was a Sunday our trip to the studio was relatively quick. The studio tour was a lot of fun and really captured the imagination.
The course is very rich and interesting, the scenery is superb, and the happenings provide a pleasant rhythm to the day.

The coach ride was good and the coaches were clean. However we realized that you had considerably reduced the price after we had booked our tour and paid for it. This left a bad taste for us since our experience has always been that if we book a tour in advance we would pay less. But in your case we ended up paying more by booking in advance. Please don't do this.

Thought would be a good experience for the view and seeing an icon land mark. However once inside it's like a Pandora's box full of lots to see and information that was easy to read and understand for all the family.
Easy to access and really pleasant staff. The information on the history was informative but relayed in an interesting way. We were lucky enough to see the bridge open under us.
The upper bridge from the North Tower to the Spdturm with the glass panels. The puzzle was super exciting for our children. The way the drawbridge worked was breathtaking.

I liked the entire tour. The audio was explaining everything around. It's fascinating and engineering marvel of old times. Must visit.
We don't visit the engine room, as indicated in the advert. The person in charge told me that it was fully booked by reserving on the internet, but there were plenty of places available.

Very interesting to discover the history of the tower bridge. Many curiosities reported on the panels such as the competition of ideas for the construction of the bridge and animated presentations of the selected projects! The walk on the transparent panels fantastic and without any fear or attack of vertigo!!!

No enough time at site. Thought we were going to have until 130. Told be back at bus by 1250. No time before leaving to get something to eat. Felt rushed. Driver drove through two red lights on way there.
Ease of access On the other hand, the Headout audioguide was not or no longer accessible. I had to download a free application from the Internet to get a minimum of explanation.

We had bought tickets and our rental car took a very long time to be released so we were over an hour late! The older lady at the ticket box when we first walked up was the nicest lady ever! She was so understanding and explained everything on Stonehenge and best way to enjoy it and get the most out of it! Best experience!
The place was well organized, we had no problems to redeem the ticket at the ticket window, but we missed the audio guide that we had included, but in general everything was fine with no surprises.
