Nothing, unfortunately it didn't take place. We were not picked up, waited 1 hour at the meeting point. I've already sent you an email, but unfortunately no reply yet.
The Tour was cancelled. We could go.
Our Harry Potter tour in London led by David was an exceptional adventure that perfectly balanced enchantment and education. His remarkable friendliness towards the kids made the experience truly special, creating an atmosphere of comfort and excitement. With an impressive depth of knowledge about both the wizarding world and London's history, our guide skillfully wove together a narrative that fascinated young and old alike. This tour is an absolute must for families seeking a delightful and kid-friendly exploration of Harry Potter's magical universe intertwined with the charms of London.
Our tour guide John was very nice and knew London well. He managed a problem with the tube and had lots of London history along with the Harry Potter knowledge. Your Oklahoma Family loved it John. Thanks again
The audio headset was helpful. It was also good to have additional details beyond just Harry Potter details while we were in transit.
Max was fabulous, he talked about other monuments as we walked along. He was engaging, fun and knowledgeable. My kids (17/11) and I enjoyed the tour. Millennium bridge was a highlight!
Great tour! And the guide was perfect and so nice! Great

Our guide Chris was amazing. He explained what we would see and when we needed to move to avoid crowds and have a front row seat to everything. As a bonus, we got to see King Charles and Princess Sophie. This is a must do tour to avoid the crowds and get up front to the action.
The guide who knew the best vantage points at the right moment
Thanks to Nelson's professional ,interesting and humorous guide, we had a wonderful experience and learned a lot.
Very good guide. Weather excellent. Scenery beautiful.
Our Tour Guide, Jeremy, made the experience very interesting and enjoyable. He is a top guide, with humor and enthusiasm.
Having done a different walking tour previously, I had a certain expectation, this tour blew it out of the water!! We hit specific spots at specific times and had such good views!! It was fast paced in places but the guide was kind enough to make sure everyone in the group kept up at all points! Absolutely brilliant, and Brendan the guide was just fantastic, I couldn't recommend this tour highly enough, it was worth every penny!!
I absolutely loved this tour and guide. Leader was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and also ahead of the other groups in where to get best view. Highly reccomend this company, others charged double and were packed out.
Unfortunately the change of guard was cancelled for when we were booked. I would have expected to get a refund in this case, however the walking tour was carried out for the same cost. I didn't expect that at all! Would appreciate that we get a refund since we didn't get to see what we paid for.. even though the reason was that it was cancelled from the palace end
The title and description implied that our group would be seeing the changing of the guard, which is the only reason this tour was booked. We did not see the changing of the guard. Therefore, we would not have booked this trip, especially for as much as it cost.
The guide, Aaren, is truly exceptional. He was super organized and knowledgable. His London English is bright and vibe making the tour so delightlghful. A+
My husband and I really enjoyed the walking tour. This was our first trip to London and our tour guide,Jay made the tour very enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable and shared alot of great information. It was funny to us that he was American like us but giving tours in London.
Just the whole experience of Buckingham palace state room tour was amazing ! Well planned and structured tour, handled by professional staff!
Catarina was an excellent tour guide. Between the incredible amount of history she shared and the manner in which it was done, was fantastic. Loved the sense of humor which made it all the more enjoyable.
This was a remarkable tour. Ellen our tour guide was energetic enthusiastic and so well versed in the history of London and the royals. She was pure joy to listen to and learn from. Great great tour
Great tour guide and great tour. I would 100% recommend doing this tour, I had a blast and it's complete value for money.
The guide was great. I thought you could go into more private rooms. The staff in the palace are very unfriendly and you have little time to enjoy the flair
Nathan was our guide. Can not say enough about how much knowledge we got from tour but his humor just added to our experience. Would love to have him anytime we needed a guide. Our 12 year old grandson was with us and he really enjoyed and has been talking about facts we learned on tour👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Our tour guide, Paul, was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about London and Buckingham Palace. He also got us a good spot to see the changing of the guards.
Tour guide was amazing, we got there 5 minutes late however they accommodated us, we were in a group with a very knowledgeable young woman who provided so much brilliant information . Thank you !
Guide Aaron was well informed, with humour. A good storyteller. We learn a lot about the English monarchy and the guard ceremony.
Our guide, Isabelle, was great. Lots of additional insight into the Abbey and the Palace. When I booked the tour it included a viewing of the changing of the guard. When we arrived, we were informed that there was no guard change on Tuesdays. Why would you even offer that option for a day that it does not occur???
The entire tour was exceptional! We were blessed with the BEST tour guide. She knew where and when you get the very best views, great pictures and even the best place to see the King driving out. This the best tour you could ask for! Thank you!
The guide is well documented and explains very clearly, and takes you to places where you can take good pictures.
Informative and entertaining. It was very nice to take a walk in a sunny summer day
Very entertaining tour. Procedure and organization were top.

The entire day was absolutely perfect! Our guide, Michel, knew so much about London, history, the the music industry and negotiated morning rush hour traffic like a pro! The tour bus was clean, comfortable and roomy and our group cohesive... Our day trip out to Avesbury, Silsbury and Stonehenge was really interesting, scenic, engaging- we never felt rushed- and had all the time we needed to explore each area. This was a 'Life List' trip, and we loved the entire day!

Getting to know Stonehenge was a dream come true. Bath was also amazing, a lovely city. But the tour started late and the guide left a passenger behing at Stonehenge only ten minutes after the time we were supposed to go back to the bus. I couldn't believe it. If the tour had began half an hour late, I thing the guide could have waited for that man a bit longer. I saw a guide from another tour who went to the file for the couches with her group, but that was not our case.
It was a good experience. The guide was great and very helpful. I had problems at the beginning of the trip because the points to take the shuttle are not very clear. I recommend checking it very carefully after booking to avoid going through the same problem. Overall, the experience afterwards was amazing and the places are very beautiful.

Stunning opportunity to peak behind the curtains at Royal life and our rich history.
Getting tickets from ticket office easy. No QR code is needed. Enjoyed tour - bought delicious ice cream on way out but feel like marquee was pretty dull! No view of the beautiful lake and not enough benches around lake. Still worth visiting.
Everything was perfect, the visit and the service provided. Very happy to have booked this experience. I will recomend it.
Everything was very simple, I arrived at the point mentioned in the application and everything was easy and on time. The place was great! Thanks
From arriving and receiving the tickets the process was seamless and very well organised. The headsets were great and everyone moved at their own pace and could experience the rooms with ease. There was also a family option which meant the children were engaged looking for the items in the room and checking them off. I personally would have liked the option to learn about all of the paintings or objects which were limited to a few per room but I understand not everyone would enjoy that. The gardens were lovely and lots of options for ice cream or food at the end with a gift shop too. A super experience and would recommend
It was an awesome experience, walking in the same carpet king and queen would meet dignitaries. Saw fantastic paintings and marble statues from 1600's. Even Rembrandts.
I liked the rooms but shame couldn't take photos. Also wanted to see some more meaningful rooms, I.e where the Royals dine, the kitchen
Amazing experience, the palace is stunning. The audio guide when walking around was very informative & interesting. Although I would have liked more of the detailed information on the various art works & furniture pieces.
Paperless tickets would be much better. No photos are allowed to take inside of the palace. Nothing in the back garden and you asking some photos in the next question?
Our guide Angie was very knowledgeable when it came to the walking element of the tour it was very interesting. The rooms inside the Palace were awesome definitely an experience. Booking was easy and the meeting point worked well.
The ticket experience was fine. No problems. We enjoyed being able to enter the palace the most.. To be able to walk in the footsteps of the Royal Family, wow it was incredible.
The format of times written down was confusing. I actually missed the tour because I thought it was at 2:30pm when your instructions said the tour was 2 hr 30min. Seeing the times close together at a glance I misread the time at lost out, over $69 (USA) I'm very disappointed I could reschedule or the least maybe have someone call me to see if I was lost. I had done another tour and they let me even when I was late due to a late train. I would never recommend any tour through this company!
Lovely visit with a very interesting audio guide. The salons are magnificent, the works of art exceptional. The place is calm and peaceful, not crowded. We were able to take time to observe this exceptional place. The young employees were smiling and welcoming. The whole family was delighted.
Very good and well organized Small group of 12 international people Interesting tour and nice guide The palace you should love but it's very crowded all the time
Having done a different walking tour previously, I had a certain expectation, this tour blew it out of the water!!
It's an experience to see the staterooms and walk through the rooms you've seen so often on TV.
Buckingham palace was great but your contact AI is awful I wanted to talk to someone my question did not fit them please ho back to using humans
They didn't let the scooter in although we could leave it at the buggy spot so 1 person couldn't come in and his ticket was waisted. This was really disappointing
Great day out, recommended. All went smoothly, no problems with getting my tickets or waiting in a queue. Buckingham Palace is amazing.
The viewing of the whole Palace was eye opening. The splendour and grandness of each and every room. The staff were very friendly and attentive.
An unforgettable experience, truly not to be missed. From start to finish, this was an outstanding and memorable visit. Purchasing tickets online was simple and efficient. We appreciated how clearly the confirmation email explained the need to print the voucher in advance—something we were glad we did, as it was required to receive our actual entry tickets. Upon arrival, the process was seamless: we exchanged the voucher at the ticket counter and entered almost immediately, with virtually no wait. The self-guided audio tour was one of the best we've experienced. It was thoughtfully curated, offering a wealth of historical detail and engaging storytelling. The narration was clear and easy to follow, perfectly paced to guide us through each room without ever feeling rushed or overwhelming. Moving from space to space, we gained a deeper understanding of the palace’s architecture, purpose, and the people who once lived and worked there, and those that still do. This tour felt like a rare privilege—an opportunity to step back in time and witness history brought to life in a meaningful way. It far exceeded my expectations and left me with a greater appreciation for the rich cultural and historical significance of the site. I would highly recommend it to anyone with even a passing interest in history, architecture, or simply looking for a remarkable and enriching experience.
When queuing to go in a bird did a toilet on my husbands head and coat as there was no cover . The attendant said that's why they wore a hat ! Surely a canopy could be erected there if it is a common experience! Spoiled our day
Despite the Palace being beautiful there are not much to see. I believe it's overpriced as we only saw like five-six rooms
The guide, Aaren, is truly exceptional. He was super organized and knowledgable. His London English is bright and vibe making the tour so delightlghful. A+
It was very well organised and the audio platform gave clear details of every room which helped us to understand the history. Kids also equally enjoyed the room with their audio interactive guide.

Our guide made the tour so fun and interesting. We love all her stories telling and jokes. Thanks for making it a memorable Oxford experience for me and my family.
Day trip to Oxford was great! We were given some free time to wander around after the introduction to the various schools and Harry Potter shooting sights.. Harry Potter Studio Tour was awesome and it definitely meets my expectation!! Would have been much better if we could spend more time there!
It was an experience unbelievable !
It was an awsome experience. our guide amber really take it to the next level . she make every thing interesting. the best guide ever. highly recommended
We really enjoyed the tour. Our three children also enjoyed Oxford, our local guide Chris was fabulous and enriched the city tour with lots of funny stories. The guide on the bus, Dan, also made our time on the bus pass quickly with lots of amusing anecdotes and stories about things worth knowing about London. The 4 hours in the Harry Potter Studios were also great, you manage to see everything. With more time you could of course read through everything more intensively, but it was definitely very good as it was. A clear recommendation from all of us.
We had an amazing time with Valentina and Chris! Valentina woke us all up on the bus with her jokes and her expansive history knowledge. Chris was our amazing local guide in Oxford and kept everyone engaged. He was amazing at keeping us safe and our wallets safer with great reccommendations for shops and cafes! Everyone was so amazing with this experience that I definately will be recommending it to everyone I know looking for a fun Harry Potter trip!
Tour Guide was amazing and funny. Really did a great job and the travel time was shorter thanks to his entertainment in the bus😁🙌. Harry Potter Studio Tour is a must see for a fan. Amazing!
Holy smokes, what an absolutely EPIC day! If you're even thinking about doing the Harry Potter Warner Bros. Studio Tour with a Day Trip to Oxford from London, stop thinking and just BOOK IT! Seriously, this was a five-star experience from start to finish. Our journey started with Dan, who was nothing short of phenomenal. He wasn't just a guide; he was a walking, talking encyclopedia of awesome historical facts and background. The drive to Oxford and then on to the Warner Bros. Studios flew by thanks to his captivating commentary. He kept us engaged and provided such fantastic context for everything we were about to see. And then there was Debbie leading our Oxford adventure! Oh my goodness, Debbie was an absolute blast. She brought Oxford to life with her fun and vibrant personality. We learned so much and laughed even more. Both Dan and Debbie were brilliant at answering every single question thrown their way – no matter how obscure! They are a dynamic duo who made this trip truly unforgettable. If you want a day packed with magic, history, and a whole lot of fun, you HAVE to experience this tour with Dan and Debbie. You won't regret.
I was expecting a tour of Oxford really filming around Harry Potter filming location ect ... a bus related to Harry Potter but not a history course on Oxford we were very disappointed an experience that I would do more with you.
Simply amazing!!!!. Oxford beautiful and the studios full of magic. An experience not to be missed!!!!!. 100% recommendable.
The tour was very well organized. The guide did a great job so that it wasn't boring. The tour of the studios was really great. Very worth seeing.
Debbie took us on the Oxford city tour and it was an experience that we will never forget, it is a gift to have met this great woman. It couldn't have been better, the transportation by bus was also very nice.
It was super to see Harry Potter studios
The tour guide was so lovely and caring, besides getting to know Oxford and the studios was simply unique for me
Lucy is a great tour operator, she made it exceptionally fun.

Having pre booked coach transport to and from the Harry Potter Studio made the day so much more relaxed. The on board video was a good introduction to the studio, but the quality of pictures and text on the headrest screens wasn't great. The studio exhibits were excellent, with loads of details and insights throughout that I'd not known beforehand. All in all, a wonderful, enjoyable and hassle free day!
My boys and I , Harry Potter fans, experienced a day completely immersed in a magical atmosphere! Beautiful experience
You walk through the original movie sets, be it the great hall or the train station, Winkelgasse and many others. It was overwhelming
I spent the day there with my little nephew, 10 years old and a big fan. He loved everything about it, especially the great hall, the Hogwarts model and the diagonal alley.
Everything was perfect. I would have put 5 stars, but the bus for transport was a normal bus, not the double-decker bus with the HP theme.
I loved the experience, it was wonderful and super magical!!!
It was great. And easy to locate.
Diagon Alley, Gringotts, Gringotts and Dragon, Hagrid's head, Dobby.
This experience is perfect for us as a family.
Was only a little worried that the passenger list was not checked on the return trip. Otherwise very efficient and enjoyable experience. Much appreciated.
Had a wonderful experience. The pick n drop were planned and on time. The entry was smooth. The whole experience of Warner Bros Studio was out of the world, worth a visit if you are in London.
The transportation was very punctual and comfortable. The entrance had no lines, and we were able to make the most of our time exploring the entire exhibit, which was very enjoyable. Everything beautifully recreates the Harry Potter universe and is very interesting for both children and adults.
Everything was perfect except the bus was not the one in the picture (the double decker with the Harry Potter advertisement) but the driver was very helpful and friendly.
Harry Potter is simply fantastic. Everything was very well organized with the arrival and then in the film studios we were of course not the only ones, but still: worth an experience - even if you are not a Harry Potter fan
A wonderful experience beyond initial expectations. A guide of great professionalism and with a very very interesting speech. We have seen the park from another perspective
The smooth organization from pick up through the actual visit until returning to London. Everyone was also so friendly and professional
Everything went smoothly as booked. Despite the earlier arrival at the studios, we were able to start the tour straight away. 👍
While pretty overpriced, the tour bus transportation included with admission was efficient and convenient. No complaints about the driver or the tour guide.
The studios are amazing, we really enjoyed everything, however it would have been great to have an extra hour on site before having to embark on the bus again as there is so much to see and discover . We arrived at the studios at around 10 am and had to leave with the bus again at 2pm already, 5 hours on site would be great instead of 4.
I was surprised at how much we enjoyed this adventure. Having a dedicated guide was amazing. We went back through after the official tour was over to make sure we saw everything we wanted. I would do this again and would highly recommend it to others.
The studios were fantastic! I would have expected a bit more from the bus ride. At least a "welcome, here we go" would have been great, considering the price.
The setting, the varied information about the ins and outs, the magic of seeing the care and attention and the many people who have made it possible to capture the world of JK Rowling in what we saw on the screen....
The studios are well showcased, and the whole world of the films is clearly visible. The dimensions are impressive. More time on site would have been better for a complete visit. Combo bus trip and tickets a bit expensive, but organization impeccable and well-oiled.
The 3-hour tour is far too short. It's better to travel there yourself and spend the whole day there. We drove back ourselves at our own expense after 6 hours. The whole thing is then also much cheaper!
Beautiful experience if you are a fan of the saga. It takes more time than we thought. You could spend the whole day there. You learn a lot about what it takes to make a movie, the amount of people that work, the sacrifice that such a production represents for everyone involved. It's really worth it.

That you can explore the city from the streets.
The Bus is great, there's always a bus passing by. But the app should be modernized and show via GPS the points where the bus stops.
Our first attempt to get on the bus at stop 13 was denied 3 times. The driver wouldn't open the door. You were clearly oversold for that time of day yet accepted our order around the same time. A suggestion is to advise anyone placing an order be notified of which stoppa were heavy. Other companies were picking up people at the same spot without issue.
Everything around the buses was very good - the timings, the routes, the commentaries, and the staff. Was disappointed the the river cruise was just one way.
The cruise portion of the excursion was sub par. The boat had issues and could not board passengers. We had to wait nearly two hours for the next boat. This subsequently affected are schedule.
Lea the live guide and Trevor the driver made our complete Red line tour absolutely wonderful! What a great experience!
The audio guide was really good and clear, and done in a humerus way. The only thing bus waiting time was too long, We waited for bus for over an hour, The waiting time was too much. Not 15-20 as informed.
It was fine until mid day when three stops were not operating without warning and disrupted our plans. End of the day at Tower of London we waited for over 45 minutes and finally decided to pay to ride the river boat back.
Good info about every landmark.
Great deal.. Easy n flexible schedule to plan our visits. Almost last minute plan.

Touring round seeing the massive stadium and seeing the pitch , players changing room , players dining room , conference room was just amazing .
This tour experience was a birthday treat for a grandson and a grandad Grandson has wanted to go to a match for as long as I can remember, but unfortunately we couldn't get tickets so we decided on a tour instead. The whole area at Anfield is electrifying Atmosphere of other visitors, tye friendliness of all the staff, it's just brilliant from start to finish We where taken round by 2 very knowledgeable and friendly men Joe and Tom They answered all questions that where being asked and they have a few little jokes aswel, really nice guys We where all so in awe of walking where our Liverpool players and other celebs had walked Touched the Anfield sign like so many people have, it was just a great day, great experience and memories like this are priceless 🥰 Kids and grandad went home very happy and still talking about it 😊
From the booking until the end of the tour everything was great. The staff were friendly & helpful. During the tour, the guide who was keeping a watch at the back of the tour crowd was a little pushy. He kept telling us to hurry up and move along and people were being rushed to take pictures. So I think the guide at the back needs to be more understanding and just let people take in the experience and take their time getting the perfect pictures. The actual tour guide who was leading was funny and knowledgeable and never rushed us along. At the end of the tour me and family asked to use the multi faith room to say our prayers, however we were told due to the high level of security we wouldn't be able to, but the staff were accommodating and let us use one of the lounges which was thoughtful. I have one downside and that is I was racially abused on the stadium grounds outside by a group of local girls. They saw me walking a little behind my family and they came up right behind me and started calling me names. As a British Muslim I have not been abused anywhere and I did not expect this to happen in Liverpool as I know there is a diverse community there. Also there were some local lads on bikes being a nuisance to passerbys. I would suggest that there is more security presence outside on the stadium grounds aswell so they can keep a look out for incidents like these. All in all though it was an enjoyable and memorable experience for myself and my family especially my children who loved it.
We had friends over from Ireland visiting us in North Wales. We had a fantastic time, Gordon our tour person was brilliant he explained everything so well. We thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon. We would all certainly recommend it to our Liverpool supporter friends. The booking system was very easy to do.
Great experience seeing the stadium. Lots of history
Your guide was very informative, humorous and friendly.
What I loved the most about this experience was
The whole tour was fabulous. Each guide was helpful, informative and exceptionally friendly.
We all absolutely loved it. Everyone was friendly and great fun. Lots of information that was so interesting. We have recommended to all our family
The stadium staff were all really friendly and enthusiastic when explaining things. Made my 2 daughters laugh. We turned up and hour early by mistake but we're still around to go in early no trouble.
It was a memorable moment. I was happy to see the famous 2005 instabul champions League trophy. I watched the match as a teenager in Nigeria so it's so refreshing to see the trophy life.I urge every football lover to go to Anfield and enjoy the moment regardless of the club you support. As a Barca fan myself I was happy to be there.
It was an amazing experience, such a great place and positive vibes. Amazing staff, most importantly passionate about the club and players! Place gives you such a positive energy!
Wonderful representation of the club and the exceptional stadium! Very friendly staff! The stadium is a poem with all the features!
Wow, what a great experience! Everything about this tour and museum was incredible. So clean, organised and the atmosphere was brilliant. The staff are so helpful and funny, so easy to talk to and always having a funny, cheeky scouse sense of humour with a tale to tell. Anfield has so much history and success and super proud of there team, supporters, stadium and community. Highly recommended.
The Liverpool experience is one of the best experiences of my life and to share it with my daughter was simply wonderful ❤️. Just to be inside the Stadium was very emotional. I've loved Liverpool FC since a very young boy growing up in Scotland. It's my dream to be able to take my daughter to a home game some day but the tickets are near impossible to get hold off. All in all to walk in the footsteps of my heroes was a dream come true. Couldn't fault anything. Thankyou Liverpool FC. You'll never walk alone
Was down in Liverpool for a long weekend visiting family and had time to visit anfield stadium it it was a great experience we'll worth it had a really nice day thare
It was an amazing experience, From the staduim to the museum..Tour guides was super friendly guiding you and even assisting to take your pictures.
We had a fantastic time touring Anfield. Ticketing was seamless, and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this tour to any football fan!
I enjoyed the full tour and museum experience, as I am a big Liverpool fan. It was great and the 2 tour guides were funny and very entertaining. Great tour
Fantastic tour guide, knowledgeable and really engaging, great to see the stadium and find out more about the clubs history. Photo opportunities, great for kids and adults alike. A must for all Liverpool fans
The visit to Anfield was amazing, as I have been a fan for over 50 years. The tours guides were excellent and full of little anecdotes. The walk down the tunnel was memorable after seeing it so often on television. I really enjoyed the museum with all the memorabilia from the beginnings of the club. What a week to visit when Liverpool were to be crowned premier league champions! Timmy, Dublin.
I enjoyed the whole experience, I will be using this website again to book more tours, it was really good tour around the stadium
I just think it would be nice to scrap the audio experience and have someone to do the tour who knows the club well before he or she was born in its history . I think we as a nation have become insular and at football matches you'd hope that wasn't the case and I just think the audio guide is alienating I'd rather hear a good scouse voice and someone who knows their stuff on the club
We loved everything about the tour. All the tour guides were extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble.
The tour was great, the museum was boring and too quick an experience. The shop was daylight robbery, £100 for plain jogging bottoms is too much
Step inside Anfield for a guided behind-the-scenes journey through Liverpool FC’s stadium and museum.
