Our Harry Potter tour in London led by David was an exceptional adventure that perfectly balanced enchantment and education. His remarkable friendliness towards the kids made the experience truly special, creating an atmosphere of comfort and excitement. With an impressive depth of knowledge about both the wizarding world and London's history, our guide skillfully wove together a narrative that fascinated young and old alike. This tour is an absolute must for families seeking a delightful and kid-friendly exploration of Harry Potter's magical universe intertwined with the charms of London.

Our guide Chris was amazing. He explained what we would see and when we needed to move to avoid crowds and have a front row seat to everything. As a bonus, we got to see King Charles and Princess Sophie. This is a must do tour to avoid the crowds and get up front to the action.

Having done a different walking tour previously, I had a certain expectation, this tour blew it out of the water!! We hit specific spots at specific times and had such good views!! It was fast paced in places but the guide was kind enough to make sure everyone in the group kept up at all points! Absolutely brilliant, and Brendan the guide was just fantastic, I couldn't recommend this tour highly enough, it was worth every penny!!

Unfortunately the change of guard was cancelled for when we were booked. I would have expected to get a refund in this case, however the walking tour was carried out for the same cost. I didn't expect that at all! Would appreciate that we get a refund since we didn't get to see what we paid for.. even though the reason was that it was cancelled from the palace end

The title and description implied that our group would be seeing the changing of the guard, which is the only reason this tour was booked. We did not see the changing of the guard. Therefore, we would not have booked this trip, especially for as much as it cost.

Getting to know Stonehenge was a dream come true. Bath was also amazing, a lovely city. But the tour started late and the guide left a passenger behing at Stonehenge only ten minutes after the time we were supposed to go back to the bus. I couldn't believe it. If the tour had began half an hour late, I thing the guide could have waited for that man a bit longer. I saw a guide from another tour who went to the file for the couches with her group, but that was not our case.

From arriving and receiving the tickets the process was seamless and very well organised. The headsets were great and everyone moved at their own pace and could experience the rooms with ease. There was also a family option which meant the children were engaged looking for the items in the room and checking them off. I personally would have liked the option to learn about all of the paintings or objects which were limited to a few per room but I understand not everyone would enjoy that. The gardens were lovely and lots of options for ice cream or food at the end with a gift shop too. A super experience and would recommend

The format of times written down was confusing. I actually missed the tour because I thought it was at 2:30pm when your instructions said the tour was 2 hr 30min. Seeing the times close together at a glance I misread the time at lost out, over $69 (USA) I'm very disappointed I could reschedule or the least maybe have someone call me to see if I was lost. I had done another tour and they let me even when I was late due to a late train. I would never recommend any tour through this company!

An unforgettable experience, truly not to be missed. From start to finish, this was an outstanding and memorable visit. Purchasing tickets online was simple and efficient. We appreciated how clearly the confirmation email explained the need to print the voucher in advance—something we were glad we did, as it was required to receive our actual entry tickets. Upon arrival, the process was seamless: we exchanged the voucher at the ticket counter and entered almost immediately, with virtually no wait. The self-guided audio tour was one of the best we've experienced. It was thoughtfully curated, offering a wealth of historical detail and engaging storytelling. The narration was clear and easy to follow, perfectly paced to guide us through each room without ever feeling rushed or overwhelming. Moving from space to space, we gained a deeper understanding of the palace’s architecture, purpose, and the people who once lived and worked there, and those that still do. This tour felt like a rare privilege—an opportunity to step back in time and witness history brought to life in a meaningful way. It far exceeded my expectations and left me with a greater appreciation for the rich cultural and historical significance of the site. I would highly recommend it to anyone with even a passing interest in history, architecture, or simply looking for a remarkable and enriching experience.

The ticketing experience was easy and smooth, although I did have to confirm how to get the tickets, as they were not initially showing in the app. This was answered immediately however, by headout, and I then had access to the tickets, so felt confident straight away The experience was very good, with a very knowledgeable guide for the walk about before entering Buckingham Palace. The Palace itself was excellent, and the portable audio system worked very well. The signage to follow the tour route was very clear and informative. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable event. Would recommend this.

We really enjoyed the tour. Our three children also enjoyed Oxford, our local guide Chris was fabulous and enriched the city tour with lots of funny stories. The guide on the bus, Dan, also made our time on the bus pass quickly with lots of amusing anecdotes and stories about things worth knowing about London. The 4 hours in the Harry Potter Studios were also great, you manage to see everything. Holy smokes, what an absolutely EPIC day! If you're even thinking about doing the Harry Potter Warner Bros. Studio Tour with a Day Trip to Oxford from London, stop thinking and just BOOK IT! Seriously, this was a five-star experience from start to finish. Our journey started with Dan, who was nothing short of phenomenal. He wasn't just a guide; he was a walking, talking encyclopedia of awesome historical facts and background. The drive to Oxford and then on to the Warner Bros. Studios flew by thanks to his captivating commentary. He kept us engaged and provided such fantastic context for everything we were about to see. And then there was Debbie leading our Oxford adventure! Oh my goodness, Debbie was an absolute blast. She brought Oxford to life with her fun and vibrant personality. We learned so much and laughed even more. Both Dan and Debbie were brilliant at answering every single question thrown their way – no matter how obscure! They are a dynamic duo who made this trip truly unforgettable. If you want a day packed with magic, history, and a whole lot of fun, you HAVE to experience this tour with Dan and Debbie. You won't regret.

Beautiful experience if you are a fan of the saga. It takes more time than we thought. You could spend the whole day there. You learn a lot about what it takes to make a movie, the amount of people that work, the sacrifice that such a production represents for everyone involved. It's really worth it.

The Studios are truly unmissable for an enthusiast and very interesting for anyone. Thames River tour was awesome! Excellent tour hosts who provide a wonderful description of what you are seeing. Big Bus tour was good but there are many many more buses from other tour companies that pick up passengers while we waited for the Big Bus. We got off at one stop and had to wait one hour for a Big Bus tour bus to come back to pick us up. This prevented us from getting off at stops in the city as we were concerned that we would not be picked up and would not see the remainder of the blue or red route. We thought we had the evening tour included but our tickets printed "does not include night tour".

This tour experience was a birthday treat for a grandson and a grandad Grandson has wanted to go to a match for as long as I can remember, but unfortunately we couldn't get tickets so we decided on a tour instead. The whole area at Anfield is electrifying Atmosphere of other visitors, tye friendliness of all the staff, it's just brilliant from start to finish We where taken round by 2 very knowledgeable and friendly men Joe and Tom They answered all questions that where being asked and they have a few little jokes aswel, really nice guys We where all so in awe of walking where our Liverpool players and other celebs had walked Touched the Anfield sign like so many people have, it was just a great day, great experience and memories like this are priceless 🥰 Kids and grandad went home very happy and still talking about it 😊

From the booking until the end of the tour everything was great. The staff were friendly & helpful. During the tour, the guide who was keeping a watch at the back of the tour crowd was a little pushy. He kept telling us to hurry up and move along and people were being rushed to take pictures. So I think the guide at the back needs to be more understanding and just let people take in the experience and take their time getting the perfect pictures. The actual tour guide who was leading was funny and knowledgeable and never rushed us along. At the end of the tour me and family asked to use the multi faith room to say our prayers, however we were told due to the high level of security we wouldn't be able to, but the staff were accommodating and let us use one of the lounges which was thoughtful. I have one downside and that is I was racially abused on the stadium grounds outside by a group of local girls. They saw me walking a little behind my family and they came up right behind me and started calling me names. As a British Muslim I have not been abused anywhere and I did not expect this to happen in Liverpool as I know there is a diverse community there. Also there were some local lads on bikes being a nuisance to passerbys. I would suggest that there is more security presence outside on the stadium grounds aswell so they can keep a look out for incidents like these. All in all though it was an enjoyable and memorable experience for myself and my family especially my children who loved it.

The Liverpool experience is one of the best experiences of my life and to share it with my daughter was simply wonderful ❤️. Just to be inside the Stadium was very emotional. I've loved Liverpool FC since a very young boy growing up in Scotland. It's my dream to be able to take my daughter to a home game some day but the tickets are near impossible to get hold off. All in all to walk in the footsteps of my heroes was a dream come true. Couldn't fault anything. Thankyou Liverpool FC. You'll never walk alone

The visit to Anfield was amazing, as I have been a fan for over 50 years. The tours guides were excellent and full of little anecdotes. The walk down the tunnel was memorable after seeing it so often on television. I really enjoyed the museum with all the memorabilia from the beginnings of the club. What a week to visit when Liverpool were to be crowned premier league champions! Timmy, Dublin.

I just think it would be nice to scrap the audio experience and have someone to do the tour who knows the club well before he or she was born in its history . I think we as a nation have become insular and at football matches you'd hope that wasn't the case and I just think the audio guide is alienating I'd rather hear a good scouse voice and someone who knows their stuff on the club
