This train transfer on the Heathrow Express is great. It’s super convenient and the trains run on time. The staff are always there to help if you have any questions. The train is very clean.

The train was very easy to find and the single seat was a relief after a crowded airplane! Also a relief was being able to buy my ticket from home before I travelled. I will happily return to the airport on the Heathrow Express, as well.

My trip is just beginning, so I haven’t had a chance to experience it yet, but I’ve used Headout before—when I was in China—and I was very satisfied. The transportation was very comfortable; I hope I’ll have the same experience again and be just as satisfied.
