- Sharp objects, large luggage, cameras, video recording equipment, smoking, vaping, alcohol, and outside food or beverages are not permitted.
- Photography is strictly prohibited inside the venue.
- For safety reasons, children under 5 years are not allowed.
SEA LIFE London Aquarium
- Suitcases and large items are not permitted.
Accessibility
London Dungeon
- This experience is wheelchair accessible; however, only one wheelchair user is admitted per hour.
- Guests with accessibility needs can book a free carer ticket alongside their own.
- Pregnant guests are welcome, but the Drop Dead ride is not suitable.
SEA LIFE London Aquarium
- The experience is accessible to wheelchair and pram/stroller users.
- Assistance dogs are welcome.
- For safety, guests under 90 cm are not allowed on the VR experience.
- Carers of disabled guests receive free entry with valid documentation.
Additional information
London Dungeon
- The London Dungeon is not suitable for children under 5 years.
- The experience is not recommended for those of a nervous disposition or children under 12; entry for guests under 12 is at the discretion of a parent or guardian.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.
- Disabled guests pay the standard admission price, and carers enter free of charge.
- The tour is conducted in English only.
- Note: The Dungeon reserves the right to modify, close, or remove exhibits, shows, or rides without prior notice due to operational or technical reasons. No refunds or reductions will be issued in such cases.
SEA LIFE London Aquarium
- It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
- Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult with a valid full-priced ticket.
- Infants under 2 require a valid ticket.
- Tip: Use gentle and respectful touch when interacting with animals such as starfish or crabs. Avoid handling them roughly or squeezing too tightly.
