- Sharp objects, large luggage, cameras, video equipment, alcohol, and outside food & beverages are not permitted. Smoking and vaping are also prohibited.
- Photography is strictly not allowed inside the venue.
- For safety reasons, children under 5 years are not permitted.
London Eye
- Pets are not allowed (except guide dogs).
- Prohibited items include sharp objects, alcohol, drones, large bags or suitcases, fireworks, glass bottles, illegal substances, scooters, skateboards, tripods, helmets, and hot food.
Accessibility
London Dungeon
- This experience is wheelchair accessible; only one wheelchair user is admitted per hour.
- Guests requiring assistance can book a free carer ticket along with their own.
- Pregnant guests are welcome, but the Drop Dead ride is not permitted.
London Eye
- This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible, with ramps throughout the venue.
- Guests with accessibility needs are eligible for a free carer ticket (valid documentation required).
- Braille guides are available for visually impaired guests.
- Guide dogs are welcome.
- Guests with specific requirements are advised to contact the venue in advance.

- Recommended minimum age is 12 years; guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- The attraction may modify, close, or remove shows, rides, or features without prior notice due to operational reasons. Refunds or discounts are not applicable in such cases.

- Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
- Children under 2 can enter for free but require a ticket.
- Expect wait times of up to 30 minutes before boarding.
