Stansted Express Tickets

The train wa quiet . Staff at the station were very helpful as all the tickets were on my phone and they helped us to navigate this and our luggage.

Absolutely fantastic experience on the Stansted Airport Express! The train was modern, clean, and perfectly climatized, making the ride comfortable. It was fast, efficient, and surprisingly uncrowded, stress-free travel at its best. Highly recommend!

The Stansted Express was fantastic! Coming out of the airport it was an easy station to location with signs and also the help of google maps (to make sure I was heading in the right direction). The train was clean and had plugs to charge your phone which was a plus! Great to have a good battery percentage for going out into London city. The train wasn't over crowded and each stop was said aloud. Great simple, easy process. Would take again and recommend to others

Hello On the outward journey the Stanted / London train was very good. The return journey was somewhat disrupted by work on the track which led us to take a bus. Too bad the train is a very good solution to connect the airport to London.

Ticketing, pinctuakity, comfort all 100%. Zero for mobile phone recharging. Ports are in position for both plug and usb- but not functioning. Very feustrating.

The QR code on my ticket would not scan at the ticket barrier leaving the airport. this was quite problematic. Thankfully the moember of staff looked at my digital ticket on the app anf opened the barrier for me.

Clearly marked where to go, neat clean train. Great solution to get from London to the airport quickly

I've been on many trains now and I have to say this was probably the most clean and comfortable I have been on in quite a while now. Plenty of seats available and onboard wifi made the trip a lot easier. Loads of space to store luggage and plugs as well if you want to charge your phone. Really not much else you can ask for on a train.

Service was easy to use and to navigate. Training was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was our tickets wouldn't scan on our exit at Stansted on our return journey. It cause a little bit of anxiety but the staff were very good and let us through after looking at the tickets.

We had a great experience on the Standstead train. It was very easy to scan in our barcodes, the trains were on time and very comfortable. We will definitely be using this service again.

It wasn't clear which station we needed to be dropped off at, and the staff at the station gave conflicting information about which platform our train was coming to.

The journey was pleasant, punctual and comfortable despite the train being full, as the trains are very modern. I would therefore choose Stansted Express again on my next trip to London.

I received my tickets digitally on my phone which is super convenient. The train was itself just brilliant, on time, clean , and my overall experience was very good.

The train journey itself was good. Accessing the return ticet was somewhat problematic.

The Bus is great, there's always a bus passing by. But the app should be modernized and show via GPS the points where the bus stops.

Our first attempt to get on the bus at stop 13 was denied 3 times. The driver wouldn't open the door. You were clearly oversold for that time of day yet accepted our order around the same time. A suggestion is to advise anyone placing an order be notified of which stoppa were heavy. Other companies were picking up people at the same spot without issue.

Everything around the buses was very good - the timings, the routes, the commentaries, and the staff. Was disappointed the the river cruise was just one way.

The cruise portion of the excursion was sub par. The boat had issues and could not board passengers. We had to wait nearly two hours for the next boat. This subsequently affected are schedule.

Lea the live guide and Trevor the driver made our complete Red line tour absolutely wonderful! What a great experience!

Our visit to the London Eye with fast-track tickets was amazing! Skipping the long queues saved us a lot of time and made the experience stress-free. The view over London at sunset was breathtaking, and it was definitely a highlight of our trip. Everything was well organized, and I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting London.

Very organized. Staff was clearly very well trained. The "pod" was very clean and comfortable. Security was very good but not overly intrusive. Good variety of souvenirs. And even the souvenir photo book was not ridiculously priced. And the views...fantastic! Definitely glad we went.

Everything...no long queues ...so much room in the capsule...saw London from above.......just a wonderful experience .............😀❤️👍

It was very nice and indeed time to be remembered. How wheel goes with much notice is beyond me. The View was nice too aah !

Everything in London Eye was adorable the queue was relatively short and the most important thing: the views were amazing. It's a really worthy and lovely experience.

The cue was so quick and staff very friendly and helpful. The actual wheel is amazing to see and its a great 30 minutes to spend in the centre of London seeing all the city has from a fantastic pod with 360 viewing, pods arms over crowed allowing every one space to look around and take pictures, 10/10 overall as a tourist experience.

Very good care for my disability. The timing of the ride was perfect, so I could enjoy it and take plenty of photos at all times. The number of people in the cabins is just right, too, so I can move around.

I booked my ticket as I was crossing the bridge. I got a slot in 15 minutes. There was no queue, the staff members were lovely and I enjoyed it a lot!

The ease of all mostly. I had no trouble buying tickets, nor did I had getting to the London Eye on time, to wait in line probably 10 minutes or so.

To see all the stunning views of London is just amazing and I never tire of it. 3rd time in 20 years I've been on the London Eye.

Great views and air conditioning was a major bonus on the hot day we visited. Loved the 360 viewing, room to move comfortably around the pod, and plenty of seating space as well.

We pre-booked our tickets and upon arrival, it was just a few minutes, and we were on our way. Beautiful photos of Big Ben, Parliament, and Westminster Abbey. This was my fifth trip to London, and my fifth time riding the eye
