Wow 🤩 We absolutely loved our whole experience with Headout. My Harry Potter friend flew in from Adelaide and was keen for the tour. Easy booking system, we were kept up to date with notifications and reminders. Easy coach transfer to Harry Potter World. Amazing experience that we will definitely be recommending to friends and family. We also loved trying the 'Butter Beer' on the studio tour.
We did arrive early in the morning which was alot better because after 12 it was so crowded. It was a great experience even if your not a Harry Potter fan it is great to see the behind the scenes.
We doubted for a moment that someone was actually coming to pick us up at the pick-up spot because the one who was there was a little later. But fortunately there were more waiting. The guidance was good from the starting point to the studios. Via this route very pleasant to get there. Once there we were guided in a small group by an enthusiastic gentleman. Highly recommended! Costs a bit but you have more value for money and day.

The studios were informative, interactive and fun. Staff helpful and all but one appeared to enjoy their work. Fantastic range of souvernirs. I loved the butterbeer too.
Everything! Specifics - Will our tour guide was great! Specifically his insight into everything. - Being in the actual locations of filming - Seeing how things were done (props / designs) - All the interactive elements of the displays --- Only issue the whole day was there were too many people going home at once for the shuttles running.
Very well done from start to finish. All of the team members were very nice and helpful.
This experience is perfect for any Harry Potter fan.
The Warner Bros. experience was fantastic.

A fascinating attraction! Everything went very well, compliments, fair price, clear instructions.

Incrediable to learn all the details of making the movies
Wonderful adventure with Harry Potters world!
There were too many queues inside the attraction. Too many people at the same time in the halls, so we couldn't get a good look. We were jostled. With children, this is neither pleasant nor acceptable. We didn't experience this at any of the other major attractions in Europe.

Hello, everything went well: the pick-up, the transport, the explanations. The only problem was that we didn't have enough time to visit the Harry Potter studios... In the end, we had 4h30 on site, we had to have lunch on top of that, with the children, which takes time, and we had to finish the visit at a run, we were frustrated... It's a shame. Cdlt

The coach ride was good and the coaches were clean. However we realized that you had considerably reduced the price after we had booked our tour and paid for it. This left a bad taste for us since our experience has always been that if we book a tour in advance we would pay less. But in your case we ended up paying more by booking in advance. Please don't do this.
My visit to the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter was pure magic! The sets, from the awe-inspiring Great Hall to the charming Diagon Alley, were breathtakingly detailed. I loved the behind-the-scenes peek into the filmmaking, especially the green-screen broomstick ride and wand choreography. The staff were warm and full of fun facts, making it feel so welcoming. Sipping Butterbeer and wandering through the Hogwarts model left me starry-eyed. It’s a pricey day out, but for a Potter fan, every moment was worth it—pure nostalgia and wonder in one unforgettable tour!
The booking, the transportation and the stay in the studios - everything worked great. Simply great! I can really recommend a visit to the studios.

I was amazed by how many sets were there. Completely enjoyable reliving scenes from the movies which I'm going to go back and watch again.
The studio was very interesting, but the bus transport from london via a touroperator was very expensive, with tablets that didn't work or worked very poorly.the bus is decorated in the colors of "HARRY POTTER" on the outside, but there's nothing in the way of decoration or setting in the bus. The studio, yes, but the transport is overpriced and abused. Coaches can be new at this price. One-way transport brings in an average of 3,000 euros per trip. That's exorbitant.

We had booked mainly for our grandson, but in the end we discovered the fabulous sets, costumes and make-up ...... A must-see! The only downside for connoisseurs of the famous beer buttermilk is that 7 pounds a plastic glass is expensive (the contents are very sweet and disgusting).

Ticketing was easy and our guide Sion was fabulous! Nice tour around the palace area first with Sion and then went thru the state rooms as advertised with an audio headset which was well done!

Easy booking via web page. But bad organising at the spot. Namely on the spot there were no directions where Gate A is and it took us some time in the rain to find it. After we had changed web booking ticket for official ticket at Gate A, we had to move again to the quee in Gate C where the entrance was.
Ticketing was easy using app and found headout with a google search. Gorgeous paa as lace....wish I could have some picture memories
Too much historical background from the tour guide in which, some aren't really interesting to foreigners. Would prefer more time either on watching guards changing or touring the state rooms.
I don't speak English and that's why it was difficult for me with tickets. I bought them online, but I didn't know that I had to go to the ticket office at the place of the tour. I thought an electronic ticket would be enough.
This review is translated. Show original review.
It was quite easy to redeem our tickets and we loved viewing the staterooms at the palace. The ticketing staff outside the palace were very friendly and helpful. Great experience.
Ticketing went quite easily. The day we saw the palace was okay but the guide never announced that we wouldn't see Changing of the Guards. It was also quite a long walk around in circles to get to our entry point.
The place is beautiful, and the idea that they are standing there during ceremonies and receptions made me feel special. However! If you do not know, where to go, you can have many embarrassing conversations. I even asked help from the guard of the palace to help me, where the tour starts. Good to know: do not wait at the Victoria Memorial Fountain. If you stand at the front of the palace and the fountain is behind you, than you have to go to the left, turn right at the corner of the palace and go a ca. 1 minute walk. There will be the ticket office and the start of the tour as well. I suggest to add this little information to the description as well. This was the most disappointing thing during my entire stay in London - that the exact starting place was not specified on the Headouts site!
To get to know the palace from the inside. They don't let you take pictures so I can't upload any. The tour is very interesting and I liked the idea of being able to visit the same places that the kings and princes visited.

The ticketing was fine. The experience was once in a lifetime! It ws a very fitting end to our trip to London. The incredible elegance of the Palace State rooms can not be adequately put into words. I recognized many of the rooms for pictures I have seen. Our tour guide was geat, very funny. The whole day was very enjoyable.
Once we got to the palace it was good. There was no changing of the guard because of "horse vacation". No reduction in price offered
The visit to the palace was phenomenal. Buying the tickets with your company was fast and I had no problem getting in. The disappointing thing was that they don't let you take pictures or videos of such a beautiful place.

I was impressed to see where the royal family live. I liked the gallery of paintings of the royal family descendants. Everything is very beautiful!
Our guide was extremely pleasant but she gave out (at times) very inaccurate information on the tour....e.g. she called Horse Guards parade "the arena" and said Queen Victoria never left Windsor castle after Prince Albert died and had died at Windsor.... and other minor/major errors. As our group consisted of a lot of foreign tourists (mainly American) I felt they deserved a better more accurate tour which unfortunately our guide was unable to give. The tour consisted of a LOT of walking which wasn't anticipated and we never actually saw the changing of the guard, rather, we were "positioned" at a great distance to catch a glimpse of the parade passing by. We thoroughly enjoyed Buckingham Palace but on reflection it would have been better to book entry directly with the Palace and wait at the Palace railings to actually see the changing of the guard.
I will start by saying that there were so many people everyhere that it is somewhat difficult to give it an honest review. People pushing, jumping line, shoving, etc made for a not so nice event. The state rooms were absolutely gorgeous and I loved them but the crowds made it for a not so enjoyable experience. Obviusly they are open only a short period of time so everyone wants to get in in 6 weeks?
A beautiful experience. Very informative guide. Aron. An awesome guy with great atitude and a lortof info delivered in a pleasant way

We chose the blue route probably the longest and most complete. Aside from a few too many passes around the same blocks and crazy traffic that greatly lengthened the walking time overall a good experience.

The bus journey ended for us at Victoria Station and we had to organize and pay for the return journey to the hotel near Tower Bridge ourselves. We had previously been informed on inquiry that every journey we started would also end at Tower Bridge. would end at the Tower.

Covering London with commentary. The traffic was so heavy. I wondered if there could be a little bit of additional commentary in certain areas. The boat on the Thames added an extra dimension
I recommend it with my eyes closed. Discovery of London by coach and little cruise on the Thames. Simply magnificent tour of London. Tickets in the form of QR codes sent upon purchase. No problems at the various checkpoints. I'll be using Headout again for my next trips.
View original review in French
We thought the commentary was poor. Not enough information about all the sights. I understand you are catering to a broad band of customers. But we learned little about London
I liked everything, however at the time of booking you should make more emphasis on the fact that the hop-on hop-off Bus Tour company is Tootbus.

It would be better if you had a human guide pointing out what you were talking about. On a crowded bus it was hard to tell which building the guide was talking about or even where in the route where you were. No one announcing or display of what stop you were at so you could keep up.
The experience with the bus was very good. Not so much with the cruise that was included.... According to the indications that came in the reservation the cruise departed and arrived at the same destination. But no... they made us get off at the last stop and pay again to return to the port of departure... a robbery...

The bus and the commentary were generally very good. However, compared to other hop on/hop off buses, the buses arrived infrequently and very irregularly.

Due to the extreme traffic the three hours turned into five which included an unexpected 1/2 hour stop to change drivers. Maybe put this changeover could happen in a spot where there is something for the passengers to look at or to buy some refreshments. We were kind of stuck on the bus for the 30 minutes without anything to do.
It was great being able to see the iconic features of London. The bus tour was a long one and we needed to plan for just a couple of stops a day. We loved the Thames boat cruise. We had perfect weather to see so many different places.
Long wait between 2 buses (2 times 1h) and the audioguide is very short compared to other competitors.
View original review in French
The price was great. We saw the whole of blue line which was 3 1/2 hrs. Great view of the city and short spurts of history thru headphones. River cruise was a different perspective of the city by water. The guide was funny on the water cruise. Tower of London was the 2nd day for us. We stayed about 3 hrs and did the guided audio tour. We really enjoyed it. Always nice to find deals on vacation to save a buck or two.
I previously gave Tootbus a poor review. However, they have been very good about getting back to me with the problem. Apparently the problem is with who I bought the tickets from which was not Tootbus directly Tootbus has been very good about trying to solve my issues. Beware of who you buy your tickets from.
The mixture of an open top bus tour and a boat tour was a great experience! Buying the ticket online was easy and hassle-free.

The experience was awsome. I felt like Joey and Chandler visiting London. (Friends people will know what I am talking about) What I loved about it was the fact that we had the option to hop on and off whenever we wanted, which gave us the chance to stop at the sites that we wanted to explore further. Also the price compared to other companies was good. Definitely recommend.
The company was very accommodating understanding our situation with our delayed travel situation. Would definitely recommend your company.
Especially the boat trip from the London Eye to the Tower with City Cruises was very entertaining, our narrator was a real entertainer! The bus trip was also very nice, hop-on and hop-off worked well, there were always at least 5 languages (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish) available for the audio explanation during the trip, sometimes even significantly more languages. A clear recommendation!

I visited London with my 12-year-old daughter. We had a combo ticket hop-on hop-or bus, london eye and canal cruise. The hop-on hop-of bus is the best way to see a lot. We were able to see many major tourist attractions without walking through the helex city. A ticket combined with a ticket to the London eye is great. What a spectacular view we had of the city and for 30 min! The canal cruise was also wonderful. The guide could tell great stories. Really enjoyed it!

Our guide Chris was amazing. He explained what we would see and when we needed to move to avoid crowds and have a front row seat to everything. As a bonus, we got to see King Charles and Princess Sophie. This is a must do tour to avoid the crowds and get up front to the action.
The tour guide, David was so interesting with his knowledge of the history. We had a great experience! Highly recommend it.
The whole experience was very well planned. Babs was an EXCEPTIONAL guide. She was knowledgeable, funny, entertaining and got us to all the perfect spots at the right time to see the action! We would recommend this experience for those new or experienced London visitors.
Very difficult to find our meeting point. This needs to be simpler for tourists who are not familiar with the city. Even locals were not sure where our meeting place was! We found it just in time as our group was ready to go. So glad we gave ourselves the extra time to navigate ourselves. Once our tour started it was all worth the trouble. Our tour guide Sara was charming with a sense of humor. She was lovely. Well explained walking tour and excellent areas chosen to see the changing of the guard's marching band. We highly recommend this tour.
Our tour guide "Babs" was wonderful. Perfect spots chosen for us to get the best view, lots of great information and tips for the rest of our trip. Definitely worth doing!
The tour of the various places around Buckingham Palace. The changing of the guard. Too bad the guide didn't speak French. For such a touristy city, it would be nice if the guides were multilingual. So we didn't understand the various explanations. We followed the group.

Guide Aaron was well informed, with humour. A good storyteller. We learn a lot about the English monarchy and the guard ceremony.
Our guide, Isabelle, was great. Lots of additional insight into the Abbey and the Palace. When I booked the tour it included a viewing of the changing of the guard. When we arrived, we were informed that there was no guard change on Tuesdays. Why would you even offer that option for a day that it does not occur???
The entire tour was exceptional! We were blessed with the BEST tour guide. She knew where and when you get the very best views, great pictures and even the best place to see the King driving out. This the best tour you could ask for! Thank you!
The guide is well documented and explains very clearly, and takes you to places where you can take good pictures.

There was mention of Big Ben and seeing the changing of the Horse Guard during the tour and neither of those truly happened. Big Ben was talked about from a distance, outside and I believe given the amount paid for the ticket we would at least walk inside and do a brief tour after the Abbey. The tour guide was great for what we did see but felt mislead
Knowledgeable guide (Allen) got us in great position plus made it possible to see the king!!! Great tips on other experiences when the tour was up.
The tour was exceptional, and our tour guide David was "top shelf whiskey" in my book. His energy, knowledge, and care for our group on such a crowded day, combined with his humor and professionalism, exceeded our expectations! If you get David, ask him about his one experience meeting the Queen....EPIC!
Jeremy was a great guide and we learned so much from him! His pacing was great--not overwhelming, but still imparting a ton of information.
Well placed . Too bad the guide didn't speak a word of French and only looked after the English children. I was able to translate for our children and the other French people in the group, but she spoke too fast 🥵

Great trip and the added commentary made the trip. A shame we couldn't get outside upstairs on boat but still a very enjoyable experience.
The guide was very informative (even though he invented the origin of the word 'wharf' 🤔) And the river is a good vantage point to see the buildings and architecture.
We took the first boat trip at 10.10am with only a few other people. The guide spoke clearly and took us along in a humorous way. The view from the boat is very special.

We took the Thames River cruise from Westminster Pier to Greenwich. It was really lovely sitting on the top deck in the sun, even with the seagulls keeping us company. The tour commentary was really interesting, informative and at times humourous. Id definitely recommend this, and by booking online we also got a discounted price for tickets.
Such a worthwhile thing to do, and a great way to see the magnificent architecture of both old and new alike. The crew and staff were great and the whole process from ticket ordering to boarding and disembarking was well organised. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would definitely recommend as well as do again ourselves.
It was really good time on boat, you could sing inside or outside depending on weather conditions, inside were a lot windows so you could see the view very good. But the best was a man who guided us, tell us funny and also many interesting stories about the buildings we actually see. He was proffesional and funny. It was way batter than the recording. I highly recommend the Thames Sighseeing Criuse. My trip was from Westminster to Greenwich. It took around an hour. The speed of the bout was ideal not so fast so you could realy enjoy the view. Than I went back to city by regular bus.
Weather was amazing , boat was packed and the boats crew very helpful and informative. The views along the river Thames were amazing and the little bits of information the unofficial tour guide ( crew member ) provided were funny, witty and really helped the journey fly by.
A Thames cruise is always high on our list of things to do when visiting London. Short notice this time, with a family member who hadn't had the pleasure of a river cruise. It was great all the way around. Narration was good, the weather cooperated nicely and there were drinks/food available to order. Price was right, too.
It was a wonderful experience! The captain was great, ensuring a safe and enjoyable trip. The crew member who provided the commentaries kept everyone engaged and entertained throughout the journey. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy their journey from start to end on a high note!
Great time. Has a good laugh with the live commentator, he was so enthusiastic and joky. We had great wwather and it was not to busy. It was worth very peny.
It's a fun trip by itself, but the crew make it even better. Sharp, fun puns all the way to Greenwich, definitely recommended!
The guy commentating had a great sense of humour with some good one liners i.e. the beach/research . TBH I definitely would prefer this than the pre recorded commentary, be aware he advised passengers to get the APP to listen to commentary and also in different languages. The boat was clean and very smooth sailing, loads of space on our trip. The only reason I didn't give it 5* was the cost of the drinks but it was my choice whether to pay it or not I suppose. Would go again. My grandson loved it.
Value for money, good multimedia guidance on app. Too intrusive live one on the other hand, definitely high speaker volume.

The live commentary it was amazing and informative and humuerous. Those guys are doing an amazing job

We do not have latest technology (Apps) on our mobile phones and it was only a very patient staff member (having been passed on by the first one?) that managed to get us on the boat. We had a confirmation number that seemed to be useless and had to wait in the drizzle for some time until being giving permission to join the queue. Not having an app should not be a problem, you had our money /contact details etc. I prited out your receipt that did, not seem to mean anything?? JBB
The route was very pleasant and enabled us to reach the Greenwich district as quickly as possible. On the other hand, audio guides to understand the guide's comments would be appreciated. But this in no way detracted from our cruise.

No enough time at site. Thought we were going to have until 130. Told be back at bus by 1250. No time before leaving to get something to eat. Felt rushed. Driver drove through two red lights on way there.
Very good... and worthy for the money
The ride, the landscape, kind driver, helpful people, great snacks!
What I liked about my experience was the sight, but having to rely on a tape during my visit felt too cold. The bus driver's helper was nice but didn't add up much to my experience.
No one was at the indicated meeting point at the meeting time. We and another family were nice place indicated by 9:10 a.m. ( departure 9:30 a.m.) yet no one was on site. We almost missed the bus. Fortunately at 9:27 we called and were told to go to Gate 1, but this was not written anywhere.

Together with 10 other people with the same reservation, we were waiting exactly at the meeting point as per the instructions, since around 09:00 am (30 minutes before instead of 15 that was recommended). Nobody was there. Around 09:27, when we started to worry, someone (a tall guy) came very fast with a sign, “Evan Tours,” and immediately went inside. With the other people, we ran fast towards him and saw him with a lady at the entrance of the bus parking. The kind lady told us, “Come guys, we don’t have time,” whereas the other guy told us that he was outside and 10 people did not see him… of course, this was a lie. Profoundly, he never came, being unprofessional and just waiting for us to find him inside, far away from the meeting point. The exaggeration was that he lied in front of the faces of 10 people, trying to convince us that he was there… This attitude from that particular employee is totally unacceptable and untrustworthy, and such employees should be immediately fired since they can jeopardize the reputation of your company and the value of your services. The rest of the staff on the bus were exceptional. The day before, we booked the WB Harry Poter tour, and everything ran smoothly.
The Tours operator did not show up at the agreed meeting point in London, so we could not attend, we then requested a refund but were denied.

Our guide, Alexandra, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Appreciate how she organized the trip and helped with photos.. We had trouble finding our group on a busy corner with other tour groups meeting at the same location. There was a lot of commotion with the police at the time and we found our group later, after joining the wrong group.. Suggest starting in a more unique spot, and with a description of the contact.
Ticketing experience was good. Our guide, Bossa, was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Her commentary was very inclusive of all members of the group, relevant and illuminating. She is a credit to the tour guide 'profession'. After our tour with her, it is easy to understand why Westminster Abbey is widely acknowledged as one of the most special places in England, if not the world. Loved the walk up to Buckingham and St James' palaces also.
We had a great tour and learned a lot about the Abby I hadn't learned on my last self guided tour. Tracey did a great job.
The history in the building is incredible and Gabrielle our guide did a terrific job conveying the importance of every inch of the building. We felt privileged to witness the site where so many important events have played out over centuries
Super competent tour, was great fun and always interesting. Great insider information about Westminster too. Highly recommended overall.

It was good There was a problem in that this 110$ ticket was promoted to be seeing 3 places in London where we really only got to see Westminster Abbey The tour guide was nice and knowledgeable but he spent way too much time in the abbey
I have already replied in an email. It was too long a tour visiting some places that were of no interest to me. I was only interested in the 3 places of the hire: Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and, above all, Wensminter Abbey.

Our guide was very motivated and showed us the best way through London, which was overcrowded on our weekend! Her explanations were very entertaining and informative, and we were able to put her tips into practice in the days that followed! Many thanks again ... absolutely recommendable!!!

The guide was very kind and willing However, the experience is very long for children: lots of explanations that are difficult for them to follow.

The relaxing and instructive aspects of the visit are very much appreciated. We let ourselves be guided through Westminster with pleasant little poses. The guide was diligent, very friendly and naturally conveyed her London culture in French! The discovery of Westminster Abbey was fascinating, and some details would have gone unnoticed without Carole. It's a pity that the tour specifies a visit to Big Ben and Buckingham Palace when it's not possible to enter them in April. The descriptions of these buildings from the outside were very interesting. I'd recommend

Lea the live guide and Trevor the driver made our complete Red line tour absolutely wonderful! What a great experience!
The audio guide was really good and clear, and done in a humerus way. The only thing bus waiting time was too long, We waited for bus for over an hour, The waiting time was too much. Not 15-20 as informed.
It was fine until mid day when three stops were not operating without warning and disrupted our plans. End of the day at Tower of London we waited for over 45 minutes and finally decided to pay to ride the river boat back.
Thames River tour was awesome! Excellent tour hosts who provide a wonderful description of what you are seeing. Big Bus tour was good but there are many many more buses from other tour companies that pick up passengers while we waited for the Big Bus. We got off at one stop and had to wait one hour for a Big Bus tour bus to come back to pick us up. This prevented us from getting off at stops in the city as we were concerned that we would not be picked up and would not see the remainder of the blue or red route. We thought we had the evening tour included but our tickets printed "does not include night tour".
The best thing to do is to buy tickets for the tour from the vendors located at the stops. You receive good information and treatment, considering that we seniors do not always speak the language.

Ricer trip was great & crew superb, wonderful commentary The Big Bus tour had lots of off route time due to so many toad works around the Museum area & did not go past Buckingham Palace due to road works. At Tower Bridge there were no busses for more than 1/2 hour - staff said all the buses were bunched together. When the bus arrived it was too full to get on so we waited another 10 minutes for the next bus. Meanwhile loads of the other competitors busses went past. It's a lot of money to not provide a regular service, would not recommend Big Bus & would try another company next time
The lady at the St. Paul's Cathedral bus stop was fantastic. She was the best part of the experience! We booked online, but she was still incredibly helpful even throwing away my rubbish for me. And HOHO buses are always a fun way to see a lot lazily.
Seeing the city atop the 2nd level was great. The audio didn't always match up to the sites. Better. Communication of stops is needed, particularly on the later afternoon runs. We had to take the tube to get back to our hotel as the bus ended the route before we were back at our stop.
It was very difficult finding some of the stops/pickup locations even after asking several "agents" where they were located. One was busy on his phone and just pointed "over there "& another, also on his phone pointed to a completely different location, both annoyed with being interrupted. This caused us a lot of running around & missing busses. Also the blue bus in particular seemed to cross over one of the bridges multiple times causing us to sit in traffic for long periods of time. I would take cabs next time. Much more efficient and costs less.
Very good for getting an overview of the city when you're short on time. Signposting and map to find stations could be improved

This specific bus line, although there are many, seems to have the most stops and covers nearly every inch of the city. The drivers seem to have magical powers to get the bus through the very busy traffic and narrow streets of London. Easily a half day ride perhaps more if you ride the entire main loop. Multiple days if you use it to get on and off at stops.
An efficient way to get a comprehensive view of London.
Friendly workers, liked the audio tour, clean
We learned a lot about London's history.

Very fun and varied tour. Our guide Anna was able to tell us a lot about Harry Potter and the city in general. We were divided into houses and had to answer questions along the way to collect points for the house cup. The movie clips that were filmed at each location were also shown at the stations. A small minus point: we were at the meeting point on time, but our group started a few minutes earlier. We couldn't understand why they didn't wait a few minutes if the group wasn't yet complete. After a few minutes on hold, I reached someone at Headout and we were rebooked for the next day. So a small, annoying incident, but fortunately a solution was found!
