Thank you for the tickets. The castle is amazing, and the perfect day out for all ages. Full of history and exciting activities. The weather helped! Great value for money.
The Dungeons...the characters in each room were great, especially The Cook. The War of the Roses, brilliant.
This experience is perfect for every one, lots for children to do and the falconary display was excellent
The children really loved it and enjoyed it. My Husband and I really enjoyed it.
Everything was very smooth people very friendly
The tour guide was very friendly and helpful. She gave us useful and interesting information. Drop-off was in a centric area.
Great experience. We enjoyed the bird display. However there shiuld not be extra cost for the dungens.
The trip on the rail was enjoyable and easy to manage. Warwick Castle was beautiful and enjoyable. The grounds are gorgeous . The only reason I put good instead of excellent was the disappointment in the dungeon tour. Many years ago, we visited and were able to observe the dungeons the way they were. We were actually able to feel the oppression. Now it's more like a fun house with the actors.
Great day with my family. We enjoy
All went well no worries at all.
Lovely place to visit. And the Headout app was easy to use, no hassle at all.
Easy to use website and attraction was just as described

Ticketing was fine but do take out the bit about printing the ticket. Most people are travelling. Mel, the guide was great. A real feature. I do think adding the Cotswold into the advertising was false as all we saw was a couple of thatched houses as we sped by. Overall, a pretty good day.
I liked Oscar. He is a great guideman! I am sorry we didn't stop and walk throwgh the Cotswolds. Mabe you can include that in the tour. A walking tour.
The actual trip was great and the guide was fantastic. But on the "headout" webpage you advertised this tour as "cotswold" but it did not stop at any of the villages. Althou Oxford and Stratford upon Avon are within the cotswold location, your advert was misleading to state "cotswold" in the tour and this should be made clearer.
Reached Victoria Coach Station by 8:05. But was not able to identify the Evans Tours... was guided to a different platform and by the time I was able to find the correct one, it was 2 minutes over the time and the support staff was very rude
The bus left me at Oxford. They didn't try to connect me till now. My bag is left in the bag
The tour guide was very friendly and helpful. She gave us useful and interesting information. Drop-off was in a centric area.
The tour was smooth and the transportation was clean. Ample time was given to explore places. The bus guide also became our tour guide explained the history while we were in the bus. However it would have been great if we could get down at cotswold to take pictures....
Very good guide, Pauly, who helped me out throughout the journey.
Our guide was super nice and knowledgeable!
It was a beautiful experience. Pick up point on the booking form was not clear so it should be removed. There is no pick up option only meeting point at the station.
Guide and bus driver (thank you Jerry) were great. Tour beautiful and extensive Thank you for the wonderful day

Extremely disappointed! The title explicitly says "Full-day tour of Costwolds" yet it does not include that, we just pass by between Stratford-upon-Avon and Oxford.
Ticketing was ok except the requirement to print the tickets - I got a QRcode, so why to print? The best thing was the guide - Mel. As a guide myself I can assess his work. Professional, friendly, helpful a knew really everything. Hope the guide on our next trip will be the same quality.
The places were as expected, but we really liked the guide - Stefan - who was knowledgeable and funny. Wouild go with him any time again!

Also called the Mound, it is a piece of the castle's original wooden structure built in 1068.
