Great we loved it! It was well organized. Planetarium was good show, may be we can have selective talking for related imp information & reduce talking time & more planetary show.. Mobile must be switched off mandatory in this planetary show.
Purchasing tickets in Headout is very simple, and what I like the most you see your upcoming appointments. No need to search through mail inbox or print the tickets. The Observatory is nice, my kids enjoyed it a lot.
A very interesting site, rich in history for enthusiasts. Too bad the comments are all in English.
Interesting sites, didn't take long to tour through.
The knowledge of the guides are awesome.
very interesting to realize how these very clever men successed in making cards, counting time, tides , making machine, instruments and tools etc... but we shouild have booked a guided visit to get some more explanations as we're not used to this scientist astrnomy world.
The basement of the museum was the most interesting - but the hardest to find and practically at the end. The atmosphere from the boring apartment building and the disappointing time ball drop was already very bad. Expectations are raised that are not fulfilled.

Easy to book tickets, and great that you could also use them at det Greenwich planetarium. Fun and interesting to walk around in the Cutty Sark. Worth a go.
Awsome for kids, quick tour...
The history behind, the accessibility for children to interact, and the spacious ground floor where the cafe is situated; my 10 year old grandson loved it.
On the day we went they were doing repairs to the deck and were extremely noisy, very loud bangs that reverberated inside the hull. My grandson was not feeling well anyway and this just made it worse, so much so one of us had to take him out thereby missing most of the attraction. Could they not have done these repairs after 5 pm when it was closed. I complained at the time but nobody seemed to take any notice.
It was easy to book and straightforward on the day
I was denied entry to the Planetarium. The others were okay.
12000 steps and very pricey. Most were free.
I had trouble to redeem my ticket at the Cutty Sark box office. The attendant told me the ticket wasn't valid. I had to tell her it was a day pass to Cutty Sark and Greenwich. Morever, she was supposed to provide a proper solution. Apparently, the code wasn't working. After a while, she decided to give me a ticket. But it wasn't linked to mine. It was probably a regular one. At the Greenwich Observatory I had no trouble whatsoever.

I visited the Planetary show with my son (7), my autistic daughter (9) and with my mother. For all of us it was a great and amazing spectacular. I was concern about my daughter as she may want to leave before the performance would finish, but it captured her heart as well... it was clearly a WOW-factor.... later we had a nice walk around the Observatory's area and in the park, spent there overall a 4 hours. Highly recommended.
We rushed to the venue but the staff were really pleasant and helpful. The speaker, Joshua, was fun to listen to. The planetarium itself was good. I was left for wanting more, but it maybe because i have visited many planetariums in the past. It will be fun for the kids. Don't miss out!
On the approach to the Royal Observatory the view of Blackheath Avenue with the monument at the head draws the eye towards the glorious vista of the London skyline. The Observatory Staff at the entrance gate were so welcoming and friendly with witty London banter which made us chuckle. We made our way through the buildings where we watched a video of the telescope being commissioned and the roof opening which really brought our trip to life. We headed then to use the toilets which were clean and tidy. Much appreciated 👍 Next was the Planetarium show. again the entrance staff were friendly and helpful and we joined the queue for the show with great expectancy. We were not disappointed! Comfy seats and a witty staff member were our introduction to the Universe. Colourful, relaxing and informative light and sound show.
The presentation was very simple and pitched at young children with very little new or interesting information for adults. The images were quite old fashioned and clunky and the music uninspiring.
I booked the "The Sky Tonight" show at the Planetarium and it was absolutely beautiful. I went on a date and it was such a relaxing, wholehearted experience for both of us, it´s a pity that it´s only 30 minutes. Initially I encountered some issues as my date was running late and I was told we would not be allowed in the show past a certain time. I also couldn´t get a refund or reschedule so I was stressing a bit. But then I quickly called the Headout costumer service team and they solved the issue for me very promply and smoothly.
Lots of fun! The presenter of the 3:30pm show (can't remember her name) was amazing. Perfect blend of comedy and education.
Very good and interesting, the narrator had a lovely voice and explained everything well, wish it had been a bit longer, 45 minutes instead of 30. Went very quickly, thoroughly enjoyed it.
Planetarium was fantastic. Ticket experience not good. They wouldn't let us in until we queued at the info desk and got tickets printed out. Note to self - next time book direct with the planetarium!
I visit Greenwich regularly as it makes a very pleasant day out, the museums, market, views across the city etc. I had never been in the observatory before and thought my nine year old granddaughter might enjoy the planetarium., which she did however her seat did not recline as you need adult weight to push the chair back which was disappointing. From an adult point of view I found the foyer very cramped and overcrowded with a very long queue. The signal is poor so I had trouble viewing the QR codes so had to leave the queue to go outside and download which was annoying. The show itself was not great, the graphics were poor and not as interesting as I imagined. The plus side was the guide who was very funny and very likeable. My granddaughter wanted to buy a souvenir but it was too crowded and there didn't seem to be much of interest to get anyway. I think they need to rethink the foyer area layout. I am going to try the planetarium in London to see if the graphics are better.
Was wonderful experience, I will definitely try this again.
It showed us all of the stars and constellations and I learnt many more things. AMAZING!
The show was fantastic, and the personnel at the show were super hospitable and knowledgeable!
Catch a captivating astronomical show in the only operational Planetarium in London!

Easy to book, alot of information, we booked the cutty sark and observatory day pass so much to see, it was a full day, so much history, myself and my partner had a great day, everyone was so nice, I have to mention the guy who went into detail about the telescope at the end of the day, he was so nice, helpful and patient, it was the end of the day as they were closing but he was so professional and carried on with interest about the observatory and the telescope, what a ambassador you have to your museum 👍
The whole experience was extremely well done and educational. My husband, from New Zealand, has wanted to go there since he was a child. His expectations where as good as he'd expected, thank you.
We needed to change dates, and it was done within the hour, made our holiday a Little easier.. Greenwich was amazing , so peaceful compared to the hustle and bustle of London
Great visit, odly you have to email the ticket to the perople on the desk before they can issue a ticket, so ensure you can do this when you arrive but other than that the process was fine, visited the Cutty Sark and Greenich.
Easy to book and enough information. Unfortunately your instruction directed us to the Museum to collect our tickets. They directed us back to the Cutty Sark to collect. We still enjoyed everything.
Not crowded so had time to visit many things. Loved the Greenwich meridian line
Very easy to buy the tickets and then to use then.
The maritine museum was mostly portraits
The observatory was amazing and the guide of the tour made you feel the same love for the place as he feels.
Great day out. Cutty sark was great lots to look at. The observatory was also superb. Had a very enjoyable day
Really quick easy to book and use at the attractions.
Save big with one pass and five incredible experiences!

We saw all the major landmarks along the Thames, and the staff made it even better by sharing not just the usual facts, but also funny and interesting stories. It was my favorite activity during our London trip.
The views were great. Stayed on to Greenwich which was definitely worth it. The guy that did the guiding was great. Unfortunately it was difficult to hear. Would recommend to others.
Really easy to book and download the tickets. Boat was very busy but we had a good seat on the top deck. Very friendly and helpful staff on board and fun and interesting commentary. Would definitely book again and will be recommending to others.
Ticket via internet day before, ok. 1 hour trip from Westminster pier to Greenwich was great experience with nice and funny commentary 🙂
great experience. The crew member narrating on the way out was amazing. Very fun and interesting. Great sense of himour The views were great and it was a lovely way to spend time on a hot day
Easy to buy tickets online and the ladies at the ticket counter were friendly. We booked fir 4.30pm but got to the Pier early. Our ticket was accepted to fit our needs. The commentary was informative and delivered in good humour. A great way to see London and how the riverscape is changing. Thank you
Booking ahead with Headout was worry-free and ensured we got in line for the cruise promptly. While we booked a return trip, it was the journey down the river that we enjoyed most. The watermen running the cruise claimed they were not official tour guides but their commentary based on knowing the Thames well was very informative.
Great trip and the added commentary made the trip. A shame we couldn't get outside upstairs on boat but still a very enjoyable experience.
The guide was very informative (even though he invented the origin of the word 'wharf' 🤔) And the river is a good vantage point to see the buildings and architecture.
We took the first boat trip at 10.10am with only a few other people. The guide spoke clearly and took us along in a humorous way. The view from the boat is very special.
We took the Thames River cruise from Westminster Pier to Greenwich. It was really lovely sitting on the top deck in the sun, even with the seagulls keeping us company. The tour commentary was really interesting, informative and at times humourous. Id definitely recommend this, and by booking online we also got a discounted price for tickets.
Such a worthwhile thing to do, and a great way to see the magnificent architecture of both old and new alike. The crew and staff were great and the whole process from ticket ordering to boarding and disembarking was well organised. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would definitely recommend as well as do again ourselves.
The commentary was entertaining and informative. It was a lovely day and it was a great trip
Awesome cruise with good commentary!
Very pleasant timing
A cool, safe, informative and enjoyable ride. You can also eat and drink.
The humour sense of the captain.
Was a amazing experience definitely will be doing it again
The humorous and easy-to-understand explanations of the sights
All was good Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice
The host was great, a lot of great local knowledge and humour!!! Thank you !
It's a great way to view London. They sell drinks at the boot and you het great informatienetwerk from a tour guide. You can hopp on and of at 4 different piers
The trip was very entertaining thanks to the live explanations from the employee. The service on board is also great, you can order something via QR code which is then delivered to your seat. All in all recommended.
Too many stops. When you do the return journey, you have to listen to the same audio, it's repeated. Same facts same jokes... Very pleasant journey overall, but would only recommend doing it one way.
Only saw email with extra 5 % off after I purchased tickets. Sometimes get a bit aggravated by guides saying they guide for free and hope you will put contributions in bucket. I have a freedom pass and trip would be much cheaper with uber boat. I pay the extra for the guiding.

Headout is really simple to use, in most cases you just have the QR code scanned as your ticket. It saves you a lot of money and gives you so many options. I would definitely recommend this to anyone going to London. You can check all the attractions included prior so you know it will suit you. Possibly the best way to see London!
