Harry Potter Warner Bros. Studio Tour London

Having pre booked coach transport to and from the Harry Potter Studio made the day so much more relaxed. The on board video was a good introduction to the studio, but the quality of pictures and text on the headrest screens wasn't great. The studio exhibits were excellent, with loads of details and insights throughout that I'd not known beforehand. All in all, a wonderful, enjoyable and hassle free day!

My boys and I , Harry Potter fans, experienced a day completely immersed in a magical atmosphere! Beautiful experience

You walk through the original movie sets, be it the great hall or the train station, Winkelgasse and many others. It was overwhelming

I spent the day there with my little nephew, 10 years old and a big fan. He loved everything about it, especially the great hall, the Hogwarts model and the diagonal alley.

Everything was perfect. I would have put 5 stars, but the bus for transport was a normal bus, not the double-decker bus with the HP theme.

Great insights about the making of, the ideas and the many details within the Harry Potter movies. Very impressive and very well explained by our very and knowlegeable and highly motivated and smart guide Miriam (I hope the name is correct! 😉)

I loved everything about the warner studios! And it was great to go by bus so that was less stressfull for us.

Great!!! From the reservation until we were dropped off at the Harry Potter studios! In the app everything was detailed, I had a question and they answered me quickly. The guys who took care of us, very nice, were waiting for us at the meeting point in advance!!! Very attentive to us. It has been a wonderful experience, along with the studies!!!! We loved the venue, but we dident have enough time to se everyting and getting lunch so it ended up being quit stressfull.

Coach arrived on time and because it was a Sunday our trip to the studio was relatively quick. The studio tour was a lot of fun and really captured the imagination.

The course is very rich and interesting, the scenery is superb, and the happenings provide a pleasant rhythm to the day.

The visit to the studio with the audio guide we bought ourselves was brilliant. We only booked the bus because otherwise we wouldn't have been able to get tickets. For about 100 pounds extra we would have expected at least a bit of Harry Potter atmosphere. We were neither greeted on the bus nor given any information unless we asked for it - it wasn't well organized, but expensive.

The day went well, no waiting at the box office in the morning because we were given the tickets on the bus, very good for fans of Harry Potter even if I find it a little expensive.

The fact that there was no restroom on the bus combined with the travel time of almost 1.5 hours was bad. Other than that, no negative experience

Very grateful and happy with the treatment provided by you. We had planned this trip in August but due to force majeure we had to cancel it. Thank you for your humanity and empathy, there are moments when this kind of gesture makes the difference. Regarding the experience, everything was perfect.

Day trip to Oxford was great! We were given some free time to wander around after the introduction to the various schools and Harry Potter shooting sights.. Harry Potter Studio Tour was awesome and it definitely meets my expectation!! Would have been much better if we could spend more time there!

I was expecting a tour of Oxford really filming around Harry Potter filming location ect ... a bus related to Harry Potter but not a history course on Oxford we were very disappointed an experience that I would do more with you.

The tour was very well organized. The guide did a great job so that it wasn't boring. The tour of the studios was really great. Very worth seeing.

Debbie took us on the Oxford city tour and it was an experience that we will never forget, it is a gift to have met this great woman. It couldn't have been better, the transportation by bus was also very nice.

Kamal and Nik did a very good job. The time in Oxford was unfortunately a bit short, but Nik's leadership was very good.

The bus driver and "guide" were lovely. The marketing of this particular tour was misleading. I spoke to a couple of other attendees that agreed. Too short of time in Oxford and tickets to the studios should have been available when we departed the bus. We had to wait for tickets to be purchased and then we had to wait in the regular line that kept growing as we waited for our tickets. And also, the marketing indicated a guided tour, attendees gave each other the look when we were informed there would be no guided tour in the studios. There is a freee shuttle to the studios and back, I suggest using that instead of a tour company.

The Harry Potter studios is an amazing extraordinary place anyone can imagine and thats a fact, especially for a movie lover! The trip to Oxford and all the descriptions through the whole route was amazing and really educational 😍. Our tour guid was so lovely, cheerful and funny and that brought the trip to a different level. I recommend anyone who visit London to try it out and believe me you ain't gonna regret a minute. It's one in a lifetime experience. Thank you all for your great great job! Maybe we see each other again !!!

Loved the tour...the 150 minutes didn't feel at all.. Mike was awesome, keeping us entertained and informed all the time.. Highly Recommended

Very, very nice experience!!! Our guide Eddy was extremely nice, the explanations were clear, the places visited interesting with a whole circuit that introduced us to less touristy parts of London. As a bonus, the questions along the way. I was a bit scared with my two sons, aged 8 and 5, but they loved it and didn't see a thing of the 6km of mar he 😁

The tour was interactive with lots of questions and individual scenes with the respective filming locations were shown on the iPad. Perla made the tour so entertaining and you can tell that she is also a Harry Potter fan herself. It was a very nice tour that I can recommend.

Very nice guide, interesting spots, even sights that were on the route and had nothing to do with Harry Potter were briefly explained.

Very fun and varied tour. Our guide Anna was able to tell us a lot about Harry Potter and the city in general. We were divided into houses and had to answer questions along the way to collect points for the house cup. The movie clips that were filmed at each location were also shown at the stations. A small minus point: we were at the meeting point on time, but our group started a few minutes earlier. We couldn't understand why they didn't wait a few minutes if the group wasn't yet complete. After a few minutes on hold, I reached someone at Headout and we were rebooked for the next day. So a small, annoying incident, but fortunately a solution was found!

The tour was perfectly conducted in German and we saw some impressive filming locations from Harry Potter and London!

We doubted for a moment that someone was actually coming to pick us up at the pick-up spot because the one who was there was a little later. But fortunately there were more waiting. The guidance was good from the starting point to the studios. Via this route very pleasant to get there. Once there we were guided in a small group by an enthusiastic gentleman. Highly recommended! Costs a bit but you have more value for money and day.

Specifically his insight into everything. - Being in the actual locations of filming - Seeing how things were done (props / designs) - All the interactive elements of the displays --- Only issue the whole day was there were too many people going home at once for the shuttles running.

Quite disappointing experience for the cost paid. 1. Have been asked to get and pay autonomously for taxi to/ from London to the Studios as it was public holiday and trains were not running. Would have expected that this is anticipated and arranged by the agency instead.. 2. I would have expected from the guide to engage kids with interesting magic stories & let them do some magic to feel as real pupils of Hogwarts which was not the case at all. Very fact based on how the movie has bern run.. no magic at all I would be very much claiming back money not just for the missed transfers& organization but also for the guided tour experience itself

I had actually booked a train transfer to my destination. In the end, however, I was taken to the destination by bus without a proper explanation. The second issue arose with the return journey. There was no bus available for us, and no one seemed responsible. I didn’t receive a train ticket either, so I couldn’t even travel back on my own. I will never use this provider again.

We really enjoyed the guided tour of the Harry Potter studios. It was worth booking the private tour. They explained things very well and we avoid some queues. The staff was very friendly. 🙂

Incrediable to learn all the details of making the movies

It was easy to find the guide, because the coordinates led you right to him. We got into the Warner Bross Harry Potter museum quickly and the tour guide was fantastic, attentive and child-centred.

We had asked for a guide in French, she only spoke two words in French, the children didn't understand anything, no possibility of stopping to take our photos, really disappointed.

This experience was amazing! Josh took us to "Harry Potter's studio" by train and then by bus. He explained us how to go back to London by our own very well. Kim was very kind, lovely. She was a wonderful guide, she entertained everyone with her anecdotes. She was tuned to our interests and our situation. (we are french).

Everything was clearly organized, our tour guide that we met in the train station was super nice, friendly and answered all our questions with a big smile. We were smoothly checked in, by passed all the ques, and that was the most important thing about the whole idea, otherwise my kids wouldn't have ben able to see and know more than 30% of the whole.place as it is really crowded, It's worth it, i highly recommend it 👌.

There were too many queues inside the attraction. Too many people at the same time in the halls, so we couldn't get a good look. We were jostled. With children, this is neither pleasant nor acceptable. We didn't experience this at any of the other major attractions in Europe.

I've seen other Harry Potter exhibits before, but this is the best as it includes major sets as well as costumes. I thoroughly enjoyed the interactive aspect of some of the exhibits as well!

The driver informed us in advance via Whattsapp when he would pick us up at the hotel. He was super punctual. The 4 hours at Warner Brothers Studio were very impressive.

We have booked Harry Potter in London and the organisation are verry good. The pickup from the Hotel was greate incl. transfer to the Studios. We will book again by headout

Ease of purchase and receipt of tickets

The studio tour is absolutely fantastic. But the cab ride was inadequate: the driver was over an hour late. That might still happen. However, the pick-up time was not pushed back, so I also had an hour less time for the tour.

Harry Potter was great but the tour guide was very stressed and called several times before the agreed departure time and wrote WhatsApps that we could / should go

Thank you so much for such an easy transaction, the communication was quick and informative. Our driver was courteous with excellent manners. The vehicle was clean and smelled nice.

The guide of the outward journey was with notris at 8 o'clock indicating that we were on time and as he did not arrive we went to the checkpoint paying us a cab 15e us. He did not know Spanish and we could not get in touch with him. The return was fine but all the way he did not speak because he did not know Spanish, then he had to come another transport that the truth very well.

Great driver, very punctual and flexible. Top service all round.
