Unfortunately, London Eye tickets are valid for one rotation only. Want to go again? You’ll need a separate ticket and trust us, it’s worth it.
London Eye fast track tickets provide priority access, saving you from long queues, especially during peak hours. This option is ideal if you want a faster, hassle-free entry.
If you miss your slot, speak with a team member on-site. They may accommodate you on the next available rotation, depending on availability.
Each ride lasts 30 minutes. You’ll have ample time to enjoy the views, but there isn’t an option to stay beyond one full rotation.
For golden-hour magic, try a sunset ride. For lighter crowds, go early in the morning or later in the evening on weekdays. Cloudy day? Don’t worry, you can still see 25 miles out!
Mostly, yes, except for Christmas Day and for maintenance during the entire month of January. Always check the schedule before booking your tickets.
Rain or shine, the London Eye keeps turning! It only stops for extreme weather or high winds. And yes, you’ll still get great views even on a moody London day.
Pack your camera, wear comfortable clothes, and carry your e-ticket or booking confirmation. Bags are allowed but will be security-checked.
There’s no formal dress code, but comfortable clothing and layers are a good idea, especially if you’re visiting in the cooler months.
Yes, combo tickets are available for nearby attractions like Madame Tussauds, SEA LIFE London Aquarium, and Shrek’s Adventure! London.
Our visit to the London Eye with fast-track tickets was amazing! Skipping the long queues saved us a lot of time and made the experience stress-free. The view over London at sunset was breathtaking, and it was definitely a highlight of our trip. Everything was well organized, and I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting London.
Loved the fast and easy way to book tickets. It was a superb experience in London Eye watching the entire London from the eye.
My husband and I came to London from the states for our one year anniversary! Our highlight of the trip has been the London eye. We went on the most beautiful day of the week and were able to see and enjoy all of London most famous sites! My favorite photo is the one I Took of Big Ben. We booked through Headout and the process was so simple! It was a great price and we were able to scan our tickets in the app, hop online, and after a very short wait, we boarded the London eye. I hope we can come back soon and do it again!
Very organized. Staff was clearly very well trained. The "pod" was very clean and comfortable. Security was very good but not overly intrusive. Good variety of souvenirs. And even the souvenir photo book was not ridiculously priced. And the views...fantastic! Definitely glad we went.
This was such a wonderful experience for me and my husband. The view was amazing we were able to see the Houses of Parliament, the shard,Buckingham palace and other notable places.I would definitely do it again!
Hi. My son and I decided to go to London eye this August. It was really unbelievable feelings. Recommend to try it at least once once a life. Totally recommend
Everything...no long queues ...so much room in the capsule...saw London from above.......just a wonderful experience .............😀❤️👍
It was very nice and indeed time to be remembered. How wheel goes with much notice is beyond me. The View was nice too aah !
The weather was hazy and windy, we were a bit scared, but the gondolas didn't shake at all! On one side the sky opened up a bit for the sunset and on the other side the fog rolled in. It was fantastic!
Everything in London Eye was adorable the queue was relatively short and the most important thing: the views were amazing. It's a really worthy and lovely experience.
Smooth process to get on, loved the photo experience, air conditioning in the pod was most welcome, wonderful platform to view such a great city!!!!
That you could see all around you and it wasn't so crowded in our cabin. I suffer quite a lot from vertigo and am reluctant to go on any attraction. Must say it was not that bad. The Pagoda in the Netherlands is scarier 🤣
During my visit to the London Eye, I was amazed by the breathtaking views of the city. The giant Ferris wheel slowly lifted us high above the River Thames, offering a panoramic sight of London’s famous landmarks like Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, and Tower Bridge. The capsule was spacious and comfortable, allowing me to take plenty of photos. The ride lasted around 30 minutes and felt peaceful and exciting at the same time. Watching the sunset from that height was unforgettable. It was a truly memorable experience that gave me a new perspective of the city.
We had an hour at 18h, they let us in an hour before without problems, there was a huge queue, but they have it so organized that we entered in less than 15 minutes, the treatment was wonderful.
The views from above can't be beat. I was impressed with the gentleman who was handling the line. It stretched over a walkway where many people were trying to hop in the line, but that wasn't the end. He was very skilled at knowing which group was the last to cross over the walkway, and he knew which group was next. He was very efficient.
The cue was so quick and staff very friendly and helpful. The actual wheel is amazing to see and its a great 30 minutes to spend in the centre of London seeing all the city has from a fantastic pod with 360 viewing, pods arms over crowed allowing every one space to look around and take pictures, 10/10 overall as a tourist experience.
Very good care for my disability. The timing of the ride was perfect, so I could enjoy it and take plenty of photos at all times. The number of people in the cabins is just right, too, so I can move around.
I booked my ticket as I was crossing the bridge. I got a slot in 15 minutes. There was no queue, the staff members were lovely and I enjoyed it a lot!
The ease of all mostly. I had no trouble buying tickets, nor did I had getting to the London Eye on time, to wait in line probably 10 minutes or so.
To see all the stunning views of London is just amazing and I never tire of it. 3rd time in 20 years I've been on the London Eye.
It was fantastic experience for me and my family. Views vere spectacular, very enjoyeble. Booking was easy, attraction was super extra. Eye was great, safe, not too fast. Bench in the middle of capsule was a great option for everyone who is not comfortable to altitude. Great service, very friendly. Perfect for everyone, really recommend. The line went really fast and views are stunning. You get plenty of time to take pictures you want.

Great views and air conditioning was a major bonus on the hot day we visited. Loved the 360 viewing, room to move comfortably around the pod, and plenty of seating space as well.

Had the best time on the London Eye. A great way to see all of London, on one attraction! It's one of those bucket list items we're happy to have checked off during our first trip to London. 10/10!
We loved the experience. Headout's instructions to the meeting point were clear and accurate. The event was well organized and worth the price. Our your guide Hilly Grace was professiinal and fun.
Everything! The experience beginning with check in then to the lounge and from there to the champagne experience on the pod was fantastic and lots of fun! The host was awesome! Highly recommended!
Our hostess Diana was amazing! She is totally charming and engaging. The Champagne service was great. The sights were fantastic, a very enjoyable experience overall.

Great service with fastrack. Lovely day. Thanks
Super experience - its a must for London - I do think it's a wee bit expensive - but something never forgotten..
Quick and easy admission to the London Eye.
It's amazing and organized as well as cooperative
The purchase is easy and the access is well set up. But it is quite expensive for what it is.

It was a great experience, both London eye and Sea life, everything was top notch.I like that they really care about safety, cleanliness and the cabin on London eye is air conditioned. My 7 years old son was really excited and so was I.
I loved the London Eye because you could see all over London with a bird's eye view. Unfortunately, my timing was a little off and I was unable to ride the boat on the Thames.. I had thought I could ride the boat back to London Eye, but due to a concert, I was unable to do that.
Great experience. It was first time for all of us and my visitors from the US where grateful for the experience. A day trip to remember. Thank you......
The views from the eye are absolutely stunning! Staff was friendly, made sure we were safely aboard and ready to go! Highly recommend!
We had to queue but it didn't take long and once we were on the wheel it was brilliant a really hot day but air con and fabulous views then we headed for sealife and we really enjoyed it especially the penguins!! My favourite ❤️
The ease of ordering tickets on line, not standing at a booth, being able to schedule my visit on line and getting a discount. Everything done online. The people who I dealt with at each stop were so wonderful. I truly appreciate that. My experience was an excellent one.
I loved this combo 😭😭😭😭 my husbands American and he was really excited to go on the London eye and the cruise so it was an amazing experience 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Ease of booking and good price. Hassle free and all tickets on app. Will definitely use again.
Awesome day out, Awesome memeories
All the timings were perfect. Both experiences were well worth it.
A combination of the Big Eye and a cruise on the Thames
It was fantastic. Words cannot describe how helpful headout was.
London Dungeon was fabulous.. London Eye is a real London visit must.
All perfectly organized. Very good experience.
Crowd was there but they all were enjoying themselves and we had a great time and aquarium experience was amazing
Great Experience to have in London eye and river cruise
We went early so it wasn't crowded so we didn't have to wait long to get on the London eye. It was amazing!!! Totally recommend it!
I am very happy about London eye, but tower of London ticket was scheduled for 23rd, instead of 28th and that made me loose extra money to buy the tickets again at the spot. Also, the team did not even agree to re schedule it. This was a very bad experience. The rating is for experience inside those places..
Tickets were easy to book and a good price. No hassle when we arrived at the experience, tickets scanned easily and we all had a great day.
Dream experience. Experiencing London from above or from the river fills you with excitement. Many friends tell me "aren't you afraid of the height of the London eye"? I assure you there is no fear to be had. Inside each cabin you may sit but you will surely be there to photograph every corner of London. The cruise is also worth it. I recommend the Combonians highly
I recently experienced the combo, and it was absolutely fantastic! This package is incredibly convenient, bundling three iconic London attractions into one ticket. The flexibility is a huge plus—you can visit each attraction at your own pace, which makes it perfect for fitting into a busy itinerary. The Thames River Cruise is an absolute must! The views of London’s landmarks from the water are stunning, offering a unique perspective you won’t get anywhere else. The captain and staff were amazing, providing engaging and informative commentary about the sights we passed, which added so much to the experience. They were friendly, professional, and made everyone feel welcome. The London Eye was breathtaking, offering panoramic views of the city, and the Tower of London was a fascinating dive into history. This combo is perfect for anyone wanting to experience the best of London efficiently and affordably. My only tip? Check the weather before you go—London’s weather can be unpredictable, so picking a clear day will make the views even more spectacular. I’d highly recommend this combo to everyone visiting London—it’s an unforgettable experience!
There was a crowd but staff got people moving fast only waited about 10 minutes when the line was full. All staff were very friendly and kind. Definitely worth the trip!
The flexibility of being able to space the activities over different days and to get on and off the boat at different stops. The London Eye, despite the long lines, is very agile and the air conditioning is very good inside the Ferris wheel.
Combi ticket was ideal for us! We were in London in August and there was still plenty of room! You had to click a time slot, I really advise you to still be there half an hour in advance during busy periods. Inclecken went quickly, then another 20 min wait until you could board (both on the boat and the London Eye) because of the line of people. On board everything was there, free neat toilets, food and drinks for sale and sweet and funny crew. Top experience!!!

Had a very special day out with my son 😊. The app made the whole experience easy to navigate out trip . And the two attractions we went on were amazing. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Very happy 😊
In general the experience was good, we were only surprised that they didn't let us in at the right time... they asked us to wait (where did the famous English time go?).
It was simply super. Me and family really enjoyed. The staff were very cooperaive and smiling. We took london eye first then River cruise and then tower of london. This is the best order. What an awesome Friendship Day celebration! My bestie and I just got back from an epic trip to London's iconic spots, and we scored an amazing deal from Headout! We hit up three must-see places in no time, even with the Sunday crowds. I love the energy of busy places, and this trip was totally worth it - great value for money and an unforgettable experience!
The London eye, it was a sight to remember an amazing view of the city called London, would love to do it again with loved ones.
Honestly, the whole day felt like something out of a movie. Going up on the London Eye was insane – seeing the whole city laid out like that made me feel so small but in the best way. Madame Tussauds was so fun, we kept running around taking silly pics with the figures, like they were actually celebrities we bumped into. And SEA LIFE… wow, walking through that tunnel with sharks and stingrays literally swimming over my head was unreal. Everything was so easy and well organized, I didn’t have to stress about a thing. It’s honestly one of those days I know I’m gonna remember when I think about being 21 and exploring London.
We were amazed by the statues ay Madam Tussads, awesome marine life and the London eye. Overall the experience was refreshing.
My daughter love the experience and she enjoyed the london eye she wants to do again
Asome experience!! I need to go back again
It's amazing! Thanks for all!!!!
Everything was wonderful. Madame Tussade was beautiful
Straight forward booking with Headout tickets at a discounted rate. The London Eye and Madame Tussauds were spectacular. We chose not to do the sea life experience and went to Camden market and Trafalgar Square instead. We will definitely book with Headout again.
great experience with the 3 admissions, in the morning Sea Life, then enjoy the wonderful view with the London Eye and in the afternoon Madame Tussaud -> so you have a well planned day
*** I recently booked the Combo (Madame Tussauds + SEA LIFE) tickets through Headout, and it was a fantastic experience! The booking process was smooth and hassle-free, and I appreciated the convenience of getting both attractions in one great-value package. Madame Tussauds was incredibly fun, with lifelike wax figures and interactive displays that let us take memorable photos. SEA LIFE was equally amazing, featuring beautiful aquatic exhibits and a variety of fascinating marine creatures. Both attractions were well-organized, staff were friendly, and entry was quick. Overall, this combo is perfect for anyone wanting a full day of entertainment in the city. I highly recommend booking through Headout for the best deals and a seamless experience!
My family love Madame Tussauds a lot. Specially the kids when we watch the super heroes in 4D. We enjoyed taking pictures with different famous actors and the royal family too.
The London Eye was an enjoyable experience, no fuss, and the queue moved quicly, so no long wait. A nice bonus was the photos and video. Madam Tussauds was brilliant and part of a great day in London.
Booked the London Eye for the morning and queuing was well organised despite South Banks crowds. Couldn't get a suitable time slot for the Aquarium on the day but a helpful staff member booked Madam Tussauds for us so was able to go over and enjoy that in the afternoon. Still have our third attraction to use in 90 day limit.
It was my first time in london and experience in London eye was outstanding ! Every minute worth it. The view from the top was really amazing. Madame Tussads experience was also stunning, 2 to 2.5 hours was gone like a rocket and very crowded and very nice place to enjoy, the 4D experince was a stand out thoughtout. Sea life was also very good i would say. Specially the shark tank. Overall experince was Excellent.
It was so easy to book online. These 3 places we had on our list when we came to London and was worth every minute. I've been given recommendations before we left and these were 3 of 4 this trip was for my daughter's birthday and she was over the moon. Next trip I want to do London Eye in the evening to see the beauty from above when the sun goes down. Will be recommendations to others.
It was a wonderful day. It was my wife's birthday and my daughter's first experience. It went very well in Central London. Thanks to your help we got tickets for all three attractions at one place. Thank you

Everything went very well, we were able to board the London Eye 1 hour early and the tours were very informative
The ease of using the passes was terrific. Due to protests, I was not able to enjoy the Hop On Bus. A highlight was the excellent commentary provided on the Thames River cruise.
Every thing was perfect, organized.
Could do all in the one day 2nd day did all the lines - blue, red & green to see all the sights easy to get around
Everything was fine. Well organised! Respect!
At the end of the day, we were at the stop. The driver slowed down. Clearly looked at us. We waved our arms to show that we wanted to load the bus. He didn't stop and continued down the road. He clearly intentionally left us. It was really strange. We ended up having to take an Uber instead of finishing the tour - because we had dinner reservations and couldn't wait for another bus. Wasn't impressed.
The River Cruise and trip on the London Eye were amazing. The green route hop on hop off bus, less so - not reliable and packed, plus the
We start with the London eye the view was fantastic, then we took the River cruise, a few steps from the London eye that is a plus for this combo. The next day we took the hop on - hop off taking a view of the highlight land of the city taking a lot pictures and visiting important areas is the city. I highly recommender this combo.
The London Eye experience was memorable. The website for the pre-booking had some problems in the week before the selected day (it seemed like there was no availability in the whole day). However, 3 days before the visit everything worked fine and we managed to book a time slot. We arrived about 15 min before the scheduled time, but they allowed us (me and my family) to go. There was almost no queue at 10:15 am and we really enjoyed the view. The Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour was good and we appreciated the description of the sites during the tour. However, at 13:30 the bus was late and after about 45 min waiting we decided to take the metro. The Thames river cruise was wonderful! We really enjoyed the visiting and the descriptions by the boat staff.
The visit to the London Eye was magnificent, but the tourist bus was chaotic as it was crowded and we had to stand at the bottom where we could not see anything. This issue could be improved
The Royal Nation Hotel is very large, but ideally located. Super central, with a very good breakfast, very friendly staff. Hop on hop off, London Eye, Thames trip and Buckingham Palace were booked as a combination ticket at a reduced price. Everything was flawless.
The combined ticket was a last-minute offer that we took advantage of. Overall, we saved more than the 30% mentioned because we didn't use public transport (but Big Bus). Really great: super friendly staff, super detailed directions, including the signs at the stops. For us, all parts of the ticket deserved a particularly good rating.
we only stayed for 1 day, so this tour is really helping us to explore london and we enjoy so much on the river cruise, the tour guide is very funny and knowledgeable, we learned so much from him. we will definitely recommend everyone who is shortage in time to join this tour.
Great value for all 3 activities. HOHO Bus has their own troubles. We had to wait at stops for a long time and once we had to change buses even. Just disorganized but the river and the London eye were well organized and great experiences
Finding this bus stops were confusing and we didn't know we had to get a printed ticket. It took us more than an hour to find a Big Bus bus and the man printed out our ticket and brought us to a stop point to wait for the bus. However, the bus stop we were at we were there prior waiting for what felt like an hour and saw zero Big Bus busses. We kept seeing other bus brands stopping which made us wish we chose a different company to do the hop on hop off bus tour. Overall if I can do this again I would choose a different company.
The river cruise was excellent but a bit too short for me(We are planning to book a longer cruise) . I especially enjoyed the live commentary by the boat crew. The London Eye experience was well organised and the wait was not too long. BUT we found the recorded bus commentary not great and the volume of the recorded music , too loud and repetitive!
The Hop-on Hop-off Tour was great and the guys that are available at the different stops were very helpful with providing maps and information. The boat tour was also really nice. I was a little disappointed however in the London Eye experience. I didn't realize I was going up in such a large group. It felt like I was being pushed into it like cows/cattle. One little girl tripped into the container because of that. Also, I could tell several people in our container were uncomfortable because of the amount of people. It was hard to space out and get all the pictures we wanted and some people smelled. I would not recommend it to anyone unless they book it with a group size that takes up the whole container of just people they know and want to ride up with.
The company was very accommodating understanding our situation with our delayed travel situation. Would definitely recommend your company.

It was a great experience, both London eye and Sea life, everything was top notch.I like that they really care about safety, cleanliness and the cabin on London eye is air conditioned. My 7 years old son was really excited and so was I.
Ease of booking and good price. Hassle free and all tickets on app. Will definitely use again.
Awesome day out, Awesome memeories
London Dungeon was fabulous.. London Eye is a real London visit must.
Crowd was there but they all were enjoying themselves and we had a great time and aquarium experience was amazing
Nice views on london eye & beautiful looking fish in the aquarium
I am very happy about London eye, but tower of London ticket was scheduled for 23rd, instead of 28th and that made me loose extra money to buy the tickets again at the spot. Also, the team did not even agree to re schedule it. This was a very bad experience. The rating is for experience inside those places..
Tickets were easy to book and a good price. No hassle when we arrived at the experience, tickets scanned easily and we all had a great day.
Had a very special day out with my son 😊. The app made the whole experience easy to navigate out trip . And the two attractions we went on were amazing. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Very happy 😊
Even though thete queues, we moved along really quickly. So well organised. The dungeon was completely unexpected, great experience and highly recommended
Weather was excellent. We enjoyed the view from top of london eye. It was amazing. My son Ayman and wife Yasmin was very happy. Yunus Lebbar Riyadh
It was easy to get into the the London eye and sea life I will look to see if there is another package I can book like Madam Tussaud and London dungeon
Everything was very well and professionally organized. The Dungeons was wonderfully scary with great actors. The view from the London Eye was also great, it was also the right choice to choose the Fast Track
No logistical problems. Tickets purchased 48 hours before went through! "Cruise" on Thames not really exciting, and short-lived. Ride on London eye as planned. Thanks to the weather I was able to enjoy both experiences!
So easy, relaxed and brilliant experiences
All went as expected. We loved each experience.
The view and the VR glasses
The organization of the events, the explanations and the attention to the public, however I could not communicate in Spanish.
Very convenient..fast and reliable
Zoo was a amazing and so was London eye. Nice and friensly staff
Everything worked out as planned.

Had a great day - Tower of London in the morning and Tower Bridge in the afternoon. Be prepared for lots of stairs but well worth the effort. Best to visit the Crown Jewels first before the crowds arrive. We enjoyed the armoury as well. Great views from the bridge.
The Tower of London is a real tour! Starting with the Walls and then going into each tower which has its own history, the inside of the courtyard, the Crown Jewels and the ravens. All wonderful! Also nice is the Tower Bridge crossing, though less engaging because it is shorter and less detailed. In any case, COMBO highly recommended! 💯

A place not to be missed, wonderful state of conservation, accessible, with a very friendly staff and with exceptional views.

Very nice all around. A very nice visit with very good views.
Efficient and quick with no problems.

We had almost no wait for the London Eye and although we arrived late at the Tower of London, we were able to get in without a problem.
Tickets were easy to book and a good price. No hassle when we arrived at the experience, tickets scanned easily and we all had a great day.
Just an awesome experience all around. The view from Tower Bridge is amazing. The Tower is such a fascinating and beautiful place, full of history and things to do!
Both the Tower and Tower Bridge were impressive. At the Tower, we took an audio guide and it was very self-explanatory. I particularly liked the ravens and the fact that they were not caged but could leave the cage on their own.
We liked both sights very much. There was a smooth process with the tickets. The staff at both attractions were nice and courteous.
The combination is a winner because the two national monuments are close together and there is no need to walk far to reach either. A Tower of London requires in our opinion at least half a day, the things to see are many and all very interesting. The staff is always very helpful and the Tower guards very nice, there are also volunteers here to approach for any information, recognizable by the orange tunic. The Tower Bridge surprised us with the scenic walkway and the engine room's overview of the old but incredible solutions used until 1976 to raise the bulkheads. All perfectly preserved! In short, a must see!
It was an unforgettable moment that made the conclusion of our vacation special. One of the most fascinating places we have visited so far, The sunlight and the warm day enhanced every architectural detail, making the visit even more impressive. A masterpiece of engineering that still amazes with its elegance and grandeur.
It was a very nice and interesting experience, the organization was very good and there was a lot of attention towards us. The waits to enter were not long.
