  • Advance booking recommended: To secure your preferred date and time, especially during peak seasons, weekends, or for sunset slots, it is highly recommended to book your Champagne Experience tickets in advance.
  • What’s included: Your tickets include priority boarding, allowing you to skip the general queues with fast-track entry, a chilled glass of Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut or a non-alcoholic option for guests under 18 or those who prefer one, served by a dedicated host within your capsule, a full, uninterrupted 30-min rotation on the London Eye, and 360-degree views of London's most famous landmarks.
  • Age restrictions: To comply with Challenge 25, guests must be 18 years or older and may be asked to present valid photo ID. Guests under 18 will be served a non-alcoholic alternative. Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+.
  • Shared experience: Please note that the Champagne Experience is a shared experience, meaning you will share a pod with other guests who have also booked this VIP experience. 
  • Accessibility: The London Eye is fully wheelchair accessible. Each pod can accommodate up to two wheelchair users, with a maximum of eight on the entire Eye at any given time. A free carer ticket is available for disabled guests with valid documentation. Ramps are available, and the Eye can stop its rotation to facilitate boarding if needed.
  • Cancellation policy: Your tickets can be cancelled 24 hours before your experience begins, and you will get a full refund.
  • Security: All guests are subject to security checks before boarding, similar to airport procedures. Prohibited items include alcohol brought from outside, large bags/rucksacks, tripods, and sharp objects.
