Harry Potter Warner Bros. Studio Tour London

Having pre booked coach transport to and from the Harry Potter Studio made the day so much more relaxed. The on board video was a good introduction to the studio, but the quality of pictures and text on the headrest screens wasn't great. The studio exhibits were excellent, with loads of details and insights throughout that I'd not known beforehand. All in all, a wonderful, enjoyable and hassle free day!

You walk through the original movie sets, be it the great hall or the train station, Winkelgasse and many others. It was overwhelming

I spent the day there with my little nephew, 10 years old and a big fan. He loved everything about it, especially the great hall, the Hogwarts model and the diagonal alley.

Everything was perfect. I would have put 5 stars, but the bus for transport was a normal bus, not the double-decker bus with the HP theme.

I loved the experience, it was wonderful and super magical!!!

I was surprised at how much we enjoyed this adventure. Having a dedicated guide was amazing. We went back through after the official tour was over to make sure we saw everything we wanted. I would do this again and would highly recommend it to others.

The studios were fantastic! I would have expected a bit more from the bus ride. At least a "welcome, here we go" would have been great, considering the price.

The setting, the varied information about the ins and outs, the magic of seeing the care and attention and the many people who have made it possible to capture the world of JK Rowling in what we saw on the screen....

The studios are well showcased, and the whole world of the films is clearly visible. The dimensions are impressive. More time on site would have been better for a complete visit. Combo bus trip and tickets a bit expensive, but organization impeccable and well-oiled.

The 3-hour tour is far too short. It's better to travel there yourself and spend the whole day there. We drove back ourselves at our own expense after 6 hours. The whole thing is then also much cheaper!

Beautiful experience if you are a fan of the saga. It takes more time than we thought. You could spend the whole day there. You learn a lot about what it takes to make a movie, the amount of people that work, the sacrifice that such a production represents for everyone involved. It's really worth it.

A bit colder air on the bus would have been nice😅we liked the tour at wb but it kinda felt a bit rushed, i wish we could have gotten some more time at the venue, otherwise we are very pleased with the trip

The Studios are truly unmissable for an enthusiast and very interesting for anyone. However, because of the many things to see, it would be worth considering a little extra time to avoid a clock-watching ride during the tour. On the certainly very comfortable auotobus ride, it would have been nice to see a Harry Potter-themed movie or video.

Luxury comfortable bus, right om time with good driver. We got to spend 4 hours at the HP studio's, instead of the 3 hours I saw at other likewise companies. We could not have seen everything in 3 hours, really needed 4 for a comfortable pace with an excited kid. The butterbeer was disgusting, would not recommend unless you like the cup.

Incredible to see all the work behind the scenes! The production, the special effects, everything. Very good interactive games for kids and not so kids! We had a lot of fun besides learning about cinema.

Great!!! From the reservation until we were dropped off at the Harry Potter studios! In the app everything was detailed, I had a question and they answered me quickly. The guys who took care of us, very nice, were waiting for us at the meeting point in advance!!! Very attentive to us. It has been a wonderful experience, along with the studies!!!! Day trip to Oxford was great! We were given some free time to wander around after the introduction to the various schools and Harry Potter shooting sights.. Harry Potter Studio Tour was awesome and it definitely meets my expectation!! Would have been much better if we could spend more time there!

We had an amazing time with Valentina and Chris! Valentina woke us all up on the bus with her jokes and her expansive history knowledge. Chris was our amazing local guide in Oxford and kept everyone engaged. He was amazing at keeping us safe and our wallets safer with great reccommendations for shops and cafes! Everyone was so amazing with this experience that I definately will be recommending it to everyone I know looking for a fun Harry Potter trip!

Holy smokes, what an absolutely EPIC day! If you're even thinking about doing the Harry Potter Warner Bros. Studio Tour with a Day Trip to Oxford from London, stop thinking and just BOOK IT! Seriously, this was a five-star experience from start to finish. Our journey started with Dan, who was nothing short of phenomenal. He wasn't just a guide; he was a walking, talking encyclopedia of awesome historical facts and background. The drive to Oxford and then on to the Warner Bros. Studios flew by thanks to his captivating commentary. He kept us engaged and provided such fantastic context for everything we were about to see. And then there was Debbie leading our Oxford adventure! Oh my goodness, Debbie was an absolute blast. She brought Oxford to life with her fun and vibrant personality. We learned so much and laughed even more. Both Dan and Debbie were brilliant at answering every single question thrown their way – no matter how obscure! They are a dynamic duo who made this trip truly unforgettable. If you want a day packed with magic, history, and a whole lot of fun, you HAVE to experience this tour with Dan and Debbie. You won't regret.

I was expecting a tour of Oxford really filming around Harry Potter filming location ect ... a bus related to Harry Potter but not a history course on Oxford we were very disappointed an experience that I would do more with you.

The tour was very well organized. The guide did a great job so that it wasn't boring. The tour of the studios was really great. Very worth seeing.

Debbie took us on the Oxford city tour and it was an experience that we will never forget, it is a gift to have met this great woman. It couldn't have been better, the transportation by bus was also very nice.

It was a very well organized event

The bus driver and "guide" were lovely. The marketing of this particular tour was misleading. I spoke to a couple of other attendees that agreed. Too short of time in Oxford and tickets to the studios should have been available when we departed the bus. We had to wait for tickets to be purchased and then we had to wait in the regular line that kept growing as we waited for our tickets. And also, the marketing indicated a guided tour, attendees gave each other the look when we were informed there would be no guided tour in the studios. There is a freee shuttle to the studios and back, I suggest using that instead of a tour company.

The Harry Potter studios is an amazing extraordinary place anyone can imagine and thats a fact, especially for a movie lover! The trip to Oxford and all the descriptions through the whole route was amazing and really educational 😍. Our tour guid was so lovely, cheerful and funny and that brought the trip to a different level. I recommend anyone who visit London to try it out and believe me you ain't gonna regret a minute. It's one in a lifetime experience. Thank you all for your great great job! Maybe we see each other again !!!

I paid for 4 tours of Bath -- specifically the Roman Baths -- and the tour operator did not have it on their list. I wish to have a partial refund for those tickets that I did not receive.

The sights were spectacular. I bought my ticket from the app, which did not make it clear that I had to buy another ticket to tour the Roman Baths, so all I did was walk around and admire the architecture of that pretty little city. More time needs to be given to the visit at Windsor Castle because I only had time to see two things: the chapel and Queen Mary's apartment.

The sites we visited were remarkable, but we didn't have enough time to enjoy them all. At Windsor Castle, we could only see the apartments and didn't have enough time to visit the dolls' house, as there were far too many people queuing up and we only had 1 hour's time on site. For stonehenge we only had an hour's stop: 30 minutes out and 30 minutes back on foot, i.e. 2 minutes and 30 seconds to admire the site. Visits to Bath, a charming city, but we ended up paying £60 for 2 even though I had already booked our tickets for the Roman baths when we booked the excursion. What's more, there was no time to take the time to eat. It would have been more correct to say that we would have taken a picnic when booking the ticket. And the audioguide could not be used in French.

I lost the opportunity to know ed town of bath, wich was de first important point to meet inthis tour. I will write mi bad experience in the WEB

I had problem with transport service, Missed coach just by 3 mins, they didn't wait even 1 min which is very bad.

We doubted for a moment that someone was actually coming to pick us up at the pick-up spot because the one who was there was a little later. But fortunately there were more waiting. The guidance was good from the starting point to the studios. Via this route very pleasant to get there. Once there we were guided in a small group by an enthusiastic gentleman. Highly recommended! Costs a bit but you have more value for money and day.

Excellent organization to visit the Harry Potter studios. Impeccable and speedy travel from London by train and shuttle, one guide for the journey and one guide for the tour itself with a small group of eight, our guide, Kyle, was exceptional, over a four-hour duration! A little more expensive, but definitely worth it, plus they have availability with little notice although the site itself is "sold out".

Quite disappointing experience for the cost paid. 1. Have been asked to get and pay autonomously for taxi to/ from London to the Studios as it was public holiday and trains were not running. Would have expected that this is anticipated and arranged by the agency instead.. 2. I would have expected from the guide to engage kids with interesting magic stories & let them do some magic to feel as real pupils of Hogwarts which was not the case at all. Very fact based on how the movie has bern run.. no magic at all I would be very much claiming back money not just for the missed transfers& organization but also for the guided tour experience itself

Specifically his insight into everything. - Being in the actual locations of filming - Seeing how things were done (props / designs) - All the interactive elements of the displays --- Only issue the whole day was there were too many people going home at once for the shuttles running.

We really enjoyed the guided tour of the Harry Potter studios. It was worth booking the private tour. They explained things very well and we avoid some queues. The staff was very friendly. 🙂

Incrediable to learn all the details of making the movies

It was easy to find the guide, because the coordinates led you right to him. We got into the Warner Bross Harry Potter museum quickly and the tour guide was fantastic, attentive and child-centred.

We had asked for a guide in French, she only spoke two words in French, the children didn't understand anything, no possibility of stopping to take our photos, really disappointed.

This experience was amazing! Josh took us to "Harry Potter's studio" by train and then by bus. He explained us how to go back to London by our own very well. Kim was very kind, lovely. She was a wonderful guide, she entertained everyone with her anecdotes. She was tuned to our interests and our situation. (we are french).

Everything was clearly organized, our tour guide that we met in the train station was super nice, friendly and answered all our questions with a big smile. We were smoothly checked in, by passed all the ques, and that was the most important thing about the whole idea, otherwise my kids wouldn't have ben able to see and know more than 30% of the whole.place as it is really crowded, It's worth it, i highly recommend it 👌.

There were too many queues inside the attraction. Too many people at the same time in the halls, so we couldn't get a good look. We were jostled. With children, this is neither pleasant nor acceptable. We didn't experience this at any of the other major attractions in Europe.

I've seen other Harry Potter exhibits before, but this is the best as it includes major sets as well as costumes. I thoroughly enjoyed the interactive aspect of some of the exhibits as well!

Excellent experience. 4 hours were not enough time. I regretted not having stayed there and returned on my own.

The driver informed us in advance via Whattsapp when he would pick us up at the hotel. He was super punctual. The 4 hours at Warner Brothers Studio were very impressive.

We have booked Harry Potter in London and the organisation are verry good. The pickup from the Hotel was greate incl. transfer to the Studios. We will book again by headout

The studio tour is absolutely fantastic. But the cab ride was inadequate: the driver was over an hour late. That might still happen. However, the pick-up time was not pushed back, so I also had an hour less time for the tour.
